Description
The approx. 40 sqm large and for 2 persons equipped bright holiday flat, approx. 500m away from the beach, is located on the ground floor of a residential house.
The open-plan kitchen/living room area has been furnished with great attention to detail to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests. A flat screen TV with DVD player and a music system are available, as well as a ceramic cooker with oven and a microwave in the kitchen area. The bedroom (first set of bed linen included) is also comfortably furnished, has a second TV, a radio with CD and can of course be darkened. Everything is prepared for you in the bathroom. A small towel to dry your hands, soap and a shower mat are provided. A towel set is included for stays of 2 weeks or more. A kitchen set, consisting of 2 dish towels, 1 dish cloth and washing-up liquid are part of the basic equipment.

The equipment of your outdoor area includes seating furniture, table and a kettle grill. The chairs are adjustable and can also be used for sunbathing. A parking space is located directly in front of the house and is available to you free of charge for the entire stay.
Shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes. The old town with its half-timbered houses, facades from the Wilhelminian period and the town harbour are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle. Water and forest offer many opportunities for leisure activities, e.g. swimming, fishing, water sports, mini-golf, zoo and cycling tours on the well-developed paths. Due to the proximity to the water, it is also possible to do without the car altogether in order to experience a beautiful day at the beach.

The holiday flat is about 500 metres from the sandy beach. Shopping facilities and the old town, with its old half-timbered houses, can be reached in a few minutes by bicycle or by car.
In the near vicinity are: Fitness centre, bowling alley, bicycle rental, boat rental, banana boat trips on the beach (private provider), horseback riding, mini golf, climbing forest, boat trips to the island of Usedom and to Poland.

: Cozy holiday apartment with a great location
We had a great vacation in the cozy furnished holiday apartment of the Rohe family.
Everything needed for self-catering in a holiday apartment was available.
We also loved the location because it only took us a few minutes on foot to reach the beach of Ueckermünde.
All in all, we can only recommend the holiday apartment and would book it again immediately for another stay in Ueckermünde.

Super nice landlord
We were warmly welcomed and it continued like that.
Large garden with terrace, barbecue, etc.
The equipment had everything you needed and it was very clean.

Vacation at the Stettiner Haff
Very friendly and loving hosts. The vacation apartment is very lovingly furnished and meets all requirements for a pleasant stay. The beach is only 500m away and offers plenty of gastronomic options. In the well-maintained garden, you can also enjoy the peace and quiet with a glass of wine. In addition, a grill is available.
Since we have now booked the apartment for the second time, we can only recommend it further. It was again a wonderful stay with the Rohe family.

2 Wochen pure Erholung
Wir hatten zwei Wochen tollen Urlaub in Ückermünde. Familie Rohe als Gastgeber schafft den Spagat zwischen fürsorglich aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hält in Ausstattung und Lage genau was sie verspricht. Wer wie wir im Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und trotzdem die Option auf andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten haben will. ist hier genau richtig. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen im Gästebuch der Ferienwohnung aus den letzten Jahren spiegeln genau das wieder. Viele Gäste stehen dort mehrfach drin, wir haben auch schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Das Haffbad kann gut mit dem Ostseestrand mithalten und ist nicht so überlaufen und in der ganz langsam und gleichmäßig ansteigenden Wassertiefe berechenbarer als die offene See. Rund um Ückermünde konnten wir sehr gut Fahrrad fahren. Bis nächstes Jahr :-)

Wunschlos glücklich
Wir besuchten die Ferienwohnung Sonnenblume schon zum zweiten mal und waren auch dieses Mal sehr zufrieden.
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt braucht.
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Größe und ist für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend.

Tolle Unterkunft
Alles hat gestimmt, sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist top, es ist alles da was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Der Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen und erholen ein. Alles ist in einem super gepflegten Zustand. Zum Strand sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Urlaub bei Fam. Rohe lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Es wird sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei Fam.
