Cancellation terms:
- Rücktrittserklärungen müssen schriftlich erfolgen. Storniert der Gast den Vertrag, so bleibt er zur Zahlung des vereinbarten Mietpreises an den Vermieter trotzdem verpflichtet. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, wie lange vor seinem Reiseantritt er storniert hat. Im Falle des Rücktritts wird zusätzlich ein pauschaler Aufwendungsersatz von 15,00 € erhoben. Kann das Zimmer anderweitig vergeben werden, erhält der Gast sein Geld vom Vermieter zurück.
