Description
The flat is at ground level (without steps) with a separate entrance and with an all-round unobstructed view of our large garden and the adjacent forest. Our holiday flat is rated 4 stars according to the DTV classification.
Through the entrance area with wardrobe, you enter the living room of approx. 22 sqm with a complete kitchenette, a dining area with a large table, a couch, flat screen TV, radio. Everything is comfortably and functionally furnished.
The bedroom is located in the east, with a double bed - separate mattresses - with open foot ends, with a large lockable wardrobe; the beds are made up.
The bathroom is approx. 7 sqm , with outside window, a large shower with level access, WC, underfloor heating. Sufficient storage space, towel holder, hairdryer, make-up mirror, basic toilet paper and various toiletries. Toiletries.
All windows in the flat have insect screens and external blinds.
You will find plenty of space for rest and relaxation in our large colourful garden, with a cosy summer house and the adjacent forest.
The car parking space with carport for our guests is directly in front of our house.

Our holiday flat is located on the edge of the forest in Neuloipfering (no through traffic) in the municipality of Eging am See/Landkreis Passau.
You can reach the centre of Eging am See via a footpath of approx. 1.5 km. Nearby are three restaurants with beer gardens, as well as the western town of Pullman City.
Eging am See is an ideal starting point for excursions, to the three-river city of Passau, Regensburg, the Bavarian Forest National Park with the famous Glass Route and many other interesting destinations.

At the beautiful "Eginger See" with its long Mediterranean sandy beach and the picturesque spa park you can swim, boat, fish and hike. Everything perfect
Mrs. Krämer is a very nice and friendly landlord. We were very satisfied with the apartment and felt very comfortable. It is very spacious, quiet, equipped with everything you need, especially very clean and with a beautifully landscaped garden.

Everything was wonderful
We felt very comfortable in the flat. It is very spacious, equipped with everything you can think of, very clean and the garden , which you are allowed to use fully, is an idyll.
There are shopping facilities nearby and also recommendable restaurants.
The lake is beautiful and invites you to walk, swim and relax.
We felt very comfortable with Mrs Krämer.

Simply perfect
Very nice, quiet holiday flat for 2 persons with large bathroom, spacious kitchenette with full equipment, cosy living room and bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. Lovingly landscaped and well-maintained garden. Many great details such as spare toothbrushes etc etc. 2 minutes walk away is a quaint restaurant with beer garden. The main entrance to the western town is just under 10 minutes walk, and the town with its various shops a good 15 minutes. The highlight, however, is the landlady: Mrs Krämer is totally lovely and warm. We will definitely come back again!

Relaxing holiday
We were very impressed with the holiday flat. We wanted for nothing, all our wishes were fulfilled. Spotlessly clean flat and a beautiful garden.
Pure relaxation, as the flat is in a very quiet location.

Erholung in Eging
1 Woche durften wir in der super ausgestatteten und blitzeblanken Wohnung von Frau Krämer verbringen. Es ist Alles da was man braucht und die ruhige Lage und der liebevoll gepflegte wunderschöne Garten mit dem Freisitz lassen einen zur Ruhe kommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und wir freuen uns schon darauf irgendwann hier wieder Urlaub machen zu dürfen.

Tolle und superschöne Ferienwohnung
Die moderne und sehr schöne Ferienwohnung liegt in idyllischer Umgebung am Waldrand und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Es fehlt an nichts und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist einwandfrei. Im bunten und gepflegten Garten sowie im rustikalen Gartenhaus kann man seine Urlaubszeit wunderbar im Freien verbringen und somit einen erholsamen Urlaub genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Familie Krämer-Resch, die wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Die in der Nähe liegenden Gaststätten und Restaurants sowie die Westernstadt Pullman City sind zu Fuß mühelos erreichbar und man kann getrost das Auto stehen lassen. Wir können diese tadellose Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns immer wieder, unsere Urlaubszeit dort zu verbringen.

Zum Ersten (und sicher nicht zum Letzten Mal) durften wir Tage in der kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung von Frau Krämer verbringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um ihre Gäste. Unsere Highlights waren der wunderschöne Garten und "unsere" Terrasse, die ruhige Lage und der Carport. Hervorzuheben ist die absolut perfekte Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Beautiful oasis of well-being
The flat is located in an annexe in a beautiful, lovingly landscaped garden. The flat is very clean and modernly furnished. We wanted for nothing. We enjoyed the warm evenings in front of the house in the beautiful garden which bordered directly on a forest. We could park the car in a carport. The friendly landlady provided us with lots of information and always had an open ear for us. The food and the western town Pullmann City were only a few minutes walk away. We felt very comfortable.

einfach toll!
Zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir für 2 Wochen unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Wir verbringen die Zeit dort, um Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Beides ist in der Umgebung hervorragend möglich. In diesem Jahr war es teilweise sehr warm. Deshalb bot sich der Besuch des nicht weit entfernten Schwimmbades an. Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen: modern und sauber eingerichtet, die Ausstattung lässt es an nichts fehlen. Hinzu kommt zur Mitbenutzung ein liebevoll angelegter Garten mit Gartenhaus und Terrasse. Die außerordentlich freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin rundet die erholsamen Tage ab.
Wir sagen danke und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

5 Sterne für 4 Sterne Ferienhaus von Frau Krämer
Alles passte.
Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt.Im Internet haben wir schon die guten Bewertungen gesehen.Das hat sich mehr als bestätigt.Der schön angelegte Garten stand uns zur Verfügung in dem wir morgens frühstücken konnten. Abends haben wir den Tag bei einer Flasche Wein dort ausklingen lassen. Ein Gartenhaus stand uns zusätzlich zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück liegt unmittelbar an einem Waldrand Eine parkmöglichkeit war direkt am Haus in einem Carport. Frau Krämer hat uns mit interesanten Informationen versorgt. Sie war immer bemüht es uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. Die Einrichtung extrem komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir würden gern wenn es terminlich möglich wäre wiederkommen.

Alles Top
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist absolut Top, alles wie beschrieben. Unsere Erwartungen wurden komplett erfüllt, wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal hier. Wir waren im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung von Pullman City hier, Pullman City war beqem zu Fuss zu erreichen.

4 Sterne wert !
Wir hatten die FEWO zum 2. Mal gemietet. Austattung wie gehabt, sehr gut. Dieses Jahr auch noch super Wetter, jeden Tag konnten wir im Garten frühstücken und im See schwimmen.
Schön auch, dass das Westerndorf nicht weit ist.
Wir kommen wieder!

gemoedelijke ontvangst, erg schoon, comfortabel, zeer rustige ligging maar goed centraal voor uitstapjes en veel fietsroutes. westernstad om de hoek (pullman city). veel restaurants in de omgeving. gaan beslist nog een keer heen.

Haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt , traumhafte Wohnung mit Allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die immer ein offenes Ohr hat. Himmlische Ruhe und eine traumhafte Umgebung lassen den Urlaub wie im Fluge vergehen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und luxuriös eingerichtet.

Wohlfühlwohnung
Wir waren schon das fünfte Mal in der Ferienwohnung Krämer-Resch: eigentlich sagt das schon alles!!! Ideal für zwei Personen! Alles blitzeblank, adrett, gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts! Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind alle supernett und sehr hilfsbereit! Sogar an das Auto der Urlauber wurde gedacht und ein Carport errichtet! Die Lage in der Nähe von der Westernstadt ist natürlich ideal und für uns wie gemacht. Die vier Sterne sind voll verdient!!
