The house is equipped with a modern kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine to ignite your culinary skills. The dining area, with its elegant wooden table and comfortable chairs, invites you to socialise in the evenings. You can spend relaxing evenings in the cosy living room with fireplace and TV.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and offers a sauna and a whirlpool for your well-being. Outside, a beautiful garden with terrace and car park awaits you. A wallbox (e-charging station) is available for electric cars.
We have provided a cot and high chair for our younger guests. Free WLAN is available throughout the accommodation. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Bed linen and a hairdryer complete the offer.
The holiday home is non-smoking and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Long-term rentals are possible and fitters are also welcome.

Our luxury villa would like to impress you with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna & year-round 38 degree outdoor whirlpool, and fenced garden.
The location is unique !!!!!!! The property is located directly on the beach meadows with a view of the lake
The villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Whether it's the large living area with open-plan kitchen and access to the garden or the dining area with everything you need.
Lying casually on the sofa, you can relax completely with music or Sky TV and a gas fireplace.
The 3 bedrooms also all have flat-screen TVs and are each equipped with 180 x 200 cm box-spring beds.
The bathrooms have modern washbasins and rain showers. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating. The entire house has air conditioning so that you can enjoy a restful night's sleep even on hot nights.
The year-round heated outdoor whirlpool with a water temperature of 38 degrees and hydromassage jets is just one of many highlights. The combination of sauna, gas fireplace and whirlpool will make your heart beat faster.
There is a lockable garden shed for your bicycles next to the car park at the house.
The garden is fenced so that dogs or small children can play outside unsupervised.
When the weather is bad, we keep you entertained indoors with a collection of games, literature for adults and children and DVDs

Additional beds can be booked. There is a high chair and a cot for younger guests. If you would like to do your laundry during your stay, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available.
