Description
The holiday home is approx. 40 sqm and offers space for 2 adults and 2 children (up to 17 years). For the children there are 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) on the sleeping loft, which is accessible via a folding staircase. Please note that the ceiling height there is less than 1.60m. Beds are made up on arrival, a change of bed linen is chargeable (4,00€ per bed).
In the living area there is a double bed (180x200cm), as well as 2 flat screen TVs (SAT-TV), DVD player and a music system. It is possible to watch the TV programme from the bed or while sitting.
The open living, sleeping and kitchen area is flooded by the large window front, depending on the time of day by the rising or setting sun.
The cosy kitchen area is well equipped and here is also the dining table for up to 4 people. The electric cooker has an oven. The basic equipment includes: 2 dish towels, 1 dish cloth, washing-up liquid, scouring pad and filter for the coffee machine.
The bathroom with flat shower is modern. On arrival, 1 guest towel, 1 shower mat and hand soap are provided.
A coated beach blanket is ready for you in the cottage. For the very small guests, you can order a travel cot free of charge.
The terrace adjoining the house with garden swing, seating group and kettle grill invites you to linger.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house and is available to guests free of charge.
Shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes. The old town with its half-timbered houses, facades from the Wilhelminian period and the town harbour are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle.
Water and forest offer many opportunities for leisure activities.
The shallow sandy beach is ideal for families with children.
The holiday home is also very suitable for a holiday for two.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located at the Szczecin Lagoon, the motorway exit A20 Pasewalk is approx. 35 km away. The holiday home is approx. 500m from the beach. Shopping is only a few minutes away, on foot, by bike or by car.
Travelling by train is possible to the town harbour in Ueckermünde and on request we will pick you up from the station in Ueckermünde free of charge.
The leisure activities are very extensive, for example: swimming, fishing,water sports, horse riding, bike tours, zoo, mini golf, castle museum, boat tours, boat rental,gym,guided tours through the old town and various events by the town of Ueckermünde.
The nearest children's playground is about 300 m away.
The proximity to the water means that you don't need a car at all.

Cancellation terms:
If you cancel up to 28 days before arrival, we will charge the deposit of 20% as a cancellation fee. For later cancellations or no-shows, 80% of the travel price will be due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

A boat trip with the Lütt Matten, a former fishing cutter or a visit to the zoo are nice excursion destinations with the family or as a couple.
Romantic walks to the beach in the evening and end the day. A barbecue on your own terrace is a nice way to end the day.

Very nice and relaxing vacation
A beautiful, clean, and purposefully furnished accommodation. Everything you need is available.
We were warmly welcomed by the Rohe family and felt comfortable right away. The Rohe family is very nice and helpful. They are always approachable for questions. We felt comfortable throughout the entire 10 days and gladly recommend this lovely place.

Dream vacation with the dear Rohe family
Super service, we were picked up from the train station and were also offered a first tour to the grocery store to do a bigger shopping. The host parents are super nice and have good excursion tips on hand.

Cozy accommodation at the Szczecin Lagoon
We were now the fifth time with the Rohe family and were very satisfied again this time. The holiday home "Little Seagull" impresses with coziness, cleanliness, and everything you need. With the Rohe family, you are well taken care of. We would happily come back!

Clear further recommendation!
Dear Rohe family,
thank you for 1 week of pure relaxation.
We arrived without a car, were cheerfully picked up from the train station, and were able to do our first shopping directly with you. On the day of departure, our wish to spend another 2 hours at the beach before heading back to the train station was no problem for you either :) We will fondly remember this great service for a long time.
I would describe the little seagull with the words "small but fine." My son felt very comfortable in his own little children's kingdom in the attic, lovingly furnished, and we lacked nothing.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful week :)
