Our holiday flat Hauzenberg Blick FeWo 306, 1st floor, is located in the small Bavarian holiday village Adalbert Stifter, on a south-facing slope, very quiet in the climatic health resort Hauzenberg-Raßreuth, with an unobstructed view of Hauzenberg and the Staffelberg.
The spacious 2 room flat, approx. 54 sqm on the 1st floor with its own entrance, offers space for 4 people and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Kitchenette with dishwasher and tabs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, plenty of dishes.
Cosy bedroom with 24 cm comfort mattresses and a large living room with dining area, flat screen TV, 2 sofa beds to choose from, bathroom with hairdryer and make-up mirror.
For the little guests baby cot (small fee) and high chair .
Children up to 5 years free !!!
Balcony with wonderful view, on clear days up to the Alps.
Own parking space 306 in front of the flat.
Blackout available.
Indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, sauna and playground are available to our guests free of charge.
Lake Freudensee (bathing lake) is within walking distance, approx. 900m.
Arrive, feel good, enjoy your holiday Folder with tips, suggestions for hiking tours or good gastronomy is available in the flat.
From 01.07.2022 washing machine and dryer are available for our guests in the reception (fee).
Everyone is welcome here, big or small.
Well-behaved four-legged friends are also welcome.

The holiday village Adalbert Stifter is located 2 km from the climatic health resort Hauzenberg, in the district Raßreuth.
Hauzenberg-Raßreuth is located in the southern Bavarian Forest, not far from the border triangle:
Austria-Bohemia-Bavaria.
Hauzenberg is part of the district and can be reached after approx. 18 km.
The Bavarian National Park is approx. 25 km away.
The village was built on a beautiful south-facing slope. There are many hiking possibilities from the house, whether it is an easy walk, a hike or a day tour. The Freudensee lake with a kiosk, bathing jetty and sunbathing lawn is approx. 800 m away.
The skiing area Geiersberg is about 2 km away, the skiing area Oberfrauenwald about 8 km and the big skiing area Hochficht about 25 km.
Whether you want to visit the tree top walk in Neuschönau, the museum village Tittling or a boat trip in nearby Passau.
Countless excursions to sights, towns, hiking areas and good gastronomy can be found around Hauzenberg.

Gladly again !
We are "repeat offenders" and already the second time in this pretty and very clean flat.The view from the balcony is far over the whole village to Hauzenberg.It was simply thought of everything, up to washing machine pods.The Dörfle is clean and laid out in Bavarian style.Now in August, you felt at the pool like a lake.Sunbeds and umbrellas were available.Also the Freudensee , walking distance about 15 minutes,is quite nice with kiosk and sunbeds.We recommend the flat and the Dörfle gladly.

Absolute recommendation!
We enjoyed the days in the flat immensely, as everything was just right.
The furnishings are modern and tasteful, everything was clean on arrival
We didn't miss anything in the kitchen or anywhere else!
The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable for us, the children could sleep normally on the sofa bed in the living room
The holiday village itself is also very nice, clean and really well equipped with sauna and indoor pool
You can walk your dog right into the forest below the village
We will certainly come back again sometime!

We were in the apartment as a family.
Everything in the apartment harmonizes. You feel comfortable! The overall complex is great! Indoor and outdoor pool as well as sauna available. Pack your swimsuits!

Always a pleasure!
We stayed in the flat as a small family with a child and a dog!
From the furniture to the decoration, everything harmonises and makes you feel at home immediately! The complex itself is just as great! There is a great playground right outside the door, as well as an outdoor and indoor pool - so pack your swimsuit for any time of the year :-) The complex is spacious and great for kids and dogs! We all felt very comfortable, had very nice days and will gladly come again!

Successful winter holiday in Hauzenberg
We were in the holiday apartment in Hauzenberg over New Year's Eve. The holiday apartment is well-maintained and excellently equipped. We didn't miss anything. Our dog also felt very comfortable. The location of the holiday apartment is optimal for families and dog owners. We will definitely come back.
