Description
The finca was built in 2000, 2017 completely renovated. It was equipped with tasteful furniture and high-quality garden furniture.
All 6 bedrooms have air conditioning. The ground floor is fully built with ecological basement for underfloor heating and underfloor heating
Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen and a separate TV room with couch and a large dining room with table for 10 people and stove from here you get to the large covered terrace also with table for 12 people and outdoor kitchen with sink
and Genessis Weber gas grill. Since there are no direct neighbors nothing is in the way of an undisturbed holiday.

Cancellation due to travel warning by Corona
We had rented Finca Lorenzo in Euro for August 2020, but cancelled due to the current coronalage.
As we had booked directly with the owner, we received a 100% refund of our payments, including the deposit:

Das Befinden unserer Gäste liegt uns sehr am Herzen. Schade, das sie ihren Urlaub nicht angetreten haben. So waren wir Anfang September selbst vor Ort und haben die derzeitige Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Hygieneregeln werden auf Mallorca sehr aufmerksam befolgt, so dass man sich sicher fühlen kann. Der Test bei der Rückkehr nach Deutschland war unkompliziert und bereits nach 26 h hatten wir unser negativ - Ergebnis. Wir würden uns freuen sie im nächsten Jahr begrüßen zu können.

Simply perfect
From 02.01.20 to 09.01.20 we had booked the Finca Lorenzo.
We were very impressed with the decor. Very tasteful furniture, good dishes, large fridge, coffee machine with 2 thermos flasks. We didn't miss anything. The rooms were heated, the fireplace in the living room created a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.
The property with the palm trees, the large pool and the terraces with views of the Tramuntana Mountains is beautiful.
Can Picafort and Alcudia are very close, but also many excursion destinations are easy to reach. A visit to the market in Pollenca on Sundays is unforgettable.
We will definitely not be the last time in this finca and can imagine a vacation at any time of the year in the Finca Lorenzo.
