Description
With 88m², the house offers space for up to 4 people and has been extensively modernised in recent years.
The spacious living room with open kitchen awaits you on the ground floor. The comfortably furnished living area with its large corner sofa, armchair and fireplace invites you to linger. Television via SAT-TV or DVD is of course provided. The modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen with integrated dining area for 4 people makes cooking and eating together a pleasant experience. The adjoining spacious bathroom has a washbasin, WC and a bathtub with combined shower. The entire ground floor is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating
On the adjoining terrace, which is partly covered with glass, there is a large table with 6 chairs.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two comfortably furnished bedrooms and another daylight bathroom with washbasin and WC. The larger room, furnished as a master bedroom, has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the smaller bedroom, which is suitable as a children's room, there are two single beds and two spacious chests of drawers. But above all, playing is certainly not neglected here. In two shelves you will find a large selection of toys for young and old. Furthermore, the children's room has a TV with SAT, DVD & Smart TV
Both bedrooms have laminate flooring and the windows are equipped with blinds and insect screens.
In the entire house you have a powerful WLAN reception.

This comfortably furnished holiday home on the Mecklenburg Lake District in Silz is located on a fenced plot of land, in an idyllic holiday home settlement in the woods and only 250m from the swimming beach on Lake Fleesensee.
The access road only leads to the house. No continuing road
Enjoy the flora and fauna of the Müritz National Park with its magnificent forests and meadows on long walks and bicycle tours, and explore the countless lakes and rivers of the region, whether sailing, diving and swimming, or on a canoe tour or a trip on a passenger boat.
Heidepark Silz is located in a pine forest and has 2 sandy beaches, 1 children's playground and 1 beach volleyball court. A cosy inn with a sun terrace and a view of the lake and a mini market with fresh bread rolls every day are within walking distance.
Further gastronomic facilities as well as shopping facilities with various shops, supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores and post office, as well as doctors and pharmacies are located in nearby Malchow.

There is a hoover and a clothes horse in the house, a rotary clothes dryer is available in the garden. For the little ones a travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair can be provided free of charge, a step stool is in the bathroom.

Super beautiful house
The house has a great location. It is not far from the beach and the house comes with a boat that can be used for fishing or just to take a ride on the water.
Upon arrival, the homeowner welcomed us and explained everything. Communication before and after the vacation also went smoothly. Thus, the vacation could start right after arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped; we lacked nothing during the week, whether it was spices, pots, or baking paper. Everything was available. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was super clean. I can really recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Beautiful holiday home
We had a great vacation week in this beautiful holiday home. The house is situated in a quiet location, is well-furnished with high-quality amenities. Short distances to the rowing boat and the swimming area. Very friendly contact with the landlord. We gladly recommend the house.

Very nice holiday home.
Beautiful holiday home with everything you could wish for. Nothing is missing. Very nice and quiet location. It is not far to the restaurant and the bathing area. We spent a lot of time cycling. There are many beautiful cycling routes.

Top equipped holiday home
It was a wonderful vacation despite the changeable weather in a top-equipped holiday home. There was nothing missing, the landlord was super nice, the lake can be reached on foot in 3 minutes and has great clear water. The children also liked it because even in bad weather they could feel comfortable in the house.
