The beautiful chalet (built in 2009) can accommodate 4 (+2) persons.
On approximately 140 square meters of living space, the house offers two 2-bed bedrooms, one of them in the tower (2 extra beds and a smaller 3rd bed possible) with views over the town of Cala Llombards, both bedrooms each with their own toilet or Bathroom, a large living room with dining area, a living room with sleeping for 2 people and a high quality bathroom.
The whole house has mosquito protection.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and a washing machine.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a LED flat screen TV with satellite channels. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
For air conditioning of the house you have three air conditioners, two fans and a fireplace.
The well-kept and beautiful Mediterranean planted outdoor area extends to approximately 360 square meters and offers around the house a variety of comfortable seating and sunbathing.
There is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink, two outdoor showers and a pool.

The house is located about 5 minutes walk from the picturesque bay of Cala Llombards.
Surroundings:
From the house you can reach in a few steps two small supermarkets (April-October) for everyday purchases, one is open all year, and a local bar.
The bus stop is about 150m away. The buses run every hour to Palma / only from May to October.
The beautiful town of Santanyi can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or by bus.
In Santanyi on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a large weekly market, as well as various restaurants and bars.
The individual shops and galleries of several artists give the place a special charm.
Freetime activities:
At 100m you have a playground with soccer field and basketball hoops.
There are many, rarely used by cars bike and Inlinerstrecken on the best trails, across the fincas.
A diving school (Cala Santanyi), various rock climbing walls on the way to Cala Figuerra, boat trips, hiking trails along the wild and romantic rocky coast and day trips
around the island.

Great House
We spent our vacation with 4 adults and 2 children in the Casa and had enough space. The pictures correspond to reality: everything was clean, fly screens on the windows, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, and a great outdoor area with 3 seating options and a wonderful pool. It was cleaned every Tuesday and Friday. The contact with the landlord was problem-free, and there were also contacts on-site. Cala Llombards beach is reachable in a 15-minute walk (but very crowded, except in the morning), the small shop for daily needs and the bar (where you can also eat) in 5 minutes.
We felt very comfortable there, but unfortunately, time passed too quickly.

A super nice house at the super beautiful bay of Llombards
We experienced the Casa exactly as it was previously shown in pictures here. It is such a beautiful Casa with two tables, one always in the front for breakfast and one in the back for dinner, always in the shade. The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to cook something, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill is also an advantage.
The highlight for us was the large pool, which contains very clean water and is also cleaned twice a week. The outdoor area is beautifully planted with colorful plants and palm trees. The house itself is huge, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, so everyone can enjoy their vacation freely.
The location by the beautiful coves of Mallorca is amazing; there is a small supermarket in the village for the essentials, and in the neighboring village, there are options for larger shopping or to visit the beautiful market.

A holiday paradise to fall in love with
Upon arrival, we already felt like leaving everyday life behind. This beautiful holiday home is a true feel-good place where one immediately finds peace. Everything is furnished with great attention to detail, cozy, clean, and simply made for arriving and enjoying.
The absolute highlight was, of course, the pool – a dream! Whether it was the first refreshment in the morning, relaxed hours in the sun, or a swim at sunset: Every moment there felt like a little luxury vacation. The garden and the terraces are also wonderfully designed and invite you to let your soul dangle. You can feel the care and warmth with which this holiday home is managed everywhere.
We take many beautiful memories home with us and are sure: This was not our last stay here. A place you like to return to. ? ☀️?

A very beautiful holiday home
The holiday home of the Kappe family is very well equipped and offers all conceivable comfort. A very nice vacation can be spent on 3 terraces around the house, also by the pool. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 WC, it is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children (see also extra beds/sleep sofa). The Kappe family is always reachable if there are problems. A contact person is also available on-site. The house is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby, there is a pub, a hotel where you can eat, and a small supermarket, which we found to be positive. A small cove with a beach is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, but it was too crowded for us. We can only recommend a vacation in the holiday home of the Kappe family.

Beautiful house in a great location
We felt very comfortable in Casa Caperuza. The furnishings are very good; everything necessary is available. The pool is a good size for swimming and also for playing with the kids. The beautiful beach is within walking distance, and the kiosk is just 2 minutes away. The location is perfect for excursions; you can reach great destinations within an hour. Mr. Kappe and the house manager are always reachable.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief problemlos und auch vor Ort gab es Ansprechpartner.
Der Strand Cala Llombards ist in 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar (aber sehr überfüllt, außer am Morgen), der kleine Laden für den täglichen Bedarf sowie die Bar (in der man auch essen kann) in 5 Minuten.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, aber leider ging die Zeit zu schnell vorbei.

Das Highlight für uns war der große Pool der sehr sauberes Wasser enthält, und auch immer zweimal wöchentlich sauber gehalten wird. Die Außenanlagen ist wunderschön mit bunten Pflanzen und Palmen bepflanzt. Die Casa an sich ist riesig, mit zwei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder, so das jeder sich ausgelassen seinen Urlaub genießen kann.
Die Lage an den wunderschönen cala‘s von Mallorca ist Mega, im Ort ist ein kleiner Supermarkt für das nötigste, und im Nachbar Ort gibt es Möglichkeiten etwas größere Einkäufe zu erledigen, oder den wunderschönen Markt zu besuchen.
Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt, in der authentischen Mallorquinische. Casa. vielen Dank auch für den super unkomplizierten einfachen Kontakt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, liebe Grüße B. Krug
Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Pool – ein Traum! Ob die erste Erfrischung am Morgen, entspannte Stunden in der Sonne oder ein Bad bei Sonnenuntergang: Jeder Moment dort fühlte sich wie ein kleiner Luxusurlaub an.
Auch der Garten und die Terrassen sind wunderbar gestaltet und laden dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Man spürt überall die Sorgfalt und Herzlichkeit, mit der dieses Ferienhaus geführt wird.
Wir nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit nach Hause und sind uns sicher: Das war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt hier. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt. ?☀️?

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In der Nähe gibt es
eine Kneipe , ein Hotel in dem gegessen werden kann und einen kleinen
Supermarkt, was wir positiv empfunden
haben. Ein kleine Bucht mit Strand ist
fussläufig in ca. 15 Min erreichbar,
welche uns allerdings zu voll war.
Wir können einen Urlaub im Fer.- Haus
von Fam. Kappe nur empfehlen
Im sehr nah gelegene kleinen Supermarkt gibt es alles, was man so für den Alltag braucht. Morgens gibt es dort frische Brötchen (wenn man früh genug dran ist). Das Haus liegt nur 500 Meter von der schönen Bucht entfernt. Auch hier empfiehlt es sich, nicht zu spät aufzubrechen, weil sich die Schönheit der Bucht inzwischen herumgesprochen hat.
Kurz zusammengefasst: wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus.
Das Ferienhaus (Casa Caperuza) ist super ausgestattet! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Der Außenbereich mit seinem wunderschönen Pool, den beiden Außenduschen, seinen fünf verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und der tollen Außenküche lässt nun wirklich keine
Wünsche offen!
Einzig die beiden Couches in der TV-Ecke könnte man mal austauschen (haben wir aber nur zweimal benötigt). Soll also nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sein.
Alles in allem hatten wir wundervolle und unvergessliche 14 Tage in der Casa Caperuza im Herzen von Cala Llombards!

Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .
Den Pool, der zwei mal in der Woche gereinigt wird, haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super und falls man Fragen hatte oder etwas fehlte, wurde sofort reagiert.
Der Supermarkt nebenan ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.
Leider werden die naheliegend Strände aktuell auf Instagram beworben, sodass diese sehr überfüllt waren. Parkplätze waren in der Nähe jedoch immer vorhanden.
Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar, so konnten wir uns in Ruhe erholen.
Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag genutzt, denn er hat eine angenehme Temperatur.
Auch der Supermarkt nebenan ist ein Pluspunkt. Dort bekommt man alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht.
Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und haben jeden Tag einen Parkplatz am Haus gefunden.
Wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten, hat der Vermieter sehr schnell reagiert. Die ganze Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr nett.

vielen Dank , dass wir ihre Gäste sein durften. Das Haus war perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Alles hat gut geklappt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind super, die Matratzen nicht durchgelegen, so dass wir herrlich geschlafen haben. Im Supermarkt um die Ecke gab es alles was was für für ein schönes Frühstück brauchten. Die Küche ist Mega ausgestattet, so dass wir uns selbst verwöhnen konnten. Ca. 50 m entfernt gibt es eine kleine Bar, wo wir richtig guten Tinto de Verano trinken konnten und für kleines Geld gut gegessen haben. Der Strand in Cala Llombards ist sehr schön und man kann herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen.

Man konnte wunderbar zu Fuß ( Kind in der Trage auf dem Rücken) in weniger als 10 Minuten am Strand sein, an dem es Toiletten und ein Restaurant gibt. Es gibt keine Hotelbunker sondern einfach eine wunderschöne Bucht, an der trotzdem ein bisschen was los ist.
Der Supermarkt direkt neben dem Haus ist völlig ausreichend für die nötigen Dinge, stört aber gleichzeitig überhaupt nicht.
Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche im Ferienhaus war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und auch sonst hat es uns an Nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Buchten und Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar und ein schöner Pool und die top gepflegte Außenanlage runden den Genuss ab. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet alles was man benötigt. Sogar eine Außenküche mit Grill steht zur Verfügung.
Die Anreise und die notwendigen Corona-Tests bei Anreise und Abreise waren schnell erledigt und haben wir angesichts des tollen Urlaubs gern in Kauf genommen.
Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Kappe war jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Gerne würden wir hier noch einmal einen perfekten Urlaub genießen.

Die Lage ist super, der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und auch zu dieser Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft und so schön leer! Sogar das Meer war noch angenehm warm!
Auch der kleine Laden (mit sehr leckeren Brötchen, Brot und sogar frischer Pizza) direkt nebenan ist total praktisch! Und wenn wir mal nicht kochen wollten, konnten wir in der mallorquinischen Bar am Ende der Straße günstig essen und ein Bierchen trinken. :)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen!

Besonders der Pool ist klasse bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen.
Besonders zu empfehlen ist auch die Bar am Ende der Straße. Dort kann man preiswert und sehr gut essen, wenn man mal keine Lust hat sich selbst zu kümmern. Aber auch die Außenküche mit Grill kann gut genutzt werden.
Kurzum ist dieses Haus nur zu empfehlen. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Verständigung mit Vermieter und der Hausbetreuung vor Ort war perfekt und unkompliziert. Beide waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen.
Wir hatten in dieser ruhigen Gegend einen wunderbaren und entspannten Aufenthalt zur Mandelblüte und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

wir alle fanden es mal wieder ganz wunderbar ihr Haus besuchen zu dürfen. Es hat uns auch diesmal (wie auch schon im letzten Jahr) voll überzeugt, nur war es leider viel zu kurz. Vor allem die tolle Ausrüstung der Küche, die Außenküche, der kurze Weg zum Strand, der kleine Supermarkt (zwei Häuser weiter) und naürlich der Pool. Die Hausbucht ist einfach nur traumhaft.
