Experience a great winter holiday at the beautiful Finca s'Hort de Can Rita in Es Llombards on Mallorca. The finca is in a quiet location just outside Es Llombards near the Grimalt cheese factory. The charming casita and the separate flat offer space for up to 4 guests. They have approx. 150 square metres of living space divided into two living/sleeping areas. Each area has its own bathroom. A hairdryer is available. The casita is equipped with a large bathtub and guarantees a perfect chill-out holiday.
The pool area is exceptionally attractive. The pool itself measures 17 x 12 metres with a depth of 1.20 - 1.60 metres. There is a separate children's pool that is 50 cm deep. Mallorca also has many sunny days in the off-season. You can linger on the pool terrace in the chill-out area and enjoy jumping into the cool water after a warm-up phase. The open-plan outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and large dining table is truly unique. Preparations for the barbecue party can be made in the spacious kitchen, which provides direct access to the dining area via the large sliding window. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, so you can feel right at home.
The rooms have a high-performance air conditioning system h/c, which ensures pleasant temperatures in winter. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided, as well as a cot and high chair if you have a baby or toddler with you. Each living area has its own TV with satellite access and is also equipped with a sofa bed. For longer stays, the washing machine ensures that you can travel with small luggage.
Would you like to spend the winter in a quiet place or try out what it's like to work from home? The WLAN offers high upload and download speeds. Ask about special conditions for long-term rentals. As the south-east is not very well connected to the public bus network, it is advisable to hire a car directly from the airport. There is plenty of space for your vehicle on the finca grounds.
Take your time to look at the pictures. The loving furnishings and the numerous amenities offered by these two casitas create a cosy atmosphere through the combination of wood, natural stone, modern interior and light, in which you will immediately feel at home.

Location and surroundings of object
Es Llombards belongs to the municipality of Santanyi and has around 600 inhabitants. This idyllic village in the south-east of Mallorca offers beautiful beaches and a relaxed atmosphere, especially in the low season. The old authentic town of Santanyi, where a weekly market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday around the church, is just a few minutes' drive away. You can also reach the beaches and bays quickly by car. Let yourself be enchanted by Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó and Cala s'Amarador. Colonia Sant Jordi is 15 minutes away and the famous natural beach of Es Trenc can be reached in just 20 minutes. Want culture as well as the sea? Palma is only 45 minutes away. During the quiet season, fiestas take place everywhere. Hiking is the order of the day? The Tramuntana mountains are calling. I would be happy to give you the ultimate hiking tip along the coast from Faro de Salines to Colonia Sant Jordi.
