Location and surroundings of object
The detached house is situated in a beautiful sunny location away from stress and traffic. With private sauna. Wonderful views of the imposing Ötztal and Stubai mountains. Snow-sure skiing areas like Hochoetz, Sölden and Kühtai, within 30 minutes. From the house you can easily find the most beautiful hiking and mountain bike trails of the Ötztal.
Because of the altitude snow-sure skiing areas like Hochoetz, Sölden and Kühtai, are quickly accessible from our house.
Mountain bike & cycle routes
Mountain bike & bike routesIn the Ötztal valley, cyclists can get up to speed on all levels of terrain. It doesn't matter whether it's a racing bike or mountain bike tour, whether it's an adrenaline-pumping single trail or a leisurely day of cycling with the family, whether it's under your own steam or with a little "tail wind" from e-bike power. The routes lead from asphalt roads in the valley over forest and gravel paths up to the steepest trails for downhillers - almost 700 tour kilometres in total. The mountain railways and lifts are recommended as "ascent assistance" for many pleasure routes.
The Ötztal Cycle Path is a continuous cycle path in the Ötztal and connects to the Inntal Cycle Path. At the moment this path is being extended with underpasses and bridges to create a route that runs far away from car and truck traffic and has only moderate gradients.
The Inntal cycle path leads from Maloja in Switzerland via Innsbruck in Austria to Passau in Germany and is approx. 520 km long.

We are a partner of the Ötztal Nature Park. Our guests can participate free of charge (excl. additional costs such as lifts etc. and according to the conditions of the nature park) in hikes guided by the nature park. You can find out more on the website of the nature park or from brochures in the house.
The Ötztal Nature Park is home to a number of areas that are particularly close to nature: The quiet areas Ötztal Alps and Stubai Alps fascinate with high alpine natural landscape with extensive glacier areas. The natural monument Obergurgler Zirbenwald as well as the natural forest reserves in the Windachtal near Sölden show typical Swiss stone pine stands. The UNESCO Biosphere Park Gurgler Kamm is a model area for the development of man and nature and is the subject of intensive scientific research. The steeply rising Engelswand near Umhausen boasts perfectly adapted vertical flora and fauna and has been designated a European Natura 2000 protected area and Tyrolean nature reserve. The Achstürze-Piburger See landscape conservation area at the entrance to the Ötztal valley impresses with its incomparable lake ambience and rustic rockfall landscape.
