We felt very comfortable in the extremely well-maintained accommodation. The furnishings are excellent, nothing was lacking. I was here at this accommodation with a really good friend. We opened the door and felt immediately at home. Everything you needed was there and much more. Cleanliness and stylish decor were definitely present.

We could even hear the beautiful Baltic Sea from here. I can really recommend Mrs. Rahn with her holiday apartment and the delicious strawberry jam. If we could give more than 5 stars, I would do it. The weather was great, the apartment was great, the landlord was great, the travel companion was great, the vacation was great. What should I say?

Little pearl with a heart

We spontaneously stepped in for the original tenants of the little gem because they were unable to make it, and felt very comfortable as a family of five in this beautiful vacation apartment. Everything is very clean and lovingly decorated. The kitchen facilities are more than adequate and finally a vacation apartment with enough hooks and storage space. The beach offers something for every taste within walking distance: a natural beach for four-legged holidaymakers, a family beach with wonderfully wide shallow water, and the cliff coast is also not far for fossil collectors. Super centrally located holiday apartment, in a quiet holiday apartment complex.

The apartment is well-equipped, the mattresses ensure a restful sleep, great meals can be prepared in the kitchen with even 4 frying pans available, so I didn't need to bring my own. The bathroom is practical, toiletries can be stored in the cabinet above the sink, etc. The apartment is very clean, and you feel at home right away. The complex is surrounded by lots of greenery, with beautiful chestnut trees in bloom. Aldi, a fish store, and a bread delivery van are right outside the door. The beach with beach chairs is also within walking distance. Additionally, 2 bicycles are available. The vacation could start without any problems, as the care provided by Mrs. Rahn from the beginning was perfect. Mrs. Rahn was also available for questions during the vacation. Price/performance is great!!!

This vacation apartment is truly a gem of comfort!

The vacation rental has a high-quality and modern equipment in a maritime style. Bright, friendly, spotlessly clean and really equipped with everything. A feel-good vacation rental! The beach with beach chair is reachable in a few hundred meters, as well as shopping facilities, for example the bakery. Even two bicycles were available to us, which could be parked in their own bicycle shed. Charging options for e-bikes were also available in the shed. The car had its own parking space in front of the vacation rental. The balcony was very small, but having breakfast in the morning sun would be possible. The contact with the landlady was extremely warm, uncomplicated, and helpful. As a welcome gift, we found a jar of jam - very nice! You couldn't ask for more comfort.... !!

Beautiful vacation apartment.

We, my wife, our dog Rusty, and myself felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment. Everything needed for everyday life is available. We particularly enjoyed the small balcony, as it is very sheltered from the wind and we could enjoy the morning sun with our coffee. The sea and the seemingly endless promenade are about 300 meters from the apartment, and the steep coast, where we could hike superbly, is also just a stone's throw away. Unfortunately, every vacation comes to an end, but it will certainly not be the last one in Frau Rahn's apartment. Furthermore, Frau Rahn is very helpful and always reachable.

Little Pearl Boltenhagen

We are repeat offenders in this little gem..... small, but nice. Everything you need for a vacation is available and lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, even with Christmas decorations. The kitchen equipment is excellent, just like at home. The storage options for 2 people are completely sufficient, as shopping is possible just 2 minutes around the corner (Aldi, Markant). On frost-free and not too hot days, many things can also be stored in the anteroom next to the stairs. If something is missing or if there are any inquiries... no problem. Mrs. Rahn can be reached at any time and provides a remedy.
The availability of bikes at any time of the year is also great. If you are not mobility restricted, the separate staircase to the apartment is no problem and the relaxed walk to the town center or the beach is part of the relaxation.
We enjoy our time here every year and also explore the nearby towns of Boltenhagen by car. But even without a car, many things are possible as there is a bus connection.

We stayed for 1 week in a cozy, perfectly furnished, bright, clean and super located apartment. The bicycles were perfect. We didn't need the car. Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location.

We visited the "Little Pearl" for the second time, as we already liked it so much last year. The mattresses are really worth their weight in gold - there's nothing better than a restful sleep on vacation.

Even in quickly approaching bad weather, it's easy to get from the beach or spa park to the cozy accommodation. And the white bread from the bakery around the corner tastes even better with the strawberry jam that was once again provided as a gift for the guests.

Everything one (woman) needs

The "little pearl" lives up to its name. The apartment is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen and all kinds of cooking utensils. There is even an egg cooker available. The living room is nice and spacious and offers a television, a PS2, and a BluRay player, as well as some games for rainy days. The balcony is small but suitable for 2 people. There is an Aldi and a Markant about 200m away. About 100m away, there is an egg vending machine and a bakery trailer next to it. The apartment includes 2 bicycles that are suitable for exploring the town and its surroundings. The landlady was always reachable by phone and very nice and accommodating. All in all, a very successful vacation, even if the weather didn't invite us to the beach every day.

Time out to recharge your batteries

Our spontaneous choice for a holiday flat in Boltenhagen was a direct hit. We found exactly what we were looking for: peace and quiet, a tranquil place without a lot of tourist hustle and bustle, very appealing gastronomy and many opportunities to relax, whether on foot or by free (!!) bike along the beautiful bay, by bus to the World Heritage Site of Wismar or as a day trip to Schwerin. We are a married couple aged 60+. Our demands are very high. In January we were in Boltenhagen. The weather was anything but nice. Therefore it was even more important to find a cosy flat. The "Little Pearl" lives up to its name. We felt very comfortable. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The location is very central, but still quiet. Everything is within walking distance. If we go to Boltenhagen again, only the small pearl comes into question.

We found a very well-equipped apartment; everything from a washing machine to a dishwasher to plenty of kitchen utensils was available. The mattresses and the sofa bed were also very good.

The private entrance to the apartment is very nice. In terms of location, it is perfect - both the beach, shopping opportunities, and the center are quickly accessible on foot.

Holiday Apartment "Little Pearl" Boltenhagen

Christmas, a time of contemplation. . . Especially in today's world. We had 10 relaxing days at the "Kleine Perle" in Boltenhagen. The name. . . absolutely fitting. We lacked NOTHING, wonderful and very tasteful furnishings. Even Christmas decorations were provided. Everything within walking distance and the entire booking process was totally uncomplicated and personal. Thank you for the lovely time in which we were able to experience Christmas and the New Year. This apartment was ideal in terms of location for a short break. The bicycles provided were also very practical, so we didn't need to use a car for the whole week. Cozy and functional furnishings, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

There was nothing missing

We were totally surprised by the "Little Pearl". A modern, excellently equipped apartment. Whether it's the kitchen with its modern appliances and everything you need for making breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or the bright and friendly living room with a large TV, Wi-Fi, dishes and glasses, reading material and DVDs for young and old, as well as comfortable furniture.
Small "downer", the beach basket was no longer available, but there was a small compensation. We can fully recommend the apartment.

Super Wohnung

We had a great holiday in the feel-good apartment. Everything we needed was there, and we took long bike rides. The apartment was clean, which is not a given, and we were able to check in very early on the day of our arrival, as the landlady had agreed with us. That way, we didn't get stuck in traffic and could enjoy the day right away.
We will definitely come back !!!!

Wohnen bei IKEA

Very nicely furnished holiday apartment in Scandinavian style. For those who have always dreamed of staying at IKEA, this is the place to be. The location on the road between the holiday village and the shopping center is not ideal. During the day, there is quite a bit of traffic here. However, it is quiet at night.

Pleasant, quiet vacation

Very nice, quietly located, clean holiday apartment.
Two bicycles and a beautiful beach chair complete the offer.
The beach and town center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There are so many excursion destinations, like Schwerin, the beautiful Wismar, and Lübeck, which are easily reachable by car.

Just a few meters away, there are delicious rolls.
Mrs. Rahn is a very nice, friendly, and attentive landlady. I would like to give a small hint, the staircase to the apartment is not suitable for elderly people with limited mobility. Thank you for the wonderful holiday days.

Review "Great Pearl" Boltenhagen

Beautiful house, exactly like in the pictures, not worn or outdated, lovingly decorated with a lot of heart and taste. And it was incredibly clean (I am very picky) - I could have eaten off the floor. Dishes, refrigerator, oven, floors, bathroom, toilet, beds - all like new! I left my disinfectant spray in my bag, which rarely happens. Very quiet on the edge of the village - pure nature and silence behind the house. The birds chirp during the day, the owl hoots at night - simply wonderfully relaxing! Short walk to the beach, everything important within walking distance. Didn't use the car all week. A very nice, accommodating landlady with a big heart - Dear Mrs. R. - thank you again for everything! I will come back! A wonderful break! Highly recommended - five stars!

Really beautiful, bright, and cozy warm apartment, especially in cold weather. The furnishings were exactly to our taste and everything was lovingly decorated. Sun in February

We were greeted warmly with flowers and a glass of self-made jam. The apartment was bright and friendly, we immediately felt comfortable. The furnishings were homey with ample storage space in all rooms. It was pleasant to have a nearby supermarket with a bakery (without compromising the quality of living) and the proximity to the town center and the beach. We will come back!

New Year's Eve with children - always a pleasure

We, 2 adults and 2 children (4 + 13 years), can only recommend this apartment. Even with only one bedroom, it was no problem with 2 children. The sofa bed in the living room is large enough for 2 people. The apartment was very clean and lacked nothing. Communication with the landlady was uncomplicated and very friendly. We really felt welcome and comfortable. The homemade jam that was on the table as a welcome gift also contributed to this. From the apartment, we were able to reach everything on foot and only used the car for a castle visit.

All in all, a really great, very relaxing short vacation, and we will definitely be back there for New Year's. . . . but of course, only in this apartment.

a real pearl

I spent a great week on the Baltic Sea in Boltenhagen as a single traveller and had wonderful accommodation in the small pearl. I was particularly impressed by the very warm and pleasant contact with Mrs. Rahn as the landlady, including the homemade jam as a welcome gift, as well as the flat, which is very cosy, bright and friendly and offered me everything I needed for a perfect holiday flat
Arrival and departure were coordinated by phone without any problems, which meant relaxation right from the start
I also loved the bicycles, which were included, so I could explore the area as I pleased, and of course the beach chair on the beautiful sandy beach, where I found plenty of time and peace to read with a view of the sea and seagulls
The location of the flat is great, an extensive shopping area is within a few minutes walk and the centre is also close, the beach even closer
I can highly recommend this flat for any single traveller but also for couples and if my holiday ever takes me to Boltenhagen again, I will definitely want to stay here!

Good equipment with taste

It was a nice holiday, we liked to return to the flat because it was a good place to recharge after all the strenuous activities. Even when it rains, I can imagine that it is nice to stay in the flat for a longer period of time. The equipment with pots, dishes, W-Lan and TV is great. The beach chair and the bicycles round off the holiday. The contact with the landlady was reliable and quick.

1x week relaxing holiday with a sunny start into spring

We felt very comfortable in the cosily furnished holiday flat. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, the beach and the pier are within walking distance. We were able to make full use of the beach chair in April when the weather was nice. For the internet research of excursion destinations in the surroundings of Boltenhaben free WLAN is available !

We were there for a spa cure. 3 weeks. For the most part we didn't use the car, only to the Hanseatic cities of Weimar, Lübeck and Schwerin. Otherwise we walked everywhere: shopping, eating out, spa treatments, etc. We can only recommend the apartment. The mattresses were great, better than at home.

SUPER BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY

A modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment where we immediately felt comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We particularly liked the cleanliness and the bicycles. This apartment is 100% recommended even in the cold season.

Many thanks to the owner who welcomed us with a glass of homemade jam. The contact was very warm from the beginning. We were able to move into the apartment even at 11 o'clock, although it was previously rented.
