The support from the travel agency was excellent! Staff in the holiday resort could be friendlier (v, a, in the service) WLAN was permanently overloaded Bathroom not particularly suitable for children (entry into the shower too high) limited to very limited range of gastronomy at noon

Many parts of the holiday complex are in urgent need of renovation. Quality of staff could be improved. TUI should take a look at the houses themselves. Equipment suitable for children. Children's buffet not available

The house was fine, although it is used and many of the doors to the various cupboards and the bed space when you come up the stairs were crooked. the fridge and freezer were not for a large family. so you couldn't buy big, but then you could go over to the small grocery store that was there. Bath country was fine, but also used there was a whole outdoor basing which was closed down maybe because it had to be renovated. All things considered, it was a nice holiday. Regards James
