The floating holiday home, also known as the houseboat "Coco de Mer," is located in close proximity to the Bodden-Therme in the popular holiday resort Ribnitz-Damgarten.
Special Early Autumn Booking: Book between October 4, 2024, and December 24, 2024, with free nights.

Our hideaway is firmly attached to the dock, but moves slightly with the wind and waves due to the floating pontoon under the house. This creates a unique experience on the water.
The dock is only accessible for tenants, owners, and service for absolute privacy. A parking space is of course available in direct proximity during your stay.
Pets are allowed according to our conditions.
The house has 85m² of completely single-level living space. People who have difficulty climbing stairs can still easily access all living areas. Only the entrance to the property is accessible via one step. Additionally, we have paid attention to certain details that will make the stay easier for persons with mobility restrictions.
In the salon, you can look out from a truly spacious couch area, which invites you to lounge around, through a row of windows towards the Bodden and the harbor of Ribnitz-Damgarten. Thanks to air conditioning (cooling/heating), underfloor heating in the 2 bathrooms, and the additionally usable gas fireplace, the house is a cozy retreat all year round. Flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speakers are available as well as Wi-Fi. Thus, nothing stands in the way of your individual TV, radio, and music enjoyment.
From the salon, you have access to a cozy terrace and via stairs to the sun terrace on the upper deck. Both are equipped with comfortable seating and lounging options. From the lower terrace, you can directly access the water for swimming. 2 bedrooms for 2 people each are available:
The master bedroom offers a magnificent view through a large glass sliding door of the Bodden. It is equipped with 2 luxurious sleeping systems from ergomotion®. These have a length of 2.10m, so that tall people and stomach sleepers feel comfortable at all times. Additionally, the beds can be quietly adjusted into various comfortable positions such as the Zero-G position, sitting/reading position, or TV position using a remote control. Naturally, lying flat is also possible. Furthermore, you can enjoy a 3-zone massage in bed if you wish. With this and the TV set in the room, even a dreary rainy day can become enjoyable in bed. From here, you have access to a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom also features 2 cozy beds. Shower and toilet are also available there.
Up to two more people can sleep on the couch in the salon, which offers a wide lying area.
A fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, microwave with grill, refrigerator, and of course a dishwasher is naturally provided for your comfort. Additionally, there is a dining table with 6 chairs in the house. Additional seating and dining options are available on the terraces.
We have also installed a wellness/fitness area for you as a special highlight in an exclusive special equipment. By the way, in the resort, you will find this exclusively at our hideaway "Coco de Mer". You can use a private combination sauna there at no extra cost, which guarantees sauna pleasure in the Finnish style or infrared sauna using infrared emitters with ABC full-spectrum emitters, or you can simply combine both. Using it as a not-so-hot bio sauna is also possible. A treat for the cooler evenings.
It features integrated Bluetooth speakers, multi-color LED behind the rounded backrests, and a matching colored starry sky. End your sauna session with a refreshing shower or a jump into the cooling water surrounding your "Coco de Mer," before enjoying the sunset or a full moon night on one of the terraces with a good glass of wine.
You can also book Claudia for a private wellness massage directly on our houseboat, please schedule your appointment in advance.
Our property is also an ideal starting point for golf enthusiasts. Directly in the district Neuhof, you will find the 9-hole golf course
"Zum Fischland". Our hideaway is thus ideal for families who want to combine golf and vacation on the water.

Our "Coco de Mer" is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bodden-Therme in Ribnitz-Damgarten, about halfway between Rostock and Stralsund
From here you have the optimal opportunity to explore the Fischland Darß with its wonderful nature, wide and inviting beaches, hidden little harbours, but also the tourist highlights of the region.
Hiking, cycling but also golfing at the nearby golf course "Zum Fischland" are just some of the possible activities
This is also an ideal starting point for excursions to Rostock or Stralsund. There is a train connection to both cities with a journey time of about 30 minutes each.

Family holiday
Three generations with a dog felt very much at home. We wanted for nothing. It was a pleasure to come back to the houseboat after the daily activities.

Super holiday home
This floating house offers everything your heart desires: a terrace for morning and evening sun, luxurious and lovingly designed furnishings, bathing facilities in the immediate vicinity and a sauna and fireplace for cooler days. A massage is also available on request. So ....we will be back and wish all other guests equally great days.
