Description
Villa Cavall Bernat in the north of Mallorca is perfect for a trip with family or friends. The property is located by the sea (300 m from Cala Barques beach) and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 14 people. The villa has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. There is plenty of space to share moments together and cosy retreats when you need some downtime. With central heating and a heated pool, the house can be used all year round. Its also a perfect location for Hiking and cycling groups, Remote Workers or Teambuilding Events.
The north of Mallorca is unspoilt and cosy. A destination with an enticingly varied landscape that has its charms in all seasons. The coves of Cala San Vicente are framed by spectacular rock formations, the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana. There are four coves here: Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins and Cala Carbó. The first three beaches are characterised by fine, white sand. They captivate with crystal-clear water.
Pollença is about 7 km away. Time seems to have stood still here. Over the years, the town has managed to keep mass tourism at bay. Its originality, the old walls and winding streets, the Plaça Mayor with its small cafés and restaurants enchant its visitors.

Very stylish and spacious house with a view of the sea/the bay.
We spent a wonderful week with a total of 14 people in the villa. The villa is the most beautiful house in the small village of Cala St. Vincenc and is very well equipped (en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, large kitchen, 16m pool). Our expectations were exceeded. There is plenty of space, even for 14 people. The bedrooms are spacious and located at different angles of the house, so that there is enough privacy for each individual. We especially liked the cozy terrace where 14 people could sit at a table with a view of the sea. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Our contact person was very friendly and helpful, so we could enjoy the holiday without any worries. Gladly again.

Our stay was wonderful, we felt super comfortable in this beautiful house and property. We especially loved the many beautiful seating areas. The kitchen was really fun. The dreamy bay was reachable on foot in one minute with children. A hiking trail started right at the house where you could hike towards the mountains. We were extremely happy with the location, but we were also mobile with a rental car. Thank you for everything dear Martina. VG

This accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. It is located directly by the sea. The pool area is very spacious and clean. The garden is amazing. We would come back anytime. If you really look closely, the beds in some rooms could be optimized. Some are not firmly on the ground but on wheels. But that is complaining at a high level. Highly recommended and you get value for your money.

The house and outdoor area were absolutely beautiful with all its zones. The location was fantastic with a view of the sea. The house contained everything one needs and more.
