The thatched house with holiday flat (a 40 sqm comfort holiday flat for persons with separate entrance) is located in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of Ribnitz-Damgarten near Fischland Darß. Distance to the beach: approx. 5 minutes by car to the Baltic seaside resort of Dierhagen, cycle path in the immediate vicinity of the house, parking at the house. The holiday flat is modern and comfortably furnished (SAT-TV). The sleeping area consists of a double bed and 1 bunk bed. Wooden furniture and barbecue are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located directly on the cycle path, only a few metres from the Bodden, with a direct view of the lake.
Körkwitz is a district of Ribnitz-Damgarten, near the Baltic seaside resort of Dierhagen, with a water ski facility, surrounded by the cycle path that leads directly and quickly to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The Bodden is only a few minutes' walk away and ideal for an evening stroll. It is a quiet area surrounded by water, forest and meadows. The Hanseatic city of Rostock, the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, the island of Usedom as well as the island of Rügen can be reached as a day trip by car. Shopping facilities, restaurants, swimming pools are also nearby.

Wirklich zu empfehlen.., ruhig am Bodden gelegen, gute Betten, Radweg vor der Haustür, Bernsteinmuseum und Café in Ribnitz

Super nice landlord who is immediately available for problems or questions.
The holiday apartment is very clean. It is located directly on the Bodden so that you can see a beautiful sunset. A beautiful garden with seating area, barbecue and beach chair are available on site. Parking is also available. The landlord is very pet-friendly. We would love to book again.

Saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Netter Vermieter, sehr ruhige Gegend wer das sucht. FeWo liegt direkt am Bodden, idyllischer geht's kaum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 5 min. Mit dem Auto entfernt. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Schöne Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt.
Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett.

Zu Gast im August 2017 als Paar zum Urlaub:
Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben benötigt, sogar Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Endreinigung waren im Preis inbegriffen. Dazu noch dieses Super Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis! Ist auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen!

Sommerurlaub
Wir, Ehepaar mit Teenager, hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sehr gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung (wie oben beschrieben).
Wir finden: Die Realität ist aber besser als die Bilder. Sehr ruhige Lage, nicht überlaufen, guter Startpunkt für alle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, per Rad, per Fuß und per Auto. Auto steht mit auf dem Grundstück. Herrlich früh morgens oder abends auf der Terrasse…. Wir hatten keine Mücken.
Am Fenster bzw. draußen LTE-Empfang mit Handy, ohne externe Antenne.
