The spacious house that you can use all by yourself provides a relaxing feel-good atmosphere. Here you can relax, enjoy the peace and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.
This modern and comfortable holiday home offers 125m² of space and is ideal for couples and families with 1-2 children and a baby. We have furnished the house for baby and toddler.
The Bergdorf Hohegeiss is the ideal starting point to explore the beautiful Harz in all seasons.
Our modern furnished and ground-floor 3-room holiday house (Danhaus) with a generous kitchen and separate dining area is ideal for all those seeking recreation.
The kitchen is well equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, water cooker, toaster, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer and sufficient dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. For our small guests there is extra children's clothing and bibs. There is a high chair at the dining table. For the sibling child, which is still too small to sit on the chair, there is a separate seat elevation for the normal chair.
The living room offers a TV with DVB-T, USB and HDMI connection as well as a Nintendo Wii with a large selection of games and accessories. A separate seating area with two comfortable armchairs can be used as a still and reading corner. Children can look forward to various social games. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The children's room has a baby bed (0-3 years) a single bed and a pull-out bed (up to 70 kg body weight).
In the dormitories large closets offer plenty of space, a safe and there are enough hangers available.
In the house there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a clothes dryer with brackets for free use. The utility room offers ample space for baby carriages and winter sports equipment. A separate wardrobe is available for winter clothing.
Bed linen, bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils are included in the price. The beds are made. For the baby or toddler there is a play blanket / crawl cover, which is also suitable for outdoors. Bath towels, a baby bath tub and a changing table with changing mat are available in the bathroom.
For the older child there is a small pot, a seat reduction for the toilet and a stool for the washbasin.

The Harz offers a variety of different leisure activities and attractions. The toboggan run is 100 m from our holiday domicile.
The house and the garden are available to our guests for their own use. Directly in front of the house on the property is the parking space for the car, with convenient access to the house and with separate access into the housekeeping room, where the stroller can be parked. The cottage is located on a quiet side road and yet only 3 min to the village center.

| We have fresh towels and bed linen, which is for us self-evident and will not be charged extra. So you can start immediately in your well-earned vacation. Electricity, water and gas are included. No extra charge for a baby bed. Wrap-around and windlass are available and do not need to be brought along. We offer fair and transparent pricing, without hidden additional costs! On the spot there is also a tourist tax (1,20 € / day / adult or 0,60 € / day / child from 6 years), which is charged by the spa administration. Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The garden invites you to wander in the pavilion with the picturesque view over the Bärenbachtal. On the terrace you can dine undisturbed and end the day.
The adjoining meadow belongs to the fully fenced property and is the largest playroom for your children. In the winter the mountain meadow becomes the in-house toboggan slope. Even small children can try their first tobogganing. Because it is quiet, manageable for the parents and safe. A great fun for all.

Super holiday home for families

Like at home
The holiday home is gorgeous and super beautifully furnished. The view is incredible and the children's room with the toys and everything is just great. This is the second time we have stayed in this holiday home and we plan to go back next year. The location is just great. You can take very nice walks there and it is quiet and relaxed in the village. Everything else is within easy reach. We had super nice days and felt at home in the holiday home.
