Description
The apartment 1103, renovated in 2016 and comfortably equipped for high demands, is part of a holiday village that is equally suitable for young and old. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
In addition to a spacious living area with a double bed, there is a separate bedroom with two additional beds. A modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and oven, and a microwave make your vacation a pleasant one.
On the beautiful, large balcony facing south and west of the apartment you can enjoy a great view of the beautiful nature and the sun until the evening.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in the beautiful nature of the southern Bavarian forest. In the border triangle, there are only a few kilometers to the 3-river city of Passau, to the Czech Republic or to the largest ski area in Austria outside the Alps.
Hundreds of kilometers of marked hiking trails nearby. Skiing on excellent slopes and trails. Stone worlds, graphite mine, trips to the treetop path, bike tours along the Danube. Bavarian gastronomy and much more.
Immediately opposite the apartment is the indoor pool with sauna and in summer the small outdoor pool of the holiday village. The children's playground of the holiday village is not far away. Hauzenberg is a lively small town framed by numerous granite mountains in the southern Bavarian Forest. The location in the border triangle Germany - Austria - Czech Republic is decisive for the development of the place towards the state-recognized climatic health resort.
Culture and customs are cultivated here and are firmly established in the course of the year. Sights such as the Bavarian Forest Granite Center impress our numerous visitors who spend their vacation days in the "Granite City" every year. The nearby skiing and hiking areas, the Freudensee as a natural adventure pool, modern sports and leisure facilities, the spa and community park with floating stage and adventure playground offer a wide range of options for attractive leisure fun and relaxation.

Great vacation rental
The vacation home is beautiful and every little detail has been thought of. It is very lovingly furnished and we were very happy that our little dog was also welcome. The area is enchantingly beautiful for hiking. The sauna and the indoor pool were the highlights for us. Thank you for this magical time-out.

Feel-good apartment
We felt very comfortable in this beautiful and wonderfully equipped vacation rental. It was exactly to my taste in terms of furnishings. Everything we needed was there and very clean. We slept wonderfully in the beds. From the balcony of the apartment, we had a wonderful view. Our dog also arrived after a short period of getting used to it and could hardly wait to explore the beautiful area and forests on our hikes. The contact with the landlord, the local contact person was via telephone, and the staff of the holiday village were also happy to help us with any questions. Overall, a very successful, although much too short, vacation. We would love to come back.

Very good
It was a wonderful vacation. We experienced a lot and were very enthusiastic. The only thing I didn't like so much were the regulations regarding dogs, so we decided not to bring our dog. Dream flat
Spotlessly clean, beautiful flat, with attention to detail. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. We had a pool and sauna across the street and pure nature all around us.
Everything is well explained about the flat and there are great recommendations for tours, sightseeing or restaurants. The holiday village is worth a visit.
Especially in this flat, we will be back. We had a great rest.

zauberhafte Ferienwohnung
Wir haben diese geschmackvoll eingerichtete und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung 1 Woche im Juni 2020 genossen. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt die ganze Palette von Freizeitgestaltung, von Wanderungen in der herrlichen Natur des Bayer. Waldes bis zu Städte-Trips im Umkreis von ca. 100 km, nicht zu vergessen: eine Schifffahrt auf der Donau. Wir können diese Whg. nur empfehlen u. kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und neu eingerichtet. Besonders das Kinderzimmer mit den getrennten Betten ist sehr wohnlich und die Kinder haben sich darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und modern mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und auch die sonstige Einrichtung ist für eine Familie mehr als angemessen. Falls mal schlechtes Wetter sein sollte, kann man sich in der Wohnung auch locker einen Nachmittag aufhalten, ohne dass es langweilig oder zu eng wird.
Die "Übernahme" der Wohnung war problemlos und der Kontakt vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Feriendorf ist gepflegt - leider sind die sauberen Swimmingpools nicht beheizt - es empfiehlt sich, schnell zu schwimmen! :-)

Leider habe ich im Nachgang erfahren, dass es während Ihres Urlaubs zu einer Störung der Temperatursteuerung des Hallenbads gekommen ist, so dass es deutlich kälter als normal war. Dafür möchten wir uns entschuldigen, da man natürlich auch langsam schwimmen können soll :-). Der Außenpool wird aktuell im Sommer wirklich nicht geheizt. Danke für Ihr Verständnis.

wunderschöne Wohnung in Traumlage
Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Lage innerhalb der Anlage waren perfekt für uns geeignet. Begeistert waren wir von Pool und Schwimmbad und dem herrlichen Blick vom Balkon aus. Auch die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort haben zum Gelingen des Urlaubs beigetragen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne Zeit im Bayerischen Wald
Die sehr gemütliche Wohnung ist direkt gegenüber vom dem Pool. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und der Platz ideal für Ausflüge in den Bayerischen Wald. In der Umgebung gibt es für Jung und Alt reichlich Ausflugsziel. Vor Ort ist eine freundliche Dame als Ansorechpartner gut erreichbar. Die Wohnug war für uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) das perfekte Basiscamp, wo die Kleinen gerne mal bei der täglichen Rückkehr in den Pool gingen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles perfekt!
Die Fewo ist einfach traumhaft. Es fehlt an nichts.
Wir waren mit den Kids auf dem Geiersberg rodeln und sind in Schwarzenberg (AUT) mit einem Pferdeschlitten gefahren. Einfach wunderschön.
Das Wasser im Schwimmbad könnte ein wenig wärmer sein.

Entspannungs Urlaub

Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut
Die Wohnung, wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist stillvoll, modern eingerichtet. Sie wurde uns sauber übergeben, so dass man sich sehr schnell in ihr wohl fühlen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ohne lange Wartezeiten und informativ.

Family holiday / Skiing holiday
Very clean, well maintained and very well equipped apartment. Starting with a hairdryer and a scale in the bathroom, espresso maker and milk frother in the kitchen, DVD collection + library in the living room. Nothing was missing. Absolute feel-good character. Very nice and friendly landlords. Contact persons on site are very helpful
We went skiing at Geiersberg, very suitable for families and beginners (approx. 10 minutes by car). It was also only about 30 minutes by car to the Hochficht ski area in Austria. We all enjoyed it very, very much and we think we will definitely come back again.

Schöne frisch renovierte Wohnung für Familienurlaub
Hierbei handelt es sich um eine schöne frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Umgebung.
Die technische Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. 3D-Heimkinoanlage, WLAN, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, usw.
Auch das Angebot des Feriendorfes ist gut, Indoorpool (leider ohne Kinderbereich) und Sauna.
