Description
With 88m², the house offers space for up to 4 people and has been extensively modernised in recent years.
The spacious living room with open kitchen awaits you on the ground floor. The comfortably furnished living area with its large corner sofa, armchair and fireplace invites you to linger. Television via SAT-TV or DVD is of course provided. The modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen with integrated dining area for 4 people makes cooking and eating together a pleasant experience. The adjoining spacious bathroom has a washbasin, WC and a bathtub with combined shower. The entire ground floor is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating
On the adjoining terrace, which is partly covered with glass, there is a large table with 6 chairs.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two comfortably furnished bedrooms and another daylight bathroom with washbasin and WC. The larger room, furnished as a master bedroom, has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the smaller bedroom, which is suitable as a children's room, there are two single beds and two spacious chests of drawers. But above all, playing is certainly not neglected here. In two shelves you will find a large selection of toys for young and old. Furthermore, the children's room has a TV with SAT, DVD & Smart TV
Both bedrooms have laminate flooring and the windows are equipped with blinds and insect screens.
In the entire house you have a powerful WLAN reception.

This comfortably furnished holiday home on the Mecklenburg Lake District in Silz is located on a fenced plot of land, in an idyllic holiday home settlement in the woods and only 250m from the swimming beach on Lake Fleesensee.
The access road only leads to the house. No continuing road
Enjoy the flora and fauna of the Müritz National Park with its magnificent forests and meadows on long walks and bicycle tours, and explore the countless lakes and rivers of the region, whether sailing, diving and swimming, or on a canoe tour or a trip on a passenger boat.
Heidepark Silz is located in a pine forest and has 2 sandy beaches, 1 children's playground and 1 beach volleyball court. A cosy inn with a sun terrace and a view of the lake and a mini market with fresh bread rolls every day are within walking distance.
Further gastronomic facilities as well as shopping facilities with various shops, supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores and post office, as well as doctors and pharmacies are located in nearby Malchow.

There is a hoover and a clothes horse in the house, a rotary clothes dryer is available in the garden. For the little ones a travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair can be provided free of charge, a step stool is in the bathroom.

Pure feel-good factor
I have been to many holiday homes, but this was by far the best-equipped house. It truly lacked nothing. Fish were biting, and there were also mushrooms practically in the neighborhood. The complete kitchen came in very handy. A dream... Additionally, at this time of year, there is an absolutely quiet location, ideal for unwinding and relaxing. In the high season, it could possibly be different due to the proximity to the other houses, but I cannot judge that, only speculate. The way to the boat in the harbor should not be underestimated, especially with luggage (e.g. fishing gear). Unfortunately, there are no parking options at the harbor, but that cannot be blamed on the landlord. It should just be mentioned. That’s why there were also deductions for the location. Despite everything, we really enjoyed it, and I think we were not there for the last time at this beautiful place.

Family fishing holiday at Fleesensee
We spent our summer vacation in Heidepark Silz. The house is located in the corner at the end of the "street"/driveway. Very quiet and idyllic. Short distances to the swimming area and to the marina, where the rowing boat is located. The house is very nice, fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is even stocked with spices, vinegar, oil, baking ingredients, and tea. We hadn't experienced that before, and we have already been to many holiday homes or apartments. We felt completely comfortable. We will definitely come back again. Mr. Weber showed and explained everything to us at the beginning. Thank you very much again, it was very nice.

Super beautiful house
The house has a great location. It is not far from the beach and the house comes with a boat that can be used for fishing or just to take a ride on the water.
Upon arrival, the homeowner welcomed us and explained everything. Communication before and after the vacation also went smoothly. Thus, the vacation could start right after arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped; we lacked nothing during the week, whether it was spices, pots, or baking paper. Everything was available. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was super clean. I can really recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Beautiful holiday home

Bei der Ankunft hat der Hausbesitzer uns schon empfangen und alles erklärt. Auch sonst hat die Kommunikation vor und nach dem Urlaub reibungslos geklappt. Der Urlaub konnte somit schon direkt nach der Ankunft beginnen.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte uns in der einen Woche an nichts, egal ob es Gewürze, Töpfe oder Backpapier war. Es ist alles vorhanden gewesen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war alles super sauber.
Das Haus kann ich wirklich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
und dran. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Zum
Restaurant und zur Badestelle ist es nicht weit. Wir sind viel mit den Rädern unterwegs gewesen. Es gibt viele schöne Radwege.
Für 4 Personen absolut empfehlenswert.

Trotz der guten Ausstattung, gab es sehr viel Stauraum für die eigenen Dinge.
Tolle Terasse mit Überdachung.
Sehr ruhig in einer Feriensiedlung direkt am See gelegen. 100% Weiterempfehlung.
Bereits der Kontakt vor der Anreise war mehr als wünschenswert. Die Übergabe des Hauses, die Einweisung und Abholung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen, alles genau erklärt und direkt Vertrauen aufgebaut. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist besser kaum möglich.
Unser dreijähriger Sohn hat soviel tolles Spielzeug vorgefunden, dass auch bei schlechtem Wetter nie Langeweile aufkam. Das Haus liegt extrem ruhig und ist sehr gepflegt. Man merkt sofort, dass das Haus eine Herzensangelegenheit ist und keine reine Geldanlage. Die neuwertige Küche und der Kamin sind besonders hervorzuheben.
Während des Urlaubs konnten wir uns immer an Hr. Weber wenden, sobald eine Frage auftrat. Ich hoffe, dass wir diese schönen Tage wiederholen können!

Der Vermieter hat sich an unserem Anreisetag noch die Mühe gemacht ein Treppenschutzgitter zu montieren, damit unsere Tochter auch im OG sich frei bewegen konnte.
