You've come to the right place. We have built a new luxury holiday home for you in 2018 in the heart of the Ötztal
For families from 2-8 max 10 persons. !!!!!!!!! You can rent our house in the low season from 2-10 persons (graduated prices)
In the low season our house can also be rented for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

On 220 m² of living space you can expect a kitchen-living room (23 m²) with spacious seats and all the kitchen appliances you need, plus a utility room with 3 m²

3 bathrooms with Wc and shower, one of them with bath. 2 visitors WC.
A children's playroom 8 m² with Swiss stone pine bunk bed
A wellness room with infrared cabin for 5 persons, relaxation room with rain shower and Wc approx. 42 m². Washroom with washing machine and dryer.
A double garage with ski rack and shoe dryer for 10 pairs of shoes,. and wash basin
Terrace with garden furniture, accessible from the kitchen.
250 m² sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrella stand.

Location and surroundings of object
The Sennerhäusl is located at 820 m at the beginning of the Ötztal valley surrounded by magnificent mountains. The nature reserve starts directly behind the house. Skiing area Ötz about 5 min away. Area 47 about 6 min. away. Lake Piburg approx. 6 min. away.
We are located at the beginning of the Ötztal valley off the main road, completely free of traffic.

additional information about rental price:
| Tourist tax from 16 years winter € 3,00 daily summer € 2,50 daily. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. On arrival you have to pay € 400 in cash which you will receive back on departure. |
Cancellation terms:
- 3 Monate vor Reisebeginn sind 30 % zu bezahlen 2 Monate vor Reisebeginn 60 % 3 Wochen vor Reisebeginn 80 % bis 14 Tage vor Reisebeginn ist der gesamte Betrag zu bezahlen. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung dann kann nichts passieren.

No ski boots or street shoes in the house.
No barbecue under the canopy, under the balcony, in the garage, and in the house.

400 € deposit in cash on arrival and back in cash on departure.
