Description
You don't necessarily have to get on a plane to relax in a luxurious villa on the water. Our house is located in the Bernstein Resort Ribnitz-Damgarten.
It is one of a total of 15 floating houses in the Saaler Bodden. Discover the unique coastal landscape and the nearby Baltic Sea.
Your wish to spend your holiday as close to the water as possible can be realised on our houseboat
Our houseboat offers space for up to 6 people and plenty of maritime flair. The generous windows in the living and dining area enhance the feeling of freedom and closeness to nature
Enchanting sunsets can be enjoyed directly from the sofa, the spacious terrace or the sun deck
The terrace is equipped with a dining table and chairs. There is also a Weber electric barbecue at your disposal
You can reach the Bodden directly via a swimming ladder. You can explore the Bodden with a stand-up paddle board
A clothes horse is available for drying your wet bathing clothes.
The sun deck offers a panoramic view of the old town, the harbour and the Bodden landscape.
The sun deck with comfortable loungers is an ideal place for sun worshippers.
The house with its 85 square metres of living space is luxuriously furnished
The living room offers a comfortable seating set, flat-screen TV and digital radio
Wi-Fi, books and games round off the feeling of being at home.
The high-quality eat-in kitchen with bar counter, dining table with bench and chairs invites you to a sociable dinner. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator incl. freezer compartment, a coffee machine, oven/microwave combi oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, milk frother
All rooms are air-conditioned and on cold days the wall fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere on board
The three bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds (2 x double bed, 1 x two single beds) with high-quality toppers. Pillows in two sizes are provided
The bathroom of the master cabin is equipped with a spacious shower 80 x 106 cm, washstand, toilet, hairdryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating. It is directly accessible from the master cabin
The second bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3 also has a spacious shower 80 x 106 cm, washbasin, hairdryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating. There is also a separate WC with hand basin
All rooms are equipped with pleated blinds or curtains
The windows and patio doors are equipped with insect screens.
Our service partner on site will personally hand over the house on arrival and give a short introduction to the house and technology
The check-out and final cleaning will also be carried out by our service partner. The final cleaning is included for you
A free car park is located opposite the Boddentherme. A trolley is available in the house for your luggage, which can also be used to conveniently bring your shopping on board
Our welcome package will give you a successful start to your wonderful time out on our houseboat. You can expect a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and the initial equipment for kitchen and bathrooms such as kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth, bin liners, liquid soap and toilet paper.
And last but not least: The swimming house has its permanent mooring on the Bodden coast in the immediate vicinity of the Boddentherme Ribnitz-Damgarten. So you are well equipped, even for days when the coastal wind blows hard.

Location and surroundings of object
Ribnitz-Damgarten is centrally located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund on the Saaler Bodden. Many excursion destinations can be easily reached from the amber town. The endless white Baltic beaches are also only a few minutes' drive from the Bodden town. Ribnitz-Damgarten borders the largest national park on the German Baltic Sea coast, the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park.

Relaxing days at anchor spot 7
We had a beautiful and relaxing time in the Floating House at anchorage No. 7.
From the moment we entered the floating house, we were enchanted by the ambiance, the modern and tasteful decor, and the amenities. We really enjoyed the quiet location, the direct access to the water, and the beautiful sunsets. Since the Ribnitz cycling path runs past the dock, we were able to start great bike tours right away. We would also like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Westphal for the short notice and uncomplicated booking and the warm welcome. We would be happy to return and recommend this extraordinary holiday home.

Trauma site
A perfect place to relax and unwind. Perfectly and cosily furnished rooms, nothing is lacking. Stand-up paddling and swimming directly from the boat are possible. Two beautiful terraces with a great sunset, weather permitting.

Holiday on the water
We had a wonderful week on the houseboat. Away from the Baltic Sea resorts, we explored the surrounding area and were surprised by what there is to discover. Thanks to the great hosts who welcomed us so warmly. We will not only recommend it to others, but also gladly come back.

just fantastic !!!
We spent a week on the floating house in August and really enjoyed it in beautiful weather. The house is located on a private jetty not far from the center. It is very quiet there and you can really relax.
We were greeted very kindly by the administrator, who immediately showed us everything to consider in the house. Everything can also be read in a well-organized folder in the house. The house is very tastefully and high-quality furnished. Everything has been thought of and nothing was missing. Grill, dryer, cushions, everything available, a well-equipped kitchen... The highlight, of course, was the SUP board, which we used extensively. We were able to fully enjoy the fantastic sunsets.
We can only recommend this house and would love to come back...

A very special holiday home / houseboat!
"For all those who seek something special! Accommodation with the flair of a houseboat but the space and comfort of a holiday home. The view of the water is unique, both from the inside as well as from the lower terrace and especially from the upper deck! The facilities are very comprehensive, everything was exactly as described, furthermore in a very well-maintained and clean condition. The city center and harbor of Ribnitz are easily accessible on foot. Overall highly recommended!"

Very nice vacation home
The location is very good and quiet. Just right for relaxing. The house sways a bit in storms, but that didn't bother us too much. The sunset is very beautiful. However, the departure should be more flexible. Before 8 am, there is no handover, which resulted in us getting caught in traffic on the way back. It would be better if the vacationer can decide for themselves when they want to leave. Despite this small flaw, we can still recommend the house.

Holiday home at the Bodden
Beautiful holiday home with good facilities.
Modernly furnished, everything clean and tidy.
Rooms are sufficiently sized.
There is direct access from the boat to the Bodden. The jetty can only be accessed with a key, so other people cannot get there.
If you look to the left from the boat, you unfortunately see the high-rise buildings of Ribnitz Damgarten. This somewhat disturbed my holiday feeling.
There are several shops nearby (less than a kilometer away), Edeka, Deichmann, Ernstings...
If the waves hit strangely, the boat sways noticeably, but that didn't bother me.

Pure freedom
It is wonderful to enjoy the tranquillity of nature in the morning. To experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
It is pure luxury for me to be so close to nature and at the same time to have a wonderful accommodation separated only by a door. It was a wonderful time, but far too short.

Summer holiday on the Floatinghouse with the most amazing sunsets on deck!
A special holiday in a particularly attractive accommodation in high-quality , tasteful furnishings, which in my view are complete, practical and well thought-out
Stand Up Paddling on the Bodden is a lot of fun, it is a bit difficult to launch the board alone without getting wet. As we did not grill, cook, use the fully automatic machine, the air conditioning or the fireplace, I can of course not give a rating on this. All the media are excellent, in use as well as sound and equipment. We will definitely be repeat offenders :-)

Like on a ship

Simply a great experience
Vacation on a floating house, that's something we wanted to experience as well!
And our expectations were more than fulfilled.
We spent beautiful, relaxed days. A special experience is the unobstructed view over the bay at different levels, in daylight and in the evening with fascinating sunsets and color plays on the water.
