Spend an unforgettable family vacation in this spacious, high-quality, and professionally furnished holiday villa with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The house features a private, heatable, and fully screened pool area and is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood – perfect for families with children.
The villa is located only approx. 15 minutes by car from Walt Disney World (via the new expressway SR-429) and offers excellent connections to all the well-known attractions around Orlando.
Ideal for families & traveling together:
The house is situated on a large plot with a beautiful view of a lake as well as a protected natural and wooded area. With approximately 215 m² of living space, it offers ample room for two families or several generations, without feeling cramped. Bedroom layout:
2 spacious master bedrooms with king-size beds and their own whirlpool baths – ideal for 2 generations of families or 2 families
1 children's room with a bunk bed, which is especially popular with children, and 1 additional bedroom with two single beds. In total, there are 2 king-size beds, 1 double bed, 3 single beds, as well as a sofa bed available. Living & Relaxing:
The villa features several living areas: a living room, a family room, a formal dining room, and a breakfast nook. The family room is equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen TV, Dolby Digital surround system, Blu-ray player, and extended cable TV – ideal for relaxing movie nights after an eventful day. All other rooms have cable TV.
Of course, fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Private Pool & Outdoor Area:
The large pool and terrace area (covered) invites you to relax. The private pool with integrated spa offers a wonderful view of the lake. A grill is also available – perfect for cozy family evenings outdoors.
Fully equipped for your vacation:
The fully equipped kitchen offers all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils for self-catering. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available – especially practical for longer stays or trips with children. Of course, all bath towels and bed linens are also provided.

The villa is located about 20 minutes from Disney World. Universal Studios and SeaWorld can be reached within 30 minutes. There are plenty of golf courses nearby with tee times starting at $29. There is also the possibility to go fishing nearby or to take a wine tour. There are plenty of games in the house. The doors to the pool are secured with alarms for the safety of the children.

Super accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired
There were six of us in this dream house, 2 children, parents-in-law, my husband and me.
We felt so comfortable there that it was immensely difficult for us to say goodbye.
Everything is exactly as you can see in the photos. Everything was tiptop clean, the towels/bedding all smelled fresh, the beds were super comfortable and all the rooms were just so big you could get lost. The children's room/bathroom are lovingly decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything works perfectly. The service on site is also great. The pool was cleaned regularly. The pool deck is simply a dream. The projection allows you to eat outside in the dry even when it rains. There are enough chairs, sunbeds and the outdoor shower is really great. You have sun all day and it is just beautiful to come out in the morning and watch the sunrise while dangling your feet in the pool.
There were enough towels, bed linen, extra blankets that you didn't have to freeze.
The house is in a very quiet area. Nothing disturbs you and you can just relax, recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries. You can find everything you need in the surrounding area. Walmart, various fast food chains, restaurants, shopping.
All in all, this was our best Florida holiday so far and we will definitely be back.
