I was with my girlfriend for a week at the accommodation "Zum Zugvogel" and I can say that we really enjoyed it there.

The self-check-in was straightforward and relaxed. The holiday house was very tidy and clean. The garden is very suitable for eating there in the summer and offers plenty of space. It had a very cozy atmosphere. When we were there, it was mostly sunny, but there were also plenty of options and recommendations for the rainy days in the area.

Not only did the communication with the landlord go quickly and without problems. There was also a literal sweet welcome from afar.

The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable, so it can happen that you don't want to leave the bed at all.

We were very satisfied and will definitely come back!

Of course, we were also very lucky with the weather, which made this stay an exceptionally beautiful time. The house has a very good location, unfortunately by the road, which limits sleeping in a bit ;)
It is spacious and has everything you need to have a nice time.
We really appreciated the large, sunny garden with the possibility to store everything dry and our dog could stay alone in the fenced garden.
Parking spaces are available in the back of the garden.
The large bedroom is a connecting room to the other bedroom and bathroom.
The Grambin beach is within walking distance, both neighboring towns Ueckermünde and Monkebude have great beaches, Ueckermünde also has a nice dog beach.
Otherwise, there are beautiful beaches/dog beaches on Usedom.
We were mostly cycling, everything is well signposted and there are great spots to discover.
In Leopoldshagen, there is a very good soft ice cream parlor that we can recommend.
There are sufficient shopping facilities in the neighboring town as well as mosquitoes in the evening, but with the fly screens on the windows, you are well protected in the house.

We had a very nice time at the Zugvogel.

: Our annual bike tour from Berlin to Ückermünde led us to the small town next door - Grambin - for the first time this year. And it was a really great decision in many ways.
Close by, maybe a 7 minute walk, is the beach on the lagoon where subs are rented, yoga is even offered, and there is a small beach bar. Walking or jogging along the dam became part of our daily routine. Automatically, the mind and soul slow down and come to rest here.
The property has a large garden and a beautiful barn. We had breakfast there every morning in the sun. As city kids from Berlin, it was a highlight for us - the peace and quiet invited us to slow down. The garden is also ideal for children to play in.
The holiday apartment provides everything you need for your vacation. A fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a comfortable couch, enough sleeping places, and a bathroom with sufficient water pressure in the shower! The apartment was clean and authentically furnished.
Mr. Kley was easily reachable by phone and helpful if we had any questions. He also gave us recommendable tips for our stay. That was great.
Since we brought our bikes, we did not need any others. There are also some available in the barn, which is practical for guests who do not come with bikes. Because you don't want to miss out on biking there. There are beautiful bike routes all around. Our personal recommendation for this is the way to Altwarp. Halfway there is a nice swimming spot, and in Altwarp there is delicious fish.
