Description
Enjoy your well-deserved holidays in a beautifully furnished holiday home in tropical surroundings. In this very spacious holiday home with 220 m2 living space, 4 bedrooms (2 of which are master bedrooms), bathrooms (2 of which are large master bedrooms with Jacuzzi) and two spacious living rooms, nothing is missing. Bring your toothbrush, the rest is already provided.
The house is of course air-conditioned and the pool can be heated (extra charge). Relax in the hot tub after a long day in the parks or shopping. The pool deck is enlarged and offers enough space to enjoy the sun or relax in the comfortable pool chairs. The two master bedrooms have large king-size beds, the third bedroom has two twin-sizes and the fourth bedroom has one full-size and one twin-size bed. So the house is perfect for two families or two generations with children
The house has two living rooms, a kitchen with dining table, a separate dining table, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a garage. Each bedroom has a TV with at least 32 inch size. In the living room there is a 55 inch TV, a Bluray player that can play all DVDs worldwide (including those from Europe) and a sound system with Dolby Surround. There are about 50 DVDs and Bluerays available.
Free WIFI and fast internet is provided throughout the house. Telephone calls to the whole USA and Canada are free of charge. The house can be secured with an alarm system.
Included are bed linen, bath towels and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
The management company that looks after the house is also located in the same superstructure. If anything is not as requested, they will get back to you.

The villa is about 20 minutes away from Disney World. Universal Studio and Seaword can be reached within 30 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets (Walmart and Publix), restaurants of all price categories as well as world-class outlet malls with all kinds of world brands such as Nike, Adidas, Timberland, Levis, etc
The holiday villa is located at the intersection of US27/US192. The house is built in a quiet part of the Clear Creek development, directly on a small lake in a nature reserve.

There are plenty of golf courses in the immediate vicinity with t-times starting at $19. There is also the possibility to go fishing or on a wine tour nearby. There are plenty of games in the house. The doors to the pool are secured with alarms for the safety of the children
The villa is professionally maintained and equipment is always being renewed and updated.

Super accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired
There were six of us in this dream house, 2 children, parents-in-law, my husband and me.
We felt so comfortable there that it was immensely difficult for us to say goodbye.
Everything is exactly as you can see in the photos. Everything was tiptop clean, the towels/bedding all smelled fresh, the beds were super comfortable and all the rooms were just so big you could get lost. The children's room/bathroom are lovingly decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything works perfectly. The service on site is also great. The pool was cleaned regularly. The pool deck is simply a dream. The projection allows you to eat outside in the dry even when it rains. There are enough chairs, sunbeds and the outdoor shower is really great. You have sun all day and it is just beautiful to come out in the morning and watch the sunrise while dangling your feet in the pool.
There were enough towels, bed linen, extra blankets that you didn't have to freeze.
The house is in a very quiet area. Nothing disturbs you and you can just relax, recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries. You can find everything you need in the surrounding area. Walmart, various fast food chains, restaurants, shopping.
All in all, this was our best Florida holiday so far and we will definitely be back.
