The thatched house with holiday flat (a 40 sqm comfort holiday flat for persons with separate entrance) is located in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of Ribnitz-Damgarten near Fischland Darß. Distance to the beach: approx. 5 minutes by car to the Baltic seaside resort of Dierhagen, cycle path in the immediate vicinity of the house, parking at the house. The holiday flat is modern and comfortably furnished (SAT-TV). The sleeping area consists of a double bed and 1 bunk bed. Wooden furniture and barbecue are available.

The holiday flat is located directly on the cycle path, only a few metres from the Bodden, with a direct view of the lake.
Körkwitz is a district of Ribnitz-Damgarten, near the Baltic seaside resort of Dierhagen, with a water ski facility, surrounded by the cycle path that leads directly and quickly to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The Bodden is only a few minutes' walk away and ideal for an evening stroll. It is a quiet area surrounded by water, forest and meadows. The Hanseatic city of Rostock, the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, the island of Usedom as well as the island of Rügen can be reached as a day trip by car. Shopping facilities, restaurants, swimming pools are also nearby.

Everything's great!
The apartment is very clean and has everything you need.
Ideal starting point for bike tours.
Very idyllic and quiet location.

FIRST vacation at the Baltic Sea in August 2024
We had a fantastic time at the Baltic Sea near Ribnitz-Damgarten and can only recommend this accommodation! The landlord was extremely friendly and discreet, making us feel welcome right away. The view of the bay was especially nice, and the dog beach, which is reachable in 10 minutes by car, was great. The accommodation was perfect: a spacious, well-equipped apartment with everything one needs. The large, fenced garden was ideal for our dog and for relaxed hours outdoors. A parking space is located directly on the property.
Conclusion: We will come back ❤️? ? ♀️? ♀️

Super nice landlord who is immediately available for problems or questions.
The holiday apartment is very clean. It is located directly on the Bodden so that you can see a beautiful sunset. A beautiful garden with seating area, barbecue and beach chair are available on site. Parking is also available. The landlord is very pet-friendly. We would love to book again.
