Small gem with a dreamlike sea view
We were with 2 (out of 3) adult children in this beautiful little finca again after a very long time. Some things have changed (grown), but the magic has remained. We enjoyed the proximity to the beautiful Calo des Moro and almost always bathed there in the early morning alone or with only a few other guests. We spent the evenings on the rooftop terrace, sometimes cooking/grilling ourselves, and enjoyed every minute here. The beds (mattresses) are very good. The equipment is perfect, everything was available. Only a small "remark" ;-) Since the bathroom/toilet/shower is located between the two bedrooms, there are sometimes unintended "encounters" that are naturally unproblematic for a family. The landlady "Evi" is a very friendly, attentive, and helpful woman. Thank you very much ☺️ we will definitely come back.

Beautiful finca with great pool
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Evelyn's house. The garden with the great pool is especially worth mentioning
Everything is available in terms of equipment.
We felt very comfortable

Gateway to Paradise
For us, the opening of the gate really revealed paradise. A fantastically designed outdoor area, the beautiful view of the bay from the roof terrace, a spacious, beautifully designed interior, equipped with everything you need
Simply an oasis of rest and relaxation
And last but not least, a landlady who always had an open ear for questions and concerns. We simply felt very, very well looked after.

We will be back, no question about it...
Hello to all.
We stayed with Mrs. Sager in February 2022 and we even extended our stay for another week, because we felt very comfortable in the house in Cala Llombards. The interior immediately exudes Spanish cosiness. The kitchen is as well equipped as we have rarely experienced in a holiday home
In addition, there is a great outdoor area with a heated swimming pool where you can really swim. The garden is very well maintained and the view from the roof terrace is simply wonderful. We will be back, no question about it...

Wonderful time off for one month (parental leave)
Everyday life often has us too much in its grip. For this reason, I am only now getting around to giving my evaluation, even though our stay was already a year ago.
We stayed in the house in Cala Llombards in August 2021 as a family with our two daughters (1 and 3 years old at the time) for just under a month and have fond memories of the time as a wonderful break from everyday life that we will remember for a long time to come.
Already in the first contact with Mrs. Sager I felt wonderfully informed and comfortable. The contact before and during our stay was always friendly, attentive and accommodating. We travelled by car and ferry and were already on Mallorca in the morning. Since the house was not occupied the day before, we were allowed to move into the finca directly after arrival (and not in the afternoon), which made our arrival very relaxed
Opening the gate reveals the magnificent outdoor area with countless great plants and the pool. The gardens are beautifully laid out and well maintained. There are also fig trees and the children were allowed to snack on the ripe figs, which they loved. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a great Weber barbecue, which we often used in the evenings.
For shopping, we were almost always in Santanyi and did bulk shopping. In Cala Llombards there is also a bakery where we sometimes bought small items and bread/baguettes for the next day at lunchtime or in the evening. The bakery opens at 08:00, but our children are awake much earlier :) On Wednesdays and Saturdays, there is a weekly market in Santanyi where you can buy the most delicious chicken and potatoes to take home (I think on the corner of Carrer des Rafalet/Bisbe Verger)
Thank you for a great stay! We would come back again and again and book Mrs Sager's other finca in Santanyi for a stay without hesitation.

Dream oasis on Mallorca
There is nothing to add to the description of the holiday home. We found everything as beautiful and comfortable as described in the description. You open the gate to the finca and find yourself in a flower paradise. The evenings on the roof terrace with a view of the most beautiful bay in Mallorca, the s'Almunia, are wonderful

An dieser Unterkunft stimmt wirklich alles: die persönliche und geschmackvolle Ausstattung (man merkt, dass es mehr als nur ein Ferienhaus ist); die Umgebung, die zum wandern und spazierengehen einlädt, direkt ab der Haustür; die fußläufigen Buchten, die zum schwimmen verführen, selbst wenn die Temperaturen noch frühlingshaft sind; der Markt im nahen Santanyi mit seinen lokalen Spezialitäten, die exzellenten Lokale in den benachbarten Orten Cala Figuera und Ses Salines. Nicht zu vergessen, ein Höhepunkt: die Dachterasse mit Meerblick, auf der wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben. Kurz: Eine Oase für Körper und Seele!

Zum 2.mal in der Finca
Wir waren über Ostern das 2. Mal in dieser schönen Finca.
Der beheizte Pool ist zu dieser Jahreszeit ein Traum und wir haben ihn gern genutzt.
Im großen Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Kamin welcher Abends für viel Gemütlichkeit sorgt.
Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein tolles Haus ?
Unser Urlaub in der Finca war wunderbar!Es fehlt einfach an nichts! Tolle Ausstattung, liebevoll, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, toll zum entspannen.
Im Ort gibt es ein kleines Geschäft, dort gibt es frische Brötchen und leckere Croissants. Der Garten der Finca ist sehr gepflegt und im Pool kann man sich erfrischen. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man nach kurzer Zeit viele schöne Badebuchten erreichen. Die Vermieterin Evelyn ist sehr sehr nett und man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Anwesen und ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder?

Traumurlaub
Wir haben mit unseren 3 Söhnen einen rundum perfekten Urlaub in dem wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienhaus Lucimar verbracht. Gleich nach dem Aufstehen ging es auf die Dachterasse, um den Tag mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Felsen der Moro-Bucht zu begrüßen. Dann noch vor dem Frühstück haben wir in dem beheizten Pool genüßlich unsere Bahnen gezogen. Nach dem Frühstück ging es meistens zur nur 5 Minuten entfernten Familien-freundlichen, malerischen Cala LLombards. Hier kann man viele Stunden am Strand verbringen abseits von den großen Touristenströmen und im türkisklaren Wasser schnorcheln und schwimmen.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich.
Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Traum-Urlaub in Traum-Finca
Wir waren im August 2019 zu Gast in der Finca Lucimar und haben uns von der ersten Minute an "zu Hause" gefühlt! Die Lage der Finca, in einer ruhigen Straße, ist top, die Finca selbst hat alles, was man benötigt, um sich wohl zu fühlen und die Vermieterin der Finca hat sich wahnsinnig gut und liebevoll um uns gekümmert! Alles war perfekt - vom sehr gepflegten neuen Bad über Betten und Bettwäsche und Küche. Auch der Wohnraum lud zum gemütlichen Fernsehen und entspannen ein, aber, wenn man unter dem weißen Sonnensegel sitzt und die Sonne durch die Blätter der wunderschönen hohen Palme blinzelt, braucht man keinen Fernseher...und noch was: Der Ausblick vom Küchenfenster, und noch besser, von der Dachterasse, war einfach wunderschön! Ach ja, es gibt Katzen, die einen immer wenn man in die Finca kommt, freudig begrüßen. Unser Sohn hat sich sehr gerne und liebevoll um die Katzen gekümmert. Danke für diese tolle Zeit an die Finca Lucimar und ihre bezaubernde Besitzerin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub
Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es stimmt wirklich alles: Lage, Ausstattung, Anbindung und auch Absprache und Vereinbarungen mit der Vermieterin. Wir haben dort 2 unglaublich tolle Wochen verbracht, in denen wir viel im und am Pool waren und einige Ausflüge gemacht haben. Santanyi ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt, die beiden Felsenstrände ca. 15 Min zu Fuß und der Sandstrand von Cala Llombards 5 Autominuten. Die Inneneinrichtung der schönen Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Frau Sager war nicht nur im Vorfeld sehr herzlich und umsorgend. Einzige Mini-Kritikpunkte: ich fand die Kopfkissen nicht sonderlich bequem und in Fußnähe ist kein Supermarkt. Eine tolle Bäckerei ist allerdings in Llombards selbst, ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

In Cala Llombards gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt, 5 Min. füßläufig vom Haus. Jeden Morgen kann man dort sehr leckere Croissants, Baguette in vielen Varianten und dunkles Brot kaufen. Eigentlich alles was man sonst noch so braucht. Preise sind auch moderat, kaum Unterschied zu anderen Geschäften. Eine deutsche Mallorca Wochen-Zeitung kann man auch dort kaufen.

Gelungener Urlaub!
Das war ein gelungener Urlaub! Herrliches Frühsommerwetter schon im Mai und als erstes ein herzlicher Empfang mit Obst und Wein + weiteren Kleinigkeiten erfreute uns. Alles schön eingerichtet und modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und heimelig. Wenn es abends ein wenig kühl wurde, machten wir den sehr schnell wärmenden Pelletofen an. Anfangs hat uns die liebenswerte Vermieterin alles erklärt und uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt, betreffs Ausflüge und Restaurants. Das Haus ist ein richtiger Treffer, schönes, großes Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, die Schlafzimmer hatten gute Matratzen, was uns immer sehr wichtig ist genauso wie die Mückennetze.
Rundum nur zu empfehlen!Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr reserviert!

Wunderschöner Platz zum Energie tanken
Diese Finca ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns richtig wohl und sofort zuhause gefühlt. Alles war noch schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles hat gestimmt, Sauberkeit, Betreuung, die vielen Tipps, der Willkommensgruß. Eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, es war alles da, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Betten richtig bequem, das Wohnzimmer der absolute Hammer, zudem die besten Mückennetze, toller Blick in den Garten. Die vielen bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten haben uns erfreut, wenn der eine Lesestündchen und der andere lieber Poolabkühlung haben wollte, es war alles vorhanden. Wir kommen natürlich wieder!
