Description
The approximately 40 sqm bright holiday apartment, equipped for 2 people and located about 500m from the beach, is situated on the ground floor of a residential building.
The open living-kitchen area has been furnished with great attention to detail to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests. A flat-screen TV and a music system are available, as well as a ceramic hob with oven and a microwave in the kitchen area. The bedroom (initial set of bed linen included) with 2... TV is cozily furnished, has a radio, and can of course be darkened. In the bathroom, everything is prepared for you. A small towel for drying your hands, soap, and a bath mat are provided. A kitchen set consisting of 2 dish towels, 1 cleaning cloth, and dish soap is part of the basic equipment.
Additional equipment: hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, sufficient dishes, glasses, pots, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, board games, books, and a towel set per person. Your outdoor area is equipped with seating furniture, a table, and a kettle grill. The chairs are adjustable and can also be used for sunbathing. A parking space is located directly in front of the house and is available to you free of charge for the entire stay.
Shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes. The old town with half-timbered houses, Gründerzeit facades, and the city harbor are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle. Water and forest offer many opportunities for leisure activities, e.g. swimming, fishing, water sports, mini golf, zoo, and cycling tours on the well-developed paths. Thanks to the proximity to the water, you can also do without a car to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is about 500 metres from the sandy beach. Shopping facilities and the old town, with its old half-timbered houses, can be reached in a few minutes by bicycle or by car.
In the near vicinity are: Fitness centre, bowling alley, bicycle rental, boat rental, banana boat trips on the beach (private provider), horseback riding, mini golf, climbing forest, boat trips to the island of Usedom and to Poland.

Cancellation terms:
For a cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, we charge the deposit of 20% as a cancellation fee. For a later cancellation or no-show, 80 percent of the travel price will be due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Great apartment,
… super nice and helpful landlords, the apartment was pristine, there were suitable bicycles for a rather symbolic price, and the weather was great! A completely successful short holiday, we will definitely come back!

Erholung pur
Very nice welcome, the wine for the greeting was delicious, cozy accommodation, beautiful meadow and barbecue area we could use at any time. The beach is about a 15-minute walk or about 3 minutes by car. There is also a separate dog beach and nudist beach. Absolutely recommended!

We would love to come back again.
Very friendly landlords, were able to store our bicycles, beautiful garden with a nice sitting area and possibility to barbecue. We didn't miss anything and would love to come back.

: Cozy holiday apartment with a great location
We had a great vacation in the cozy furnished holiday apartment of the Rohe family.
Everything needed for self-catering in a holiday apartment was available.
We also loved the location because it only took us a few minutes on foot to reach the beach of Ueckermünde.
All in all, we can only recommend the holiday apartment and would book it again immediately for another stay in Ueckermünde.
