We spent a wonderful 10 days in the Villa Lake View.

The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired. The living and bedrooms are bright and friendly. A beautiful sofa landscape invites you to linger. A TV with access to German channels is available. From two bedrooms, the terrace with the pool can be accessed directly. The bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. From the living room and terrace, there is a beautiful view of the lake. Dreamlike sunrises can be observed. With luck, the "house alligator" can be spotted. The pool is maintained weekly and invites swimming. A cage provides sustainable protection against insects and pests. In the house, there is a house folder that contains descriptions of the technical devices and tips and tricks for a hassle-free stay in the house and in the Fort Myers area. Of course, with excursion and restaurant tips and many important notes to make the vacation as pleasant as possible.
The nearby surroundings invite you to stroll along the nearby river as well as jogging rounds.
The location is ideal for exploring the south and central Florida, as it is centrally located.
A perfect vacation destination to explore Florida.

The Villa Pelican Creek is a beautiful villa in a quiet location in Cape Coral. The furnishings are of high quality, nothing is lacking: dishes, towels (in very sufficient quantity!), electrical appliances (the refrigerator can easily connect via Bluetooth, allowing you to stream your own music - great! ), great outdoor area with a very nice pool and plenty of seating and lounging options, gas grill, and outdoor TV screen ), washing machine and dryer, private garage with direct access to the villa, many extras in the garage such as beach equipment, 2 new bicycles, and more! ).

We can highly recommend this accommodation - simply perfect! ?
