Our holiday flats, completed in 2014, are located on the outskirts of Ueckermünde. 900m to the old town. The flats were newly renovated in 2018 and the rooms in 2017. The living space of the holiday flats is between 52 sqm and 102 sqm and is designed for 2 - 5 people. The holiday flats have one and two bedrooms and are completely newly furnished. Some of them have an eat-in kitchen (American style) or kitchens with dining areas. All of them have a fully equipped kitchen. Basic bed linen and towels are provided in each flat. All additional costs are included, only the visitor's tax of 0,90-1,80 € will be charged separately. Children are free.
One flat is suitable for disabled persons. The house is barrier-free. Coin-operated washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron in the house Parking space and secure bicycle storage are available. Pets are welcome. The entire property is fenced and equipped with dog locks.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartments are located on the edge of Ueckermünde, quiet but centrally 5000 sqm plot of land is family-friendly with a small park, barbecue area, games and , concerns and beach chairs to the relax and restaurants can be reached at 800m. The town Harbour is km (ferry to Usedom and Szczecin), the bus station 4 km, the bus is 500 m and the Central Station km. We pick you upon request from the train station.

| Flat for two to three persons (one bedroom + large sofa bed) 440 Euro a week, extra day 56 Euro or a large flat for 2 - 5 persons with two bedrooms 540 Euro the first week. Extra day 70 Euro -per accommodation unit and week 440/540 .- € for 2 - 4 persons main as well as low season incl. additional costs (electricity/water/towels/bed linen and ). after one week (7 days) each additional day 50-64 €. Minimum rental period per flat 3 days. Holiday flat for three to five persons ( two bedrooms + large ) -per apartment and week five hundred € for 4 persons ( per day seventy-six € ) high as well as low season incl. all additional costs (electricity/water/towels/bed linen/etc.) after one week rental period per extra day sixty-four €. Each additional person 5€ per / day Since 2018 the town of Ueckermünde charges a spa tax of 1,80€ per person per night, which we pass on to the town. (Children under 18 are free of spa tax) You will receive a spa card upon arrival. Minimum rental period 3 days* If you would like a shorter period, please visit our Pension-am-rosengarten page. Furnishing : Our flats are completely newly furnished. (see under 'Our offer') A locked bicycle room and a parking space are at your disposal. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the house.
