The holiday home is located on the edge of the centre of Ueckermünde in a quiet, idyllic residential area.
The town centre with its sights, shops, restaurants and harbour can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The beach can be reached by car or in about 10 to 15 minutes by bicycle via the newly developed beach path.
You can find a detailed description under: Take a holiday in the state-recognised resort of Ueckermünde on the Szczecin Lagoon and the adjacent Baltic Sea. Ueckermünde was largely spared the destruction of the Second World War. As a result, the historic old town with its pretty half-timbered and gabled houses around the market square and at the Ackerhof has been extensively restored. But that's not the only thing that makes Germany's north-easternmost harbour town on the southern Szczecin Lagoon so worth seeing.
Spend the most beautiful time of the year in one of Germany's sunniest regions. Enjoy summer bathing on the fine sandy beach of Ueckermünde with a view across the Szczecin Lagoon to the island of Usedom. Relax in the peace and quiet of frosty winter days on long walks through the Ueckermünde Heath, along the lagoon coast or on the promenade along the lagoon beach.

New Year's vacation
We stayed for 4 nights with four people in this accommodation over New Year's Eve 2023/2024 and can only report good things. The equipment couldn't be better. Nothing is missing. Everything is very well maintained.
The contact with the landlord was also very nice and uncomplicated.
We would love to come back.

Super holiday home
Great holiday home in an absolutely quiet residential area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you could wish for. The town centre and the harbour are all within walking distance. Even our dog was welcome here and felt comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next holiday here
