The holiday village offers perfect holiday conditions for families with children looking for peace and quiet, sports enthusiasts and hikers. A total of 5 people will find enough space here to spend a wonderful holiday
In addition to a spacious living and sleeping area, the flat has a children's room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed
A baby travel cot with changing unit and baby bouncer are also available for use.
The fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher, as well as the modern bathroom will leave you wanting for nothing on your holiday.

The holiday flat is located directly in the beautiful nature of the southern Bavarian Forest. In the border triangle, it is only a few kilometres to the 3-river city of Passau. The holiday home is located in a holiday village with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a Finnish sauna.
You can reach the great Hochficht skiing area in just 20 minutes. But also the Czech Republic and Austria can be reached in just a few minutes.
On the Geiersberg, not far from the holiday village, there is a children's ski lift and a toboggan run.

For spoiled holiday home vacationers, the absolute highlight
The apartment is beautiful and lovingly furnished like rarely seen. Also worth mentioning is the cleanliness, which contributes to an all-round sense of well-being in the apartment.
The location is quiet at the edge of the forest. You can quickly reach the mountains. We had wonderful days.
In bad weather, the indoor swimming pool and sauna are a pleasure, as there is no boredom even for the children. In addition, there is the extremely generous technical equipment of the apartment with smart TV, DVD player, a DVD collection for the children, and the internet radio.
In summer, we will come again to inspect the outdoor pool!

Very nice holiday apartment
We were in this beautiful apartment for the second time. Everything you need is really available. We felt very comfortable. The contact with the nice landlords is very friendly and uncomplicated. We will definitely come back :)

Beautiful days in the holiday village

Wonderful days in Hauzenberg
We were here as a family, 2 adults and 2 children (twins 2 years).
Everything was just great. The cleanliness and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. There was really nothing missing and the children had a lot of fun. We will definitely come again, but then in the summer. Thank you for a wonderful time, your family Bayric.

Holiday apartment for an instant feel-good experience?
We were totally thrilled with this very cozy and perfectly equipped apartment. Everything you need is really there. Even coffee pads for the break right after arrival or cake baking utensils for the cake bakers among you! Simply to feel at home right away. Super nice holiday in perfectly equipped very cozy apartment
For the third time, we stayed in this beautifully located apartment. This winter, we were here for snowboarding. There are great family-friendly slopes at the Hochficht, just 20 minutes away. The holiday apartment is equipped with everything we could wish for. There's even a raclette machine available! We will definitely come back soon. Thank you for the wonderful time.
