Description
In the garden and house you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We as house owners have made the greatest effort to make our holiday home very comfortable and familiar.
We ourselves live very close by and are of course at our guests' side with advice, action and tips. And, of course, you can also receive them personally on arrival
The two double bedrooms have air conditioning, which you can book in addition. We charge a flat rate of 25,- per week for electricity. All SZ windows are equipped with mosquito blinds
In order to keep the house comfortably warm even in the cooler months, you can switch on the fireplace in the living area. Electric ovens are available in the bedrooms. In addition, each bed is equipped with an electric blanket, so that additional heating is no longer necessary and the beds are nice and dry and warm.
In addition to the bathroom in the house we have a guest toilet and an outside shower with hot water behind the house

Location and surroundings of object
Our house owes its name by the way to the beautiful palms on the property and in the environment at the edge of Cala Llombards in the southeast of the island. The Casa Palmeras is located at the end of a very quiet street. Only our house is rented in this street. The rest of the houses are either permanently inhabited, or are used as weekend houses. here comes very rarely a car by. Behind our house the almost undeveloped plain begins up to Santanyi.
From our roof terrace you have a sensational view of the church of Santanyi and on the other side you can see the sea.
The small holiday resort Cala Llombards is not a place of passage and therefore largely spared from the hustle and bustle. In the village itself you will find a typical span. Bar, a restaurant with an attached hostal and two small supermarkets during the season. There are no large hotels in this village. The next bigger city Santanyi, as well as further beautiful bath bays you reach in few driving minutes. A rental car is therefore almost a must!

Important: In our garden lives a very nice cat named Käthe, who is especially happy about every stroke. Therefore we would like to ask our guests to feed them every day. Of course we provide the cat food.

Oasis of peace and relaxation
Thank you very much, Petra and Marcus are very nice hosts and always approachable. We had a wonderful 14 days in this great holiday home Casa Palmeras. We lacked nothing, great sun terrace, nice shady spots, everything was thought of and so lovingly and creatively designed, we felt very comfortable. We already miss the cat Tony, a sweetheart, she joined us in the morning and evening, a very relaxed cat. For us stressed city dwellers, an oasis of peace and relaxation, we would gladly come back and say again: Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation at Casa Palmeras.

Super accommodation
It was a great vacation. We felt completely comfortable; everything was perfect. The little finca is beautifully furnished and lovingly decorated, both inside and outside! The owners, Petra and Markus, are always reachable and also give good tips! We will definitely come back and can only recommend it. Thank you both for the wonderful vacation.

Everything for a wonderful vacation!
What a fantastic house. It felt so nice for us. It is really as cozy as you expect according to the advertisement. Around and on the house are seating areas so you can sit in the sun and in the shade. The house is complete in terms of furnishings and necessities and clean. The mattresses are comfortable and there are screens throughout the house. There is also air conditioning if you like that. Around the house are all nice succulents and bushes and of course the beautiful palms. Within a quarter of an hour, there are supermarkets like Lidl and Eroski in Santanyi. Petra and Marcus are very nice hosts. We had pleasant contact upon arrival and departure, and in between, we had WhatsApp contact about practical matters. Very accessible. The cat Tony, who is a girl, is a gem and stays cozy with you in the morning and evening. Not a beggar and very content to be present. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and that peace was never disturbed. In the evening, applying mosquito repellent keeps the mosquitoes at bay.
In short, we had a very nice vacation and absolutely recommend Casa Palmeras! The platform Ferienhaus has also pleased us.

Farm in Cala Llombards
The house is very cozy and furnished with full love. Petra and Marcus warmly welcomed us and showed us everything. A cat named Tony is on site; our children were very happy about the cat. The beach Cala Llombards is not far away; we found that the beach or the water was dirty. We were at the beach in Cala Santanyi or very recommendable is the beach Cala Mondrago. All in all, it was a wonderful family vacation.

We, my husband Marcus and I, bought our cottage in 2006 and originally only wanted to use it as a holiday home for us. That didn't work so well, because we felt more and more that we didn't want to leave every time we visited the island. Therefore we decided at the end of 2007 to break off our tents in Germany and to live completely on Mallorca. We haven't regretted this decision for a second.

traumhafte 14 Tage in diesem tollen Feriendomizil Casa Palmeras. Es fehlte uns an nichts, tolle Sonnenterrasse, nette Schattenplätze, es ist einfach an alles gedacht und soooo liebevoll und kreativ gestaltet, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Katze Tony, vermissen wir jetzt schon, ein Schätzchen, morgens und abends gesellte sie sich in unsere Runde, eine sehr entspannte Katze.
Für uns gestressten Städtler , eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung, wir kommen gerne wieder und sagen nochmals: Danke das wir im Casa Palmeras unseren Urlaub verbringen durften.

Kortom, we hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en raden Casa Palmeras absoluut aan! Ook het platform Ferienhaus.de is ons goed bevallen.
Der Strand Cala Llombards ist nicht weit entfernt, wir finden das der Strand bzw. das Wasser unsauber war, wir waren in Cala Sanatanyi am Strand oder sehr zu empfehlen der Strand Cala Mondrago.
Alles in einem war es ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub.
