In the Advent and Christmas season, we welcome you with the flair of the Christmas country Erzgebirge.The floating holiday home or also houseboat "Coco de Mer" is located in the direct vicinity of the Bodden-Therme in the popular holiday resort Ribnitz-Damgarten

Our hideaway is fixed to the jetty, but moves easily with the wind and waves due to the floating pontoon under the house. This creates a unique experience of freedom on the water.
The jetty is accessible only to tenants, owners and service for your complete privacy. A private parking space is of course available nearby during your stay
Pets are allowed according to our booking conditions.
The house has 85m² of completely level living space. People who find it difficult to climb stairs can still reach all living areas easily. Only the entrance to the property is accessible via a step. Furthermore, we have paid attention to one or the other detail, which will make the stay easier for people with limited mobility.
In the salon, you have a view of the Bodden and the harbour of Ribnitz-Damgarten through a window front from a really generous couch landscape, which virtually invites you to lounge. Thanks to air conditioning (cool/heat), underfloor heating in the 2 bathrooms as well as the additionally usable gas fireplace, the house is a cosy retreat all year round. Flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speakers are available as well as Wi-Fi. So nothing stands in the way of your individual TV, radio and music enjoyment.
From the saloon you have access to a cosy terrace and via a staircase to the sun terrace on the upper deck. Both are equipped with comfortable seating and sun loungers. From the lower terrace you can go directly into the water for a swim.
2 bedrooms for 2 persons each are available:
The master bedroom offers a magnificent view of the Bodden through a large sliding glass door. It is equipped with 2 luxurious sleeping systems from ergomotion®. These have a length of 2.10m, so that even tall people and stomach sleepers feel comfortable at all times. In addition, the beds can be moved almost silently with a remote control into all kinds of comfortable positions such as the zero-G position, sitting/reading position or TV position. Of course, simply lying flat is also possible. In addition, you can enjoy a 3-zone massage in bed if you wish. With this and the TV set in the room, even a grey rainy day in bed can become a pleasure. From here you have access to a separate bathroom with shower and toilet
The second bedroom also has 2 comfortable beds. Shower and WC are also available there.
Up to two more people can sleep on the couch in the salon, which offers a wide lying surface.
A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, microwave with grill, refrigerator and of course a dishwasher is of course available for your comfort. In addition, there is a dining table with 6 chairs in the house. Further seating and dining options are available on the terraces.
We have also installed a wellness/fitness area for you as a special highlight with exclusive special equipment. In the resort, you will find this exclusively at our Hideaway "Coco de Mer".
You can use a private combination sauna there at no extra charge, which guarantees Finnish-style sauna pleasure or infrared sauna using infrared radiators with ABC full-spectrum radiators, or you can combine both. It is also possible to use the sauna as a not-so-hot bio-sauna. A blessing for the fresher evenings.
The sauna also has integrated Bluetooth speakers, multi-colour LEDs behind the rounded backrests and a matching starry sky. End your sauna session with a refreshing shower or a dip in the cooling water surrounding your "Coco de Mer" before enjoying the sunset or a full moon night on one of the terraces with a glass of good wine.
Our property is also the ideal starting point for golf enthusiasts. Directly in the village of Neuhof you will find the 9-hole golf course
to the Fischland". Our hideaway is also ideal for families who want to combine golf and a holiday on the water.

Our "Coco de Mer" is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bodden-Therme in Ribnitz-Damgarten, about halfway between Rostock and Stralsund
From here you have the optimal opportunity to explore the Fischland Darß with its wonderful nature, wide and inviting beaches, hidden little harbours, but also the tourist highlights of the region.
Hiking, cycling but also golfing at the nearby golf course "Zum Fischland" are just some of the possible activities
This is also an ideal starting point for excursions to Rostock or Stralsund. There is a train connection to both cities with a journey time of about 30 minutes each.

Family holiday
Three generations with a dog felt very much at home. We wanted for nothing. It was a pleasure to come back to the houseboat after the daily activities.

Super holiday home
This floating house offers everything your heart desires: a terrace for morning and evening sun, luxurious and lovingly designed furnishings, bathing facilities in the immediate vicinity and a sauna and fireplace for cooler days. A massage is also available on request. So ....we will be back and wish all other guests equally great days.
