Treat yourself to a relaxing break in our bright and cosy Sonnenlage holiday flat in the beautiful Boltenhagen
on the Baltic Sea.
Live centrally but quietly and benefit from the high-quality and extensive equipment of our flat, which we have furnished in such a way that we always like to use it ourselves.
Wi-Fi and a parking space with parking bar and two bicycles (without guarantee) are available to our guests free of charge.
Our cosy, quiet flat with a small balcony is only a 7-minute walk from the wonderful, child-friendly Baltic Sea beach. 64 sqm of living space, including 28 sqm living room with a comfortable sofa, 2 spacious bedrooms with good mattresses and a perfectly equipped kitchen contribute to a successful holiday.
Equipped with all comforts, such as WLAN, flat screen TV, high-quality stereo system, CD's, DVD player with various films, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, blender, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
The sofa offers space for the whole family, the bedrooms can be darkened very well by the curtains and the roller blind. There is a wardrobe in each bedroom, where your wardrobe is well stored.
The bathroom has plenty of storage space for your toiletries.

2 highchairs, travel cot with mattress and blanket, toilet seat, buggy, stroller, tricycle, scooter, socket protectors, night light, picture books, indoor and outdoor toys.
For the beach stay, a beach umbrella, windbreak and beach mats are available for our guests.
With the two bicycles, our guests can explore the surrounding area.
The two lockable storage rooms provide space for the bicycles and other things you have brought with you.
Shopping facilities (Aldi, bakery, Markant, KIK, VR-Bank etc.) can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, restaurants in 8 minutes.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment complex "Sünnslag" (high German: Sonnenlage) is one of Boltenhagen's best-known holiday complexes, it is located on a play street, and leaves hardly anything to be desired.
The quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen promises a relaxing holiday.
The view from our flat from the bedroom, living room and balcony goes into the green. The green area may be used. On the other side there is a play street and parking spaces.
It is only about 400 m to the wind-protected, stone-free bay with its 4.5 km long fine sandy beach.
There are good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and the centre is only a few minutes' walk away.
Boltenhagen, a Baltic seaside resort with tradition, is located between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar. The second oldest seaside resort has developed into one of the most popular holiday resorts in recent years.
The cliffs in the western part of Redewisch and the marina in Tarnewitz are further highlights.
There are many opportunities for leisure activities. Sunbathing, swimming, cycling, horseback riding, climbing in the climbing forest, boating, excursions by boat or fishing are just a few examples.
The centre of the Baltic resort with its restaurants, cafés, shops, the spa gardens and the pier invites you to stroll and shop.
Boltenhagen is well connected to the national transport network. Centres such as Hamburg, Lübeck, Wismar, Rostock or Berlin can be reached quickly and safely via well-developed country roads and the A20, A1, A19 and A24 motorways. A beautiful spot awaits you.
Boltenhagen has a 4.5 km long sandy beach that invites you to swim. It goes shallowly into the water and is therefore also well suited for small children. There are various leisure facilities in the village, such as a mini-golf course, climbing park, boat rental, a riding stable, a diving and surfing school, tennis courts, trim trail, swin golf course and various playgrounds.
The steep coast invites you to take a walk and is a treat at any time of the year.
The place is well suited for spa stays, doctors. Dyalysis centre and phyotherapy practices are on site.

We were four people staying in this holiday apartment for the first time. First of all, everything was excellent - the location, the facilities, the cleanliness, and the communication with the host. We felt comfortable from the beginning. The location is ideal for the beach, the town center, shopping, and yet very quiet. Above all, the apartment was pure sunshine, just as the name suggests. The equipment of the apartment was perfect with no defects, nothing was missing, even the pizza cutter was there ☺️. We highly recommend the apartment and the host wholeheartedly and hope to be able to take a break here again. Many thanks for the great holiday, to which the sunny weather also contributed?

We'll be back :)
We stayed in this holiday apartment for the second time this year and it is already booked for next year :) Perfect for our family, this year we were even five people in the apartment without any problems. There is enough space, the apartment is nice and bright and also clean. (which cannot be said about other holiday apartments) Everything you need is really there, and there are also shopping opportunities in the vicinity. It is only a short walk to the beach or the town (as I always like to say). In short, the best holiday apartment we have had so far for us.

We felt very comfortable in the flat and it was a successful turn of the year.
Even though the accommodation is not in the centre, it is to be recommended.
You can go for nice walks, you have time on holiday.

Es war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und ich komme gerne auf die Wohnung zurück. Die Lage neben dem Aldi ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Zum Strand und ins Ortszentrum war es nicht weit.

Strandnah
Die FeWo liegt in Stadt- und Strandnähe. Beides in ca. max 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe ermöglichen morgens die frischen Brötchen. Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer passend großen Küche kann man einen entspannten Urlaub genießen . Es ist sauber und der Schlüsselservice funktioniert sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Schöne, gut eingerichtete und sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung. Supermärkte, Post, Geldautomat usw. gleich um die Ecke, relativ strandnah und auch in den Ortskern ist es nicht weit. Schön auch die sehr persönlich gestaltete Innenausstattung wie Bilder usw. Super auch der Extra-Schuppen für Fahrräder usw., eigener, verschließbarer Parkplatz, könnte etwas näher an der Wohnung liegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr ausreichend so dass ein Geschirrspüller auch mal ausgelastet werden kann. Vermieter und Servicefirma sehr freundlich. Traum Urlaub
Es ist einfach nur traumhaft. Schön im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs gab es eine herzliche Betreuung. Angekommen wohlgefühlt. Alles was man benötigt findet man in dieser Wohnung. Für uns am praktischsten der Wäschtrockner. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Einkaufen. Wir waren schon das 2.mal hier und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die sehr schön und funktionell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt im 1.Stock einer Wohnanlage. Ein großes Sofa lädt nach einem schönen Urlaubstag zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer sodass man dort bequem mit 4 Personen wohnen kann. Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Ein kleiner Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Rundum wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Sehr schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung Sonnenlage
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung Sonnenenlage . Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für die Kinder stehen viele Sachen, wie Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Wickelauflage usw. zur Verfügung. Mit dem Kinderbuggy konnten wir vieles gut erreichen auch den Bollerwagen haben wir oft genutzt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für sie Selbstversorgung steht alles bereit.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, ruhig und doch zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
