Our cosy holiday flat is located in the holiday village Adalbert Stifter in the climatic health resort Hauzenberg-Raßreuth and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family and the starting point for numerous activities and leisure activities for young and old
The spacious 2 room flat with 62 sqm and ground level entrance offers space for up to 5 people
The living room is equipped with a seating area that can be pulled out for sleeping and a cosy dining area.
Children's room with a bunk bed and a single bed, many books and toys.
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer and a 60 l mini oven with convection
Spacious bathroom with shower , WC and window
A large balcony with a wonderful view of nature and the holiday village invites you to relax, the playground is within sight.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge
The flat has its own parking space.
A small indoor swimming pool with sauna and, in summer, an outdoor pool with sun loungers, a table tennis table and a barbecue area can be used free of charge.

The holiday village Adalbert Stifter consists of 12 Bavarian Forest houses in the very quietly situated district of Raßreuth,
approx. 2 km from the climatic health resort of Hauzenberg
Lake Freudensee can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
It is only a few kilometres to Austria or the Czech Republic, where many attractions and sights are on offer.
The beautiful three-river city of Passau can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is always worth a visit.
The Bavarian National Park is approx. 25 km away
The Bavarian Forest is a unique experience for the whole family all year round.
Whether in spring and autumn for hiking or mountain biking, in summer for swimming or in winter for skiing,
Cross-country skiing or tobogganing, each season has its own charm

Take the A3 / Passau Nord exit and follow the signs to Hauzenberg.

Great accommodation
We booked this apartment for New Year's Eve and were more than satisfied. A very friendly welcome awaited us at the accommodation with sparkling wine and chocolate. The apartment was comfortably preheated and had everything you need. There is no need to bring salt/pepper or hand soap here. Both in terms of communication with the landlords, cleanliness, and excursion possibilities, the apartment deserves 5 stars. We would love to come back.

It was a wonderful vacation :)
I was there alone with two children. The children are 10 and 12 years old. We really liked this house. Everything was very clean, there was a lot of space in the apartment, lots of dishes, a hairdryer, iron, bed linen and towels. There is no need to bring anything else. A very quiet place for those who love peace. The nature is simply beautiful. At the same time, there is always something to do with children. There is a very nice lake nearby. We also occasionally went to a lake in Austria. The children and I were very excited about our vacation and we would love to go back there :)
