Description
The holiday flat is located in a residential building on the top floor. You reach the flat via an outside staircase.
The picture of the entrance area conjures up a touch of romance and you have a wide view through the living area to the open kitchen.
Everything is lovingly furnished for you. At the end of the kitchen is a beautiful bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2x2m),
a single bed and a cot (1,40x0,70m). On arrival, the beds are made up and there is 1 shower mat, hand soap and a guest towel in the bathroom. Towel packs can be ordered on request for €4.00 per set.
The kitchen area is very well equipped. Basic equipment includes: Tea towels, dishcloth and washing-up liquid). The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a music system. The entire flat can be darkened.
What should not remain unmentioned: You live in an old house, where the creaking of the floor underlines the flair of the house. Many people think that this is part of it, because old houses have stories to tell.
A selection of DVDs, board games and more than 50 books are available for you to choose from.
On the terrace outside(with flagstones), equipped with seating for 4 people, a large awning and a barbecue, a small oasis of flowers awaits you. The parking space( carport) is located on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach is about 500 m away. Shopping facilities are also just a few minutes away and the old town with its half-timbered houses, facades from the Wilhelminian period and the town harbour are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle. Water and forest offer many opportunities for leisure activities. For example: swimming, water sports, boating, fishing, miniature golf, cycling tours and a visit to the Ueckermünde zoo. Walks to the nearby beach and romantic sunsets are a nice way to end a holiday day.

The most beautiful holiday flat
I am really in love with this apartment. In March I was there for the second time and it won't be the last. You simply feel at home. I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the Rohe family is always helpful if you need anything. I can't say anything negative....

Holiday

Beautiful holiday flat with nice separate terrace including barbecue corner
The beach is within walking distance and there are plenty of shops.
The flat is equipped with everything you need and there is a nice parking space. If it suits us again, we will come back again!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit top Lage
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung und Umgebung, trotz des schlechten Wetters.

Herzlichkeit trifft Erholung
Wir können Familie Rohe und ihre wundervolle liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung absolut weiter empfehlen. Schon das zweite Jahr waren wir mit unserer Tochter zu Gast und haben unseren Familienurlaub absolut genossen.
Frau Rohe und Ihre Familie sind herzlich, aufgeschlossen und ehrlich, aber haben uns als Gast auch den nötigen Freiraum gelassen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz, kinderfreundlich und sie ist besonders sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen! Unserer Tochter hat besonders die Liebe zum Detail gefallen - sie konnte jeden Tag etwas Neues entdecken. Und natürlich das kleine Begrüßungsgeschenk; wir lesen ihr noch heute sehr gern aus dem Buch vor.
Es war eine tolle erholsame Zeit bei Ihnen und wir sagen Danke - bis zum nächsten Mal !

Super Unterkunft, gerne wieder
Super nette Gastgeber. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles prima geklappt. Fahrräder waren vor handen, sodass wir unser Auto auch mal stehen lassen konnten. Der Strand und die Innenstadt waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter
toller Empfang/Service und top Wohnung. Alles vorrätig was man braucht und funktionstüchtig. Die Lage auch sehr zentral, wir haben uns den Tierpark angesehen, den man ebenfalls sehr empfehlen kann. Den Strand erreicht man gut und in kurzer Zeit! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und vielleicht sieht man sich auch mal wieder.
