Description
The beautiful chalet (built in 2009) can accommodate 4 (+2) persons.
On approximately 140 square meters of living space, the house offers two 2-bed bedrooms, one of them in the tower (2 extra beds and a smaller 3rd bed possible) with views over the town of Cala Llombards, both bedrooms each with their own toilet or Bathroom, a large living room with dining area, a living room with sleeping for 2 people and a high quality bathroom.
The whole house has mosquito protection.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and a washing machine.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a LED flat screen TV with satellite channels. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
For air conditioning of the house you have three air conditioners, two fans and a fireplace.
The well-kept and beautiful Mediterranean planted outdoor area extends to approximately 360 square meters and offers around the house a variety of comfortable seating and sunbathing.
There is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink, two outdoor showers and a pool.

The house is located about 5 minutes walk from the picturesque bay of Cala Llombards.
Surroundings:
From the house you can reach in a few steps two small supermarkets (April-October) for everyday purchases, one is open all year, and a local bar.
The bus stop is about 150m away. The buses run every hour to Palma / only from May to October.
The beautiful town of Santanyi can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or by bus.
In Santanyi on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a large weekly market, as well as various restaurants and bars.
The individual shops and galleries of several artists give the place a special charm.
Freetime activities:
At 100m you have a playground with soccer field and basketball hoops.
There are many, rarely used by cars bike and Inlinerstrecken on the best trails, across the fincas.
A diving school (Cala Santanyi), various rock climbing walls on the way to Cala Figuerra, boat trips, hiking trails along the wild and romantic rocky coast and day trips
around the island.

Very beautiful holiday home with a huge garden, close to the beach and in a quiet location.
We had to book at short notice and the landlord made a lot of effort to prepare everything for us. The house and the garden area are very nice, have everything you need (especially great beds) and the service from the landlord and on-site is top-notch.

Pure relaxation !!!
Dear Kappe family,
Thank you very much for letting us be your guests. The house was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything worked well and we didn't miss anything. The beds are great, with mattresses that are not worn out, so we slept wonderfully. The supermarket around the corner had everything we needed for a nice breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could spoil ourselves. About 50 meters away there is a small bar where we could drink really good Tinto de Verano and eat well for little money. The beach in Cala Llombards is very beautiful and you can let your soul dangle wonderfully.
Thank you very much, we had a really good time.

Super holiday
We were there as a family of 2 adults and 2 children.The house was very clean and Tanja the good soul was always available via whatsapp when we had a question.Another plus point is the small supermarket right next door where you can get pretty much everything you need.Have enjoyed our holiday very much and will definitely come again.

Beautiful beach holiday
We stayed at Casa Caperuza with our one-year-old daughter and felt very comfortable.
It was a wonderful walk (with the child in the carrier on your back) to the beach, where there are toilets and a restaurant, in less than 10 minutes. There are no hotel bunkers but just a beautiful bay where there is still a bit of action.
The supermarket right next to the house is quite sufficient for the necessary things, but at the same time does not bother at all
The house and especially the kitchen in the holiday home were well equipped and we didn't miss anything else. We would come back at any time.

Beautiful holiday on a dream beach
We spent 14 days in a great holiday home with a wonderful pool, which was used every day in the great heat
was used every day. The great beach was within walking distance, and the supermarket right next door is a plus, so you could always get supplies quickly without having to leave by car.

Rundum erholsamer Urlaub
Lage sehr gut in Cala llombards. Eine Bar/ Resraurant befindet sich genauso in der Nähe wie ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Die Buchten und Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar und ein schöner Pool und die top gepflegte Außenanlage runden den Genuss ab. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet alles was man benötigt. Sogar eine Außenküche mit Grill steht zur Verfügung.
Die Anreise und die notwendigen Corona-Tests bei Anreise und Abreise waren schnell erledigt und haben wir angesichts des tollen Urlaubs gern in Kauf genommen.

Gemütliche Finca
Wir haben als Familie eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in der Casa Caperuza genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um zu entspannen. Toller Pool , wunderschöne Vegetation und alles gemütlich eingerichtet und gepflegt. Sehr praktisch war für uns der kleine Supermarkt nebenan,der alles hatte was man benötigt. Von Cala Llombards aus haben wir mit dem Auto viele Ausflüge in der Umgebung machen können und weitere schöne Buchten, Strände sowie Ortschaften entdeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir haben uns vom 1. Tag an in der Casa Caperuza sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist perfekt. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die drei Terrassen bieten immer ein sonniges oder auch schattiges Plätzchen. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe hat man die Möglichkeit sich morgens z. B. mit frischen Brötchen zu versorgen.
Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Kappe war jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Gerne würden wir hier noch einmal einen perfekten Urlaub genießen.

Super schön! Absolut empfehlenswert (besonders auch im Herbst)
Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und super praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und besonders auch die Außenküche ist spitze!
Die Lage ist super, der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und auch zu dieser Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft und so schön leer! Sogar das Meer war noch angenehm warm!
Auch der kleine Laden (mit sehr leckeren Brötchen, Brot und sogar frischer Pizza) direkt nebenan ist total praktisch! Und wenn wir mal nicht kochen wollten, konnten wir in der mallorquinischen Bar am Ende der Straße günstig essen und ein Bierchen trinken. :)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen!

Gute Lage und schöne Badebucht in der Nähe.
Für gutes Essen ist Santanyi zu empfehlen. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Entspannte Ferien
Wir, Familie mit zwei Kindern, haben entspannte und erholsame Tage in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar und genauso wie beschrieben.
Besonders der Pool ist klasse bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen.
Besonders zu empfehlen ist auch die Bar am Ende der Straße. Dort kann man preiswert und sehr gut essen, wenn man mal keine Lust hat sich selbst zu kümmern. Aber auch die Außenküche mit Grill kann gut genutzt werden.
Kurzum ist dieses Haus nur zu empfehlen. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Villa
Wir haben einen super Urlaub im schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet von der Küche bis zu sehr guten Betten. Die sehr schöne Bucht ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und das wirklich schöne Städchen Santanyi nur 10 Autominuten. Der Pool war trotz der frühen Jahreszeit 28 Grad warm und sehr angenehm. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Komfortables Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Die Casa Caperuza ist mit allem ausgestattet, was den Urlaub angenehm und entspannt werden lässt. Rückenfreundliche Matratzen, Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern, ausreichend und bequeme Möbel innen und aussen, Klimaanlagen, Heizstrahler/Radiatoren für die kühle Jahreszeit....an alles wurde gedacht! Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über gute Messer und Pfannen (in den meisten Ferienhäusern ein großes Manko) und eine vernünftige Küchenausstattung, um die tollen Produkte Mallorcas zu verarbeiten. Bei Belegung mit mehreren Personen könnte man den Vorrat an Tellern aufstocken, um nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine einschalten zu müssen. Toll fanden wir auch, dass Spülmittel und Reinigungsutensilien vorhanden waren. Ebenso genug Handtücher und Geschirrtücher zum Wechseln.
Die Verständigung mit Vermieter und der Hausbetreuung vor Ort war perfekt und unkompliziert. Beide waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen.
Wir hatten in dieser ruhigen Gegend einen wunderbaren und entspannten Aufenthalt zur Mandelblüte und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Pure relaxation
Dear Kappe family,
we all found it wonderful to be able to visit your house again. We were completely convinced this time too (as we were last year), but unfortunately it was far too short. Especially the great equipment of the kitchen, the outdoor kitchen, the short way to the beach, the small supermarket (two houses away) and of course the pool. The bay of the house is just fantastic.
