Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday flat on the 1st floor offers approx. 65 m² of space for 4 people (additional bed possible). It has a living room, two separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), (travel cot, high chair, baby bath on request), a hallway and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) and a shower/WC. All rooms have a flat-screen TV. WLAN is also available free of charge. For bookworms there is a small selection of books. (Non-smokers, pets not welcome)

Our holiday flat is located in the small idyllic town of Bad Doberan
Bad Doberan is known as a mud spa, for its Gothic cathedral, the small beautiful old town, the Baltic Sea railway, the summer toboggan run "Stülower Alpen" as well as for the district of Heiligendamm, the oldest seaside resort, which is connected to the town centre and Kühlungsborn via the narrow-gauge railway Molli. The town centre as well as the railway station can be reached on foot in approx. 5-10 minutes. Ideal starting point for excursions to Rostock, Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn and Wismar.

Very nice holiday flat
A very beautiful, wonderfully furnished and cosy holiday flat. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer!

Very cosy, fully equipped holiday flat with many amenities.
Very well-maintained modern 3 room holiday flat, each with a Smart TV. (Wi-Fi included) If you prefer to read, you will find a large selection of books. Board games have also been thought of. The kitchen (fully equipped) and the bathroom (with washing machine and large shower) leave nothing to be desired.
The deposit is justified for such a property and was refunded immediately after departure.
