From March 1st 2022 with private pool! Casa Abuela is quietly located in the centre of Maria de la Salud. The nearest beaches (Playa de Muro) are about 20 minutes away by car.
Through narrow and picturesque alleys you reach the centre of the village, where Casa Abuela is located. The house has been lovingly modernised and decorated and offers an original interior. Casa Abuela has a large living room, dining room, study, shower room and kitchen on the ground floor. The adjoining terrace is furnished with table and chairs and leads to the patio with a private pool, which is furnished with a comfortable outdoor sofa and hammock. Upstairs are double bedrooms, shower room and a terrace for another retreat. The living room is equipped with a large Smart TV and the wifi is super fast (100 mbit fibre optic cable). If you are looking for a holiday off the beaten tourist track, this is the place for you.
In Maria de la Salut you will meet friendly people, in a community surrounded by nature. Casa Abuela is quietly located in the centre of Maria de la Salud. Traditional festivals are celebrated here and in the evenings people meet in the Plaça. The Plaça with its restaurants and bars is only a stone’s throw away. Fridays are also market day here. The nearest beaches are in Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or Playa de Muro, all about 20 minutes away by car.

The location is ideal. You can reach Inca in 20-30 minutes by car, the fine sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or Son Serra and are just as quickly in Palma, the island's capital. The townhouse is just a stone's throw from the Plaça, where you will find fantastic restaurants.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 57 days before the day of arrival.
- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Martina and Javier were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We felt right at home and already plan to come back. The house is a gem and Maria a peaceful and lovely place to be.

We had a wonderful 8 days at Martina's place. It was bigger than we expected and the decor was lovely. The courtyard is a haven of peace and quiet and very private and we spent most afternoons there reading and chatting. The location is ideal as it is so close to a local supermarket and four lovely restaurants/cafes. We found the local people absolutely lovely also - very friendly and accommodating. We will be back! Thank you!

We really enjoyed this lovely town house which is peaceful, safe and very private. It has a traditional heavy front door which we found an attractive feature. Very comfortable mattresses and air conditioning when needed. We stayed for the first week in October and it was hotter (30 degrees) than we expected. Therefore we really appreciated the smart outside courtyard and plunge pool. We found eating out in the nearby town of Sineu at the Windmill restaurant and the local pizza and pasta place to be highlights. Although there was good food to be had Maria Salute itself.

Lovely home away from home and if anything, the photos don't do it justice! The house is ideally situated within Maria de la Salut and really benefits from the beautiful outdoor space. We spent many a happy hour in the swimming pool and enjoyed plenty of family card games around the outdoor table. All in all, an excellent location for a family holiday, we would return without hesitation!

We really liked the beautiful townhouse. The layout of the rooms, the furnishings, and the outdoor area with the pool left nothing to be desired. Occasionally, Javier dropped by to take care of the pool. The town of Maria de la Salut is very beautiful, quiet, and not touristy at all.

Wonderful accommodation in a quiet village that allows you to relax without crowds of tourists. Friendly host Martina described everything in detail, gave exact instructions and always responded quickly to messages. The location makes it possible to explore the island in all directions, it is about 45 minutes to the main town, 20 minutes to the nearest beach. The village has a few small shops and restaurants, everything is within reach. The house is perfectly equipped and very spacious, the pool came in very handy on hot days. Everything in the house works flawlessly and we were very pleased to have chosen it for our family vacation. I recommend it!

The accommodation is very nice and equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area, in particular, is great. We felt very comfortable. Parking was always possible on the street directly in front of the accommodation. There are hardly any tourists in the village, so you really immerse yourself in the life of the locals, especially when eating on the small market square. There are very good restaurants there and 3 supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Just keep in mind that the second bathroom is very small and only has a rather transparent sliding door.

We had a successful vacation and stay in Maria de la Salut. Thank you very much! The house was easy to find, check-in was smooth. The house was clean and relatively quiet. Thank you for the welcome gift! It wasn't too hot during the day and not too cold at night. If needed, there was air conditioning (4 units in the house). The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were different than usual, also comfortable. There were many storage options, which made my wife very happy. We especially liked the open closets in the bedroom. Very practical. The kitchen was well equipped, but there was no Nespresso machine. Otherwise, everything was fine - sharp knives, dishes and glasses, pots and pans. We felt very comfortable there in the afternoons. The parking situation was also fine. If not in front of the house, then in the next street. Unfortunately, we didn't find any restaurants in Maria. Shopping around the corner, great selection and moderate prices. Once again, praise and thanks to this place! Hopefully, we will see each other again.

We had a great time in the townhouse, which is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The house offers everything you need and much more. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, so instead we spent the evenings by the fireplace, which was a highlight for us. We would rent this great accommodation again immediately.

This house completely surpassed our expectations. The house is large and spacious with AC in all rooms. The outside area is perfect and always in the sun no matter the time of day. The house has everything you would need and there is a supermarket right down the road, as well as a number of cafes and restaurants in the main square. The area is beautiful and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We struggled with taxis and buses in the area as it’s quite remote so highly recommend hiring a car if you’re looking at going to the beach or surrounding towns. Honestly couldn’t recommend this house more, everything was perfect. We can’t wait to book again for next year!
