The forest and hiking trails start almost directly behind the house; the leisure facilities summer toboggan run, climbing hall, go-kart and bowling alley, as well as the K1 chairlift with mountain bike downhill park are only a stone's throw away and the popular Vis-A-Vis hut is just 100m away. The centre is also only 1.3 km away.

You can also book two apartments together in Quartier12 for families or small groups of friends - however, we ask for your understanding that we do not go beyond 2 apartments, as Quartier12 does not see itself as a club hostel or group accommodation. We value cultured guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socialising are not desired in the house or on the balconies and will not be tolerated.
