Our cozy holiday apartment is located in the Adalbert Stifter holiday village in the climatic health resort Hauzenberg-Raßreuth and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation with your family and the starting point for numerous excursions and leisure activities for young and old. The spacious 2-room apartment with 62 sqm and ground-level entrance offers space for up to 5 people.
The living room is furnished with a seating area that can be converted into a bed and a cozy dining corner.
Children’s room with a bunk bed and a single bed, many books and toys.
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a four-zone induction hob, a fridge-freezer combination, and a dishwasher.
Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, and window
A large wraparound balcony with a wonderful view of nature and the holiday village invites you to relax; the playground is within sight.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The apartment includes its own parking space. A small indoor pool with sauna is available to you free of charge, as well as an outdoor pool with sun loungers, a table tennis table, and a barbecue area in summer.
In House 1 (reception), a washing machine and a dryer are available for use for a small fee.

approx. 2 km from the climatic health resort of Hauzenberg
Lake Freudensee can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
It is only a few kilometres to Austria or the Czech Republic, where many attractions and sights are on offer.
The beautiful three-river city of Passau can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is always worth a visit.
The Bavarian National Park is approx. 25 km away
The Bavarian Forest is a unique experience for the whole family all year round.
Whether in spring and autumn for hiking or mountain biking, in summer for swimming or in winter for skiing,
Cross-country skiing or tobogganing, each season has its own charm
Information material with tips for leisure activities / hikes is available in the flat.

Take the A3 / Passau Nord exit and follow the signs to Hauzenberg.

Apartment 103 and 503
We had a wonderful vacation in your two beautiful and well-equipped apartments. We felt very comfortable and spent a lot of time swimming in the temperatures. We lacked nothing.

Perfect
We had a very nice vacation in Hauzenberg, the apartment has everything you need, a swimming pool on-site which we could use every day, very nice for the kids, the surroundings are of course beautiful, the landlady is very nice and always available if there are questions, that was great, we highly recommend the apartment and would love to come back.
