The interior has a special charm in modern style with a tiled floor and lovely decoration. The large wooden beams on the ceiling provide a rustic living room is a very large 65 INCH TELEVISION with Smart TV and 4K. The 3 bedrooms offer enough space for 6-8 people and the crackling fireplace in the open living/dining and cooking area provides a cosy atmosphere. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The sun-drenched and bright holiday home is fully equipped and is regularly modernised. Our kitchen is perfectly equipped for you. Among other things, you will find a coffee machine, a Senseopadmachine, microwave, kettle, cooker, oven, egg boiler, dishwasher, refrigerator, mini freezer and an extensive assortment of dishes and glasses.
Additional beds, as well as a children's travel cot, can be added free of charge if required.

For a quick bite to eat, we recommend the local Grenz snack bar, which is within easy walking distance. The food is rich and delicious.

The holiday home is located next to the spa gardens. However, we would like to point out that in winter, despite the snow clearance service, there may be obstacles in case of large amounts of snow. If there is fresh snow, you may have to push your own car from the house to the car on the property (if we are not on site).

Holiday in Hohegeiß
Our second holiday in the Ballin family's holiday homes was again very pleasant. Like last year, we were greeted by a spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished holiday home that lacked nothing
It is also nice that they regularly invest in new equipment.
So we can recommend the holiday homes without reservation.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir haben unsere Rosenhochzeitsreise in einem wunderschönen und sehr sauber / gepflegten Haus und Umfeld erleben dürfen. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt vom Ambiente und haben daher beschlossen immer wieder Urlaub bei Fa. Ballin zu machen. Auch konnten wir sehr gut mit unserem Hund spazieren gehen. Wir drei haben jede Sekunde in dem Haus genossen!! Danke!

Urlaub mit Hunden und viel Bewegung
Wir haben eine super tolle Woche in diesem schönen sauberen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind super und der Garten groß genug für die Hunde. Buchung und Betreuung durch Familie Ballin einfach Klasse *****. Der Brocken sollte ein Muß für jeden Besucher sein, wunderbar der Auf und Abstieg, auch die Wanderungen rund um Hohegeiß sehr zu empfehlen. Kleine Einkäufe im Ort möglich, der Bäcker ist super.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder, schon gebucht.

Für Familien und Hund!
Das Haus selbst ist gut Ausgestattet und sehr groß. Was mich ein wenig störte war, dass man um sich rum andere Häuser hat. Da ich das schon zu Hause habe, mache ich eigentlich nur Urlaub in Häusern, die alleine stehen,ohne Nachbarn. Darauf habe ich beim buchen wohl nicht geachtet. Der große gepflegte Park ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und hervorragend zum spazieren gehen mit Hund. Ich fand, dass der Garten auf den Fotos größer aussieht, als er tatsächlich ist. Unsere 2 Hunde haben es dennoch genossen. Zu empfehlen sind auch die Tropfsteinhöhlen! Ich weis darauf hin, dass diese Bewertung mein pers. Empfinden ist. Weiterhin alles gute. Fam.P.

Einfach fantastisch
Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage im Harz verbracht. Es hätte uns nicht besser treffen können mit der Unterkunft. Super nette Vermieter und ein absolut tolles Haus. Sehr sauber und eine Ausstattung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Für uns steht schon fest das wir wieder kommen.

Wonderful holiday home
The contact with the landlord was very friendly even before our arrival, and we were warmly welcomed on site. The house is really beautifully furnished and we felt completely at home. The furnishings are very loving and extensive, the couch is very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. We only rent holiday flats or houses because of our dogs and have rarely felt so comfortable. A big compliment for so much attention to detail!!!
We would very much like to come back.
The surrounding area is great for cycling & walking, it really was a relaxing long weekend.

Wir verbrachten ein langes Wochenende in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Service waren super. Toll war auch, daß wir unsere Hunde ohne Problem mit nehmen durften. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit im Haus und die Ausstattung. Eine Beleuchtung auf den Wegen um das Haus währe sehr schön. Alles in allem eine tolles Haus, mit sehr netten Vermietern.
