Description
The quiet 60 square metre holiday flat on the upper floor offers space for up to 4 guests and is accessible via an external staircase.
The flat has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and a south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.
There is also a separate balcony in the bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a TV.
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge
Children can keep themselves occupied with numerous games, books, puzzles, CDs and colouring materials.
A new modern bathroom with a window, a large mirror cabinet, a floor-level shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine with drying function leaves nothing to be desired.
Bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided free of charge.
The holiday flat is equipped with a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and coffee machine.
Relax in the communal swimming pool or in the sauna and leave everyday life behind you. Both are available free of charge, as is a private car park directly in front of the house.

The holiday village Adalbert Stifter consists of 12 Bavarian Forest houses in the very quietly situated district of Raßreuth, approx. 2 km from the climatic health resort of Hauzenberg.
The Freudensee lake is just a few minutes' walk away.
It is only a few kilometres to Austria or the Czech Republic, where many attractions and sights are on offer.
The beautiful three-river city of Passau can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is always worth a visit.
The Bavarian National Park is approx. 25 km away
The Bavarian Forest is a unique experience for the whole family all year round.
Whether in spring and autumn for hiking or mountain biking, in summer for swimming or in winter for skiing,
Cross-country skiing or tobogganing, every season has its own charm

Via the A3 motorway / exit Passau Nord follow the signs to Hauzenberg.

Super beautiful vacation apartment for feeling good and relaxing.
We spent two wonderful holiday weeks in the small, cozy attic apartment with an incredibly beautiful view from the balcony.
We had everything we needed, so there were no wishes left unfulfilled.
We felt completely at ease and can highly recommend this apartment, and we would be happy to enjoy it again soon for one of our next vacations.
Many thanks to the very nice landlords once again.

Relaxing vacation
The apartment is nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and everything one needs is available. The apartment has two balconies, and from one balcony, there is a view over the entire valley.

A beautiful vacation apartment, very clean and beautifully furnished, landlord very very friendly and always available. Location is remote (just a holiday village), ideal for families and seniors, restaurants are only reachable by car.

Top Holiday Apartment
We had a very nice, relaxing vacation. The vacation apartment is great. Everything you need is there. The awning on the living room balcony is very pleasant. The apartment is clean and in good condition. Everything is as described. Top. Wonderful view of the forest and Lake Freudensee. Healthy air and the tranquility when sitting on the balcony in the evening is wonderful. The indoor pool and pool are great. For table tennis enthusiasts, a table is available. We also used it. We went on all the excursions we had planned but couldn't do. Next time then :).
The mattresses could be a bit firmer. Otherwise, as mentioned, everything is great.
We would very happily come back. Very nice contact with the landlord.

Simply beautiful ...
We had a very nice and relaxing time here. The holiday apartment is very beautiful and cozy. Everything was very clean and in good condition. It really has everything you need. The landlords were also very very nice. The pools (indoor/outdoor) were great for the kids. We felt very comfortable.

Recommendable apartment
We really liked the apartment. Super location. Great view of Lake Freudensee. Everything is available that you need for a pleasant vacation. Enough dishes, and the dishwasher is very convenient on vacation. The awning in front of the living room is also great. We had a very hot week - the apartment was well air-conditioned thanks to the shade. The pool is suitable for cooling off. Hiking destinations all around, you can set out on a different tour every day, it doesn't get boring. We would love to go there again, as there are still some hiking destinations open, or we would like to hike them again. :)

Simply beautiful
In this charming apartment, you can live comfortably even in bad weather. (In terms of size, a family vacation with a maximum of 2 children is advisable.) The sauna and swimming pool are top-notch. Austria and Czech Republic are easily and quickly accessible. Passau is just around the corner. Supply possibilities in Hauzenberg are optimal.
