Welcome to the holiday home Alter Apfelbaum in Kalkhorst on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast! This spacious vacation residence offers 130 m² of space for up to 9 guests and is ideal for families with children who want to relax together. Four bedrooms ensure restful nights, while the open living area invites you to cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchenette features a dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine – making cooking a pleasure. For little guests, two children's beds and two high chairs are available. There are also toys and numerous children's books.
In the well-kept garden with blooming roses and shady trees, you can spend relaxing hours. To reach the garden, you have to walk around the house. You are very welcome to use the grill for a shared BBQ. Bicycles and a bicycle trailer invite you to explore the surroundings. Beach games such as Viking chess can be used. A table tennis table is also available for our guests.
A parking space is available for your car. Longer stays are also welcome. Washing machine, iron, and hairdryer offer additional comfort.
Numerous bicycles and a Thule bicycle trailer can be used.
The house is suitable for non-smokers only. Pets cannot be brought along.
Thanks to Wi-Fi, you stay well connected even on vacation.

Our holiday apartment in Kalkhorst is located between Travemünde and Boltenhagen in the Klützer Winkel. Hills, large fields, old oaks, brick Gothic architecture, and again and again the view of the Baltic Sea—that is what characterizes the Klützer Winkel. It is never boring here; cafes and exhibitions invite you to linger in many places. Studios and organic farmers, small and large museums offer cultural diversity.
Especially beautiful: the beach in the immediate vicinity (4 km) is a nature reserve. Between Travemünde and Boltenhagen there are 30 km without development near the beach. If you like natural beaches, this is the right place. Both places can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route in 16 km each.
Lübeck, Wismar, and Schwerin can each be reached by car in 45 minutes. They offer a wide range of cultural activities.
