Enjoy the unforgettable view over the mountains of the Hochharz from the balcony of "your" comfortable flat "Traumblick" from the 11th floor of the Panoramic and let your soul dangle
In October 2010 the flat was completely renovated and newly furnished.
It was awarded 4**** by the German Tourism Association Braunlage on 09. 02. 2011. However, this classification was not extended due to the associated costs. The flat is modern and comfortably furnished. It impresses with its clarity and light colours.
The very quiet bedroom with a double bed (single mattress 160 x 200 cm) has various cupboards and shelves for the wardrobe. In the bright quiet/retreat or 2nd bedroom with 2nd TV set and various cupboards, 2 persons or the children can spend the night (160 x 200 cm). If required, two more people can use the sofa bed in the large living room as a bed (140 x 200 cm)
The high-quality and modern kitchenette offers all comfort in a small space, ideal for a small holiday kitchen. Microwave, oven and dishwasher are indispensable helpers in the kitchen, allowing for more holiday leisure time. The bathroom convinces with its high-quality and modern fittings. The balcony invites you to linger and sunbathe until the romantic sunset. Please note that we only rent to non-smokers. Smoking is also not allowed on the balcony.

Location and surroundings of object
The comfort flat is located on the 11th floor of the "Panoramic" at Kurpark 3 in Hohegeiss. Especially due to the exposed location on one of the top floors of the building, our guests have an incomparable view over the mountains of the Hochharz. From here they can watch the game from the balcony with a glass of wine!
Hohegeiß is a quiet and romantic, almost dreamy place.
Here you can forget your everyday life through the incomparable flora/fauna and enjoy the sight of the heights.
The Hochharz inspires with its unmistakable natural beauty and offers attractions for younger and more mature holidaymakers at all times of the year. The resort is very child-friendly and offers variety and entertainment for children.
Excursions to the surrounding area, e.g. Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg or a trip to the Wurmberg or the Brocken, etc., make the holiday an experience. The gastronomic offer in this holiday region is varied.
As the Harz is also an Eldorado for bikers, they are also very welcome in our holiday home. The owner is also an enthusiastic motorcyclist
During holiday periods: Mini disco for our little guests: (30 min. dancing in the lobby with a small sweet reward at the end), making autumn decorations, panoramic quiz, For the grown-ups: Swimming pool, giant chess, typhoon game board

Relaxing weekend with a dreamy view
We really liked the apartment! The view was especially beautiful! The Wi-Fi worked great! Not every apartment provides internet in the Panoramic! Despite the place being full, it was very quiet. We liked the moderate check-out times, we were able to sleep in on Sunday.

Top flat with top equipment :-)
I stayed in Mr Weber's flat for a long weekend and came home absolutely delighted.
Absolutely nothing was missing, everything was there. Starting with the obligatory tea towel, coffee filters, tea lights, books to browse through or various DVDs. Where else can you find something like that?
The handover of the flat was absolutely uncomplicated and very friendly. A short phone call is all it takes to get help with any questions.
I didn't test the gastronomy on the ground floor, so I can't say anything about it.
However, if you want to go to the nearest supermarket, you need a car (e.g. Edeka in Braunlage, about 15 minutes' drive), as there is nothing much in the surrounding area. Apart from a few restaurants and guesthouses, there is not really much in Hohegeiß :-). But it is just wonderful for the "rest seekers".
Conclusion:
Cleanliness 1a and a super modern equipment in a flat with breathtaking views and an incomparable evening peace. I have rarely been able to switch off so well and "decelerate" with a view of the beautiful sunset (because of the west balcony :-)). The pool on the ground floor (even though it was too warm for me personally) and the optional bread service round off the whole experience.
Thank you very much Mr Weber (and Mr Meyer) for the wonderful days with you. I will gladly recommend you and am already looking forward to the next visit :-))

Wir versuchen möglichst unseren Gästen soviel Komfort zu bieten, dass sie sich "wie zu Hause fühlen" . Und wenn etwas fehlt, gehen wir gerne auch auf Anregungen ein. Im Sept. 2018 haben wir beispielsweise in unserer Wohnung ein Modem angeschlossen, so dass unsere Gäste zukünftig einen schnellen Internetzugang haben. Das "entschleunigt" vielleicht nicht in dem Sinne, wie Sie es schrieben, aber man kann ja im www. auch Wanderrouten ermitteln (outdooractive.de u.a....) Flat 530 "Dream View"
Hello Mr Weber, we have twice spent 10 days on holiday at "Traumblick" in the beautiful Harz mountains, the weather was almost too kind to us, we were happy to use the beautiful swimming pool after the excursions. A great holiday resort with charm of past times, well maintained, swimming pool, bowling alley, everything there
The flat is beautiful, the landscape is great, there are endless things to do for all ages, the Harz is super! The towns of Goslar, Quedlinburg and Wernigerode look like they've been painted! No big-city chaos, but an ideal world! .....so our impressions! Steam locomotive rides are unique in the world. Next year, another holiday in the Harz!

Super, beautiful flat, great holiday
We were in Hohegeiß from 18.6.18 to 23.6.18. We were very surprised by the flat. It looked like the pictures; we were super thrilled. Nothing was missing. You feel right at home. We would like to return to the Harz next year and will definitely book this holiday flat again
A tip; the brochures of the house, what there is to do there etc. should possibly be brought up to date. :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Traumblick und Traumurlaub
Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Woche hier verbracht! Dazu beigetragen hat sicher auch die Tatsache, dass wir Schnee hatten, ein richtiges Winterwonderland. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, nichts ist "abgewohnt" sondern gut in Schuß. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad durchdacht eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt; dazu beigetragen hat auch das Schwimmbad, das jeden Tag ab 7.30 Uhr geöffnet ist. Und es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit in der Bar Sky bzw. Bundesliga zu schauen. Fazit: Nicht vom ersten Eindruck der nicht besonders schönen Hochhäuser täuschen lassen, innen ist alles sehr gut!
Und der Vermieter unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.

Von Zuhause mussten wir
da direkt vor unserer Haustür das alljährliche Weinfest stattfand.
Ich suchte etwas, wo unser alter Hund (15J) mitkann, nicht so weit weg von daheim, ruhig und schön und natürlich auch bezahlbar.
Hier im "Traumblick" haben wir alles gefunden! Es waren erholsame Tage in einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Alles richtig gemacht

Traumhaft und gemütlich
Ganz spontan und kurzfristig entschlossen wir uns für ein paar Tage
Tapetenwechsel. Selten waren wir so angenehm überrascht. In der sehr hell,
modern und freundlich eingerichteten Wohnung fühlten wir uns sofort heimisch und
wohl und fanden alles vor, was das Herz begehrt. Das war Urlaub und Erholung ab
der ersten Minute. Das Hallenbad hat dafür gesorgt, das die Kinder viel Spaß
hatten und ausgelastet waren. Die Landschaft und die Umgebung laden zu langen
Spaziergängen ein. Der Service und das Hotelpersonal hat dem Wohlfühl-Faktor
vorbildlich beigetragen. Man kann sich gut selbst versorgen oder Essen gehen.
Die Aussicht vom Balkon bei einem Glas Rotwein ist einfach traumhaft.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, da auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett, offen und
aufrichtig war.

My name is Martin Weber. Born in the beautiful Sauerland in 1954, I love the mountains more than the flatlands. I learned to ski near my parents' house in the winters that could still be called "winter" In 2015, I found this beautiful apartment in the Harz mountains and immediately fell in love with the wonderful view from the balcony of the flat. Even as a pensioner, I will (hopefully) still be skiing, and the Harz mountains - like the Sauerland - offer plenty of opportunities for that But motorcycling, which I only learned when I was almost 60 and have enjoyed ever since, is also a lot of fun here in the Harz. It was precisely through motorbike rides that I was able to get to know many "secret" corners of the Harz before I became a landlord. So I hope that bikers will also feel at home in my apartment from time to time.
