The Holiday home

The exterior space is wonderful. You can enjoy the peace offered by the countryside and have a really good time swimming in the pool, playing tennis or ping-pong, or cooking a delicious barbecue. The porch, furnished with a large table with chairs and some sofas, is perfect for the long summer evenings. Here, you also find the jacuzzi, heated up to 35º C. The chlorine pool sizes 11 x 5 metres and its water depth goes from 0.9 to 1.8 metres. There are 8 sun loungers around the pool in order to sunbathe and a more than 200 m2 lawn area, full of trees and plants, that becomes the perfect place for the little ones to freely play. There is a henhouse with hens and you are free to grab their eggs as well as the fruits of the fruit trees around. From farm to fork! The plot is fenced and it offers total privacy.

This great three storey house features a great living-dining room with a fresh atmosphere thanks to the white throughout and the blue touches here and there, reminding the near sea. For sure, you will feel like spending a time of relax here, watching the TV with satellite channels. The kitchen goes on the same style and it is fully equipped with all you may need to cook without problems. It includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker among others. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms in total. On the same main floor you will find one of them with a double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with separated tub and shower of hydro-massage both. On the top floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms, all of them with two twin beds. Three of the bedrooms offer a wardrobe, three also have air-conditioning and two offer direct access to a beautiful terrace. On the other hand, there are two en-suite tub bathrooms, each one shared by each two bedrooms. A cot and a high chair for your baby, as well as the oil central heating throughout the house for the winter season complete the equipment.

The property is placed between ses Salines and Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you will find a wonderful sandy beach. You will find the famous and paradisaical beach of es Trenc some kilometres away more, perfect to spend the whole day. If you feel like, any other day you can make a boat excursion to Cabrera, visit the salt mine where the salt is separated from the sea water, and enjoy a good restaurant, among many other things. This area presents all needed services like supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, bars and more. And before leaving, you have to visit the city of Palma, the town centre with its cobble stone streets full of life and shops, and its surprising cathedral.

There is covered parking for 2 cars as well as exterior parking space for 6 more cars.
Pets are welcome although they are not allowed within the house because, in this case, it is forbidden. A place has been enabled for your pet outside.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
