We come back every year.

We feel absolutely at home in this beautiful finca every year anew. Nothing is missing, the amenities leave nothing to be desired, everything you need for a relaxing vacation is there.

Every kitchen appliance is available, from the smoothie maker to the microwave, the love is in the detail here.

The house is very well air-conditioned, which is a blessing on hot days. The location is optimal for us, the most beautiful bays are easily and quickly reachable by car.

The landlady Yulya is the heart of the finca and is always there to help with advice and assistance, which is why we have been loyal to her since 2017.

We recommend the finca 100% and are already looking forward to next year.

A super great finca

This finca is excellent. Well equipped with fly screens, great mattresses, wooden crib, bed barrier for children, cleaning supplies. Kitchen utensils are plentiful and extensive. Nice porcelain and glasses. The finca is very clean and beautifully furnished. The outdoor area is top-notch. The gas grill is highly recommended. Very nice landlords. We had problems with hot water. Within 1 hour, a technician was on site. I could mention many more positive aspects. We were welcomed with delicious Spanish cakes and drinks. We would love to come back. Thank you very much for the great vacation.

Beautiful finca

It was a beautiful, relaxing vacation in this finca. We were there with our children, 16 and 18 years old, and our daughter's boyfriend. Everything is very clean, the equipment is perfect. There are no direct neighbors, you are alone and have peace. The house is very large. The pool and outdoor facilities are very well maintained. The landlords are very friendly, and the family's friend speaks German and is very helpful. We were welcomed with chilled drinks and a Spanish cake and immediately felt at home. It is an absolute recommendation!

Have you booked your flight and apartment? Then it's time to deal with the highlights of the island. You should plan at least a week to get to know the island a little better. Because a day in a "cala" on the beach is all well and good, but you should still take a look at a few things to get to know Mallorca in all its facets. A visit to Palma is not least recommended because you will land here anyway and will depart from here. So what does the island's capital have to offer? Its landmark is the Gothic church La Seu. You can visit this spiritual place extensively. Another old monastery is Santuari de Sant Salvador. It is located in the Serres de Levante on a mountain. Here you can find peace and use the place as a starting point for beautiful hikes in the nature park. Back in your apartment or in your holiday home, a cooling off in the pool awaits you. Beyond the holiday areas, some cities have preserved their traditional and historical charm. This includes, for example, Alaró in the south of the Serra de Tramuntana. The place enchants with its cobbled streets and old architecture. Take time for a two-hour walk and hike from the village square to the Castell d'Alaró - a unique view will reward you there. In Calvia on the southwestern slope of the mountains, the traditional ochre-colored houses form a picturesque sight that is a reason for many holidaymakers to take a trip. The village of Valldemossa, on the other hand, can be reached by car in just 20 minutes from Palma. Its biggest attraction is the royal Carthusian monastery. The traditional town of Artá in the northeast, where it seems as if time has stood still, should also be mentioned. Not far from here is also the monastery complex Ermita de Betlém.

So get out of the pool that belongs to the private holiday accommodation and embark on a cultural journey. The hotspot for galleries and exhibitions is Palma de Mallorca. First and foremost, the art museum "Es Baluard" gives you a comprehensive insight into classical modernism with works by Picasso, Miró and Matisse as well as contemporary art. Joan Miró is a good keyword anyway: The Catalan painter lived on the island for quite a long time. After his death, his wife founded the Miró Foundation. It is located in Cala Major not far from Palma. In addition, his former residence can be visited. In Carrer Sant Feliu and in Carrer Sant Jaume, the creative products of young up-and-coming local artists are waiting to be examined by you.
