Quartier12 "Ski in & Bike out" - Fewo Liebe**** on the ground floor:
Top location in the front Hoppecketal with four 4-star holiday apartments. The Quartier12 (Q12) at the Sonnenlift is one of the most booked winter holiday homes in Willingen, because here you can ski right to the front door.
Even in summer, the Quartier12 with its panoramic view and generous feeling of space is a good choice for families, mountain bikers and hiking groups. Playground 100m away. The forest and hiking trails start almost directly behind the house; the leisure facilities summer toboggan run, climbing hall, go-kart and bowling alley, as well as the K1 chairlift with mountain bike downhill park are just a stone's throw away and the popular Vis-A-Vis hut is just 100m away. It is also only 1.3km to the center.
3-room non-smoking Liebe**** for 3-4(5) people with WiFi with a generous feeling of space on 83sqm on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a southeast balcony with a panoramic view of the town, Ettelsberg and the ski area. The apartment is functionally furnished. You will find everything a vacation apartment needs, but no unnecessary frills.
You can also book two vacation apartments together in Quartier12 for families or small groups of friends - however, we ask for your understanding that we do not go beyond 2 vacation apartments, as Quartier12 does not see itself as a club hostel or group accommodation. We value cultured guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socializing are not desired in the house and on the balconies and will not be tolerated.

Quartier12 is also a good choice in summer with panoramic views and a spacious atmosphere for families, mountain bikers, and hiking groups. Playground within 100m. The forest and hiking trails begin practically right behind the house; the leisure facilities summer toboggan run, climbing hall, go-kart and bowling alley, as well as the K1 chairlift with mountain bike downhill park are just a stone's throw away and it is only 100m to the popular Vis-A-Vis hut. It is also only 1.3km to the center. Two non-smoking holiday apartments HANG & LIEBE*** combined for 6-9 people with WiFi, offering a spacious atmosphere on 158 sqm on the ground floor, three bedrooms and two terraces with panoramic views of Ettelsberg & ski area. Sofa bed in the 2nd living room in apartment C. Both apartments are modern and functionally furnished. You can book two holiday apartments together at Quartier12 for families who are friends or small groups – however, we ask for your understanding that we do not go beyond 2 holiday apartments, as Quartier12 is not intended as a club hostel or group accommodation. We value cultivated guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive social gatherings are not desired and will not be tolerated in the house or on the balconies. ATTENTION - important info for clubs! ! ! As a precaution, we would like to point out with regard to party tourism that we value cultured guests and do not wish for or tolerate "excessive sociability"—such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations—on the terrace, balcony, or inside the house! If you enjoy yourself in the local establishments but behave appropriately in the house and show consideration for the neighbors, you are welcome guests. In this regard, we kindly ask for an objective self-assessment as to whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to observe §12 of our Terms and Conditions!
No rental to pure party clubs, bachelor parties, "sociable" sports clubs, or groups under 30 years old!

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!


Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival

Highly recommended!

We had booked three of the four apartments for 4 nights during the Bike Days. The location and view are simply dreamy. For that, I give 5 stars. The apartments are well equipped with everything you need. From spoons to the dishwasher, glasses, mugs, etc., everything was there and very clean. Only in the somewhat small but good bathroom with 4 people, you have to organize yourself. For that, I give 4 stars. The facade could use a new coat of paint soon, but it doesn't pose a problem. All in all, the communication with the FeWoZentrale was great and the price-performance ratio was appropriate. For that, I give 4.5 stars. Highly recommended. Thank you very much, we can imagine booking these apartments again.
