In an outbuilding there is a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a large outdoor whirlpool.

These facilities are available to you alone, while you use them, for a fee (see "Services and prices" on our homepage)

The Sonnenschein holiday home is a house for you alone in an absolutely quiet location next to a game reserve. It has a covered terrace as well as a sun terrace, has a wide, unobstructed view over fields and meadows and faces south. The 500 sqm garden is completely fenced.
The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, large Smart TV and DVD player, open fireplace, etc. w-lan; Alexa (Spotify ) From May - October, a spacious, heated swimming pool with counter-current system is available for our guests. Visit us also on our homepage

The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract is concluded. 3. The landlord is obligated to compensate the guest if the holiday home or apartment is not provided. 4. a) The guest is obligated to pay the agreed amount if they do not use the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the landlord. b) Cancellation fees amount to 80% of the rental costs up to 30 days before the start of the trip, and thereafter 90%. 5. a) The landlord is obliged in good faith to attempt to re-let the unoccupied holiday home or apartment if possible, in order to avoid losses. b) Until the holiday home or apartment is re-let, the guest must pay the amount calculated according to item 4 for the duration of the contract. 6. Pure relaxation

We (2 adults with 2 dogs) were guests of Fam. Fiedler in April 2022 for a week in sunny, pleasant weather. Our holiday home was completely adequate in terms of space and equipment, everything is no longer new, but clean and designed with much love. We really liked the quiet location of the great farm, the warm landlords, the great hiking trails and especially the huge fenced property. Our dogs liked it very much. Almost ideal for a quiet holiday without hustle and bustle. Excursions e.g. to Passau and the nearby lakes are feasible without too long a drive. We wish the Fiedler family good health and lots of fun in their oasis...Lg Fam

Pure relaxation

Dear family Fiedler, after unfortunately only 1 wonderful week that we spent with you, we would like to thank you once again very much
A beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love in a holiday home complex that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether inside or outside, nothing is missing. There is really everything you need for a holiday. Even with only a few days' holiday, you can relax wonderfully, relaxation really comes first here
The service on site is excellent: from the bread service, home-produced eggs from the happy chickens, the always well-stocked fridge with drinks for every occasion and taste, the wonderfully maintained pool, the relaxation area, table tennis table, the torture chamber to list just a few things.
Last but not least, the cordiality of the landlords, the herb gardens that were not provided as a matter of course, the very friendly staff who were obliging and very helpful are also worth mentioning
We can only recommend this house ...... and say with certainty that we will be very happy to come back.
By the way, the 5 dogs we had with us also felt very comfortable

Top House

Dear family Fiedler, thank you very much for everything; we felt very comfortable on your beautiful property. Especially the quiet location of the holiday home directly at the game reserve was wonderful. We could really relax, just by watching the animals. The ostriches also feel very comfortable in their large enclosure; for our two dogs there were other animals to see than cows or horses in the pasture. The holiday home is very well maintained, cosy and furnished with a lot of attention to detail; everything you need is there and Barbara's jam on a roll for breakfast tastes delicious!,Unfortunately we couldn't use the beautiful pool as it was quite cool when we arrived at the beginning of October. But at least we had a nice sunny day and we could make ourselves comfortable on the terrace. The infrared sauna is also highly recommended. We spent some nice relaxing days at Ferienhaus Sonnenschein; it's just the right place to let your mind wander. Have a good time and see you again maybe in summer...Kind regards

Holiday week

Dear family Fiedler,we were allowed to spend another wonderful holiday week with you last week. We have not been so well rested for a long time! Once again it was a very nice holiday! Super recovery

Dear Fiedler family, the weeks we spent with you at the beginning of September were pure relaxation for us. The welcome, hospitality and helpfulness on your part were exemplary and not to be surpassed. Top holiday home

Dear Fam. Fiedler,

we had the pleasure of spending two wonderfully relaxing weeks with you in the summer of 2018. The vacation home and the service left nothing to be desired. Everything was very well-maintained and clean. We especially liked the large pool. There wasn't a day when we didn't swim in it. Thank you also for the pool party with champagne! We were able to feed the ostriches, deer, and swans, which was great. Bonnie always greeted us (sometimes enthusiastically), a great dog!

We can highly recommend a vacation with you. You always have company if you want it. But you can also retreat and enjoy the scenery and tranquility.

Our dog Luna was also well pampered and taken care of by you. Thank you very much for that!

We would love to come back! Stay healthy and joyful!

Paradise

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Fiedler, we would like to thank you for our wonderful holiday in your paradise. We have been holidaying in Bavaria for years but we have never had such a beautiful holiday home. From the first moment we felt welcome and at home in the beautiful holiday home which is so lovingly furnished with all the comforts one could wish for. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace of the game preserve with its animals, including the sounds of the turkey (I hope you are smiling now, Mr. Fiedler) and found the two young turkeys that were missing when we left. When we said goodbye, you told us that we had not seen everything because we had spent more time on the terrace in this heat (it was pleasantly shady there), so we would like to make up for that. We hope that we will be welcome as guests again in 2019, but this time accompanied by our son and his partner. Our wish would be to stay in exactly this house from 29.6.2019 to 6.7.2019. Beautiful holiday

Dear family Fiedler, we were your guests for a fortnight in summer with our two children (7 and 11 years). We can all say with all our hearts: All expectations were exceeded by far! It was two uncomplicated and very relaxing weeks for our whole family. Both children got many impressions (pool, animals, of course especially the dogs, harvest, etc.) that are already lasting memories. We as parents also enjoyed our time with you and were able to switch off from the stressful everyday life. This holiday was wonderful; thank you very much for the time with you! Wonderful week of holiday

Dear Fiedler family, after this wonderful week that we were able to spend with you, we naturally take the time to thank you very much once again in this way. Even for people from rural areas, your property is an oasis of peace and quiet. We were very surprised how naturally and unselfconsciously our children could move around with you and also took advantage of this. This is certainly due to the open and witty nature of the host, who is always ready for a joke and at the same time shows a warm-hearted, honest way of dealing with children and young people. So the parents could really switch off and enjoy the wonderful paradise. We also enjoyed the young dog Bonnie, who was immediately taken to heart by our children (and us :-) ) with her impetuous and loving nature. The service on site is ingenious: from the bread roll service, the in-house eggs, the always well-stocked fridge with drinks for every occasion and taste, the well-maintained pool, the spa area, table tennis, games..... to the dare to feed an ostrich from your hand, to provide the deer with bread, there was everything your heart desires. A big thank you to Mrs Fiedler who generously made her herb garden available. Where else can you find such hospitality? We wish you, dear family Fiedler, a great deal of health and continued joy in and with your guests. After a tearful farewell we agree that we would very much like to come again, among other things to see Bonnie grow and also to exchange a few ingenious tricks of the trade when it comes to keeping chickens and ducks. Super holiday

Dear Mrs. and Mr. Fiedler,We enjoyed our stay very much. It was idyllic and really just as we imagined it. Self-catering was no problem as the kitchen was extensively equipped. Likewise, the flat was really cosy and snug, even when it was colder you could enjoy the time with underfloor heating and fireplace. The nature in front of the property and the wildlife right outside the front door rounded off the idyll and made the stay a bit of an experience. We really enjoyed our honeymoon. Dealing with Mr. and Mrs. Fiedler was very pleasant, but there is also the necessary sensitivity that if you want to enjoy your peace as a newly married couple, it will be given to you. We really thank you very much for the nice time!Personally, outside the "evaluation", we would like to wish you all the best! We wish you, especially Mr Fiedler, good health for a long time to come, so that you can still enjoy your little paradise together. And for somewhat more difficult times, which unfortunately do happen in life, we would like to leave you with a little positive thought. We have seen that you are also very religious. The Bible has a beautiful thought that the little paradise you have will one day become a big paradise here on earth :-)

Holiday home Sunshine

Dear Fiedler family, we, the Fisci family from St. Ingbert/Saarland, have not forgotten about you. As soon as we were back home, work completely occupied me, Sanda, again. But now, let's talk about your dreamlike holiday home. Of course, we were nervous for months beforehand about what to expect. When the time finally came and we arrived at your place, we were blown away. This wonderful, no, heavenly location exceeded everything we had already seen on the internet, as well as your friendly welcome. The house was super great and the large garden was simply fantastic. Our two dogs, "Einstein and Nala," could stretch their legs from morning until evening. Unfortunately, we don't have such a large garden, so we have to go to the forest or dog school instead. The entire furnishings also deserve praise because we really didn't have to bring anything from home, everything was there. Great. Please thank your baker again for the delicious bread rolls. We also appreciated that, if we wanted to, we could simply help ourselves to drinks or eggs from the fridge. You don't find that everywhere. Now, onto the pool: big, beautiful, amazing garden, I can only say "German Tuscany." We were all overwhelmed, including the bar. Our dogs also had a great time, they even got along with the deer and the stag. Sometimes it seemed like they were challenging each other to a chase. In the evenings, you could sit outside for a long time and observe the silence of nature, the chirping of crickets, and the deer, hares, and partridges from the neighboring forest. Dear Fiedler family, we, the Fisci family, want to thank you once again for the one week of fantastic summer vacation in your holiday home. Liebe Familie Fiedler, nach dieser herrlichen Woche, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen konnten, nehmen wir uns natürlich die Zeit, uns auch über diesen Weg noch einmal ganz herzlich zu bedanken. Auch für Menschen aus dem ländlichen Raum ist Ihr Anwesen eine Oase der Ruhe und des Friedens. Wir waren sehr erstaunt, wie selbstverständlich und unbefangen sich unsere Kinder bei Ihnen bewegen konnten und dies auch nutzten. Ganz sicher trägt dazu die so offene und witzige Art des Hausherrn bei, der immer zu Späßen zu haben ist und gleichzeitig eine warmherzige, ehrliche Umgangsweise mit Kindern und Jugendlichen an den Tag legt. So konnten die Eltern tatsächlich abschalten und das herrliche Paradies genießen. Sehr viel Freude bereitete uns auch die junge Hündin Bonnie, die mit ihrer ungestümen und lieben Art gleich von unseren Kindern ( und uns :-) ) ins Herz geschlossen wurde. Der Service vor Ort ist genial: vom Brötchenservice, den hauseigenen Eiern, dem stets gut gefüllten Kühlschrank mit Getränken für jeden Anlass und Geschmack, dem top gepflegten Pool, dem Spabereich, Tischtennisplatte, Spiele..... bis hin zur Mutprobe, einen Strauß aus der Hand zu fü ttern, die Rehe mit Brot zu versorgen gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Fiedler, die großzügig ihren Kräutergarten zur Verfügung stellte. Wo sonst findet man solche Gastfreundschaft?Wir wünschen Ihnen, liebe Familie Fiedler, eine große Portion Gesundheit und weiterhin Freude an und mit Ihren Gästen. Nach einem tränenreichen Abschied sind wir uns einig, dass wir sehr gerne wiederkommen möchten, u. a. um das Wachsen von Bonnie zu sehen und auch ein paar geniale Tricks und Kniffe in Sachen Hühner- und Entenhaltung auszutauschen. Liebe Familie Fiedler, wir, die Familie Fisci aus St.Ingbert/Saarland haben Sie nicht vergessen.Kaum waren wir zuhause hat mich, Sanda, die Arbeit wieder voll und ganz eingespannt.Aber nun zu Ihrem traumhaften Urlaubsdomizil. Natürlich waren wir schon Monate vorher nervös, was uns erwartet. Als es endlich dann soweit war und wir bei Ihnen angekommen sind, hat es uns alle umgeworfen. Diese wundervolle, nein traumhafte Lage hat das, was wir im Internet bereits gesehen haben, voll übertrumpft, auch der freundlichen Empfang von Ihnen. Das Haus war super toll und der große Garten einfach Klasse unsere beiden Hunde "Einstein und Nala" konnten von morgens bis abends sich die Beine vertreten. So einen großen Garten haben wir leider nicht, dafür gehts ab in den Wald oder in die Hundeschule. Die ganze Ausstattung muss man auch mal loben, da man wirklich nichts von zuhause mitbringen musste, alles war da. Super. Sagen Sie ihrem Bäcker nochmals vielen Dank für die feinen Brötchen. Schön fanden wir auch, dass man sich, wenn man wollte, einfach an dem Kühlschrank für Getränke oder Eier bedienen konnte, gibt es nicht überall. So nun zum Pool: groß, schön, toller Garten ich sage nur "deutsche Toskana", wir waren alle überwältigt, auch von der Bar. Auch unseren Hunden hat es sichtlich Spass gemacht, sie verstanden sich sogar mit den Rehen und dem Hirsch, manchmal glaubte man sie forderten sich gegenseitig zum Nachlauf auf. Abends konnte man lange draussen sitzen und die Stille der Natur, das Zirpsen der Grillen und die Rehe, Feldhasen und Rebhühner aus dem benachbarten Waldstück beobachten. Liebe Familie Fiedler wir, Familie Fisci wollen uns hiermit nochmals für die 1 Woche traumhaftenSommerurlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus herzlich bedanken. Ja wir kommen wieder, nämlich nächstes Jahr und freuen uns riesig drauf. Liebe Grüße Sandra Fisch
