The interior consists mainly of modern solid wood furniture in vintage style, a parquet floor and lovely decoration. The large wooden beams on the ceiling provide a rustic country house look. The 3 bedrooms offer enough space for 6-8 people and the crackling fireplace in the open-plan living/dining and cooking area creates a cosy atmosphere. In the living room you have a 60 inch TV at your disposal. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The sun-drenched and bright holiday home is fully equipped and is regularly modernised. Our kitchen is perfectly equipped for you. Among other things, you will find a coffee machine, Senseo Cremaplus, microwave, kettle, cooker, oven, egg boiler, dishwasher, refrigerator, mini freezer and a wide range of dishes and glasses.
Additional beds, as well as a children's travel cot, can be added free of charge if required.

Enjoy the Harz Mountains with heart and visit us. The small, cosy mountain village of Hohegeiß, a popular skiing and hiking area, is only 10 km from Braunlage. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature on 120 sqm with a view of the spa gardens. This, together with numerous hiking trails and toboggan runs, is right outside the door.

The nearby Wurmberg with its adventure world, is also real fun for the whole family.
For a quick bite to eat, we recommend the local Grenz snack bar, which is within easy walking distance. The food is rich and delicious.

| For each additional person we charge 10,- € per person and night. Children up to 2 years cost 5,-€ per day. A dog is charged once with 25 €. Rental period As a rule, rentals from 5 nights. Shorter bookings (min. 3 nights) on request. During the holiday season we reserve the right to rent from 7 nights. The visitor's tax is to be paid at the Hohegeiß municipal office. The certificate must be left at the house on the day of departure. Thanks to the spa card, you receive free admission to many leisure and spa facilities in Braunlage, Hohegeiß and in Sankt Andreasberg. |
Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 42 days before the day of arrival.

The holiday house is located at the Kurpark. However, we would like to point out that in winter, despite snow clearance services, large amounts of snow may cause obstructions. If there is fresh snow, you may have to push your own car from the house to the car on the property (if we are not on site).

Top maintained house in super location
We were in Hohegeiß for a short hiking holiday and would have liked to stay longer.
The holiday home is very beautifully situated, next to a large park where you can go for a walk with your four-legged friends.
The interior is top modern with a great feel-good character.
What is definitely worth mentioning is the great cleanliness, you immediately felt totally at home.
For breakfast, a small "village bakery" is recommended.
You can hike directly from the house.
We were on the Wurmber g, which is 13 km from the FH.
So we will gladly come back soon.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir sind als große Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind angereißt um einen Wanderurlaub im Harz zu verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man fürs gemeinsame Kochen oder Frühstücken benötigt. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sind wunderbare Ausflugsziele in nur wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch immer schnell und freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Wohlfühlhaus
Wir sind als Paar mit großem Hund angereist und hatten beim ersten Betreten des Hauses etwas Sorge, dass der Hund dem wunderschönen Echtholzfußboden im Erdgeschoss nicht „guttun“ würde, die war unbegründet. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, unseren Geschmack betreffend, wunderschön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man sieht überall die Liebe zum Detail. Dass der Außenbereich/Terrasse umzäunt ist, freut den Hundebesitzer. Gleich gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich der Kurpark in dem man mit dem angeleinten Hund, auf den Wegen bleibend, gassi gehen kann. Schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung, ob zu fuß oder mit dem Auto sind vom Ferienhaus aus ganz bequem möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super für mehrere Familien
Wir waren 2 Familien mit 2 Kleinkindern. Das Haus ist super geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Wir hatten leider kein Glück mit dem Wetter, haben uns aber nach jedem Ausflug gefreut in die Unterkunft zu kommen. Wir werden es auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

in 2000, 4 half-timbered houses were built in Hohegeiß. These are now in the second generation. We live in the Lüneburg Heath, but our heart belongs to the Harz. We have 2 dogs ourselves and therefore welcome every dog in our houses.
