In summer, too, Quartier12 with its panoramic views and generous sense of space is a good choice for families, mountain bikers and hiking groups. Playground at 100m. The forest and hiking trails start almost directly behind the house; the leisure facilities summer toboggan run, climbing hall, go-kart and bowling alley, as well as the K1 chairlift with mountain bike downhill park are only a stone's throw away and the popular Vis-A-Vis hut is just 100m away. The centre is also only 1.3 km away.
Two non-smoking apartments HANG & LIEBE*** combined for 6-9 people with WLAN with a generous feeling of space on 158sqm on the ground floor, three bedrooms and two terraces with panoramic views of Ettelsberg & ski area. Sofa bed in the 2nd living room in apartment C. Both apartments are modern and functionally furnished.
You can book two apartments together in Quartier12 for families or small groups of friends - however, we ask for your understanding that we do not go beyond 2 apartments, as Quartier12 is not a club hostel or group accommodation. We value cultured guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socialising are not desired in the house or on the balconies and will not be tolerated.

With regard to party tourism, we would like to point out that we value cultured guests and do not want or tolerate "excessive socialising" - such as parties, loud music and other boisterous celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the pubs - but behave appropriately in the house and show consideration for the neighbours, you are welcome guests. In this respect, we ask for an objective self-assessment as to whether you fit in with us. Please also note §12 of our General Terms and Conditions!
No renting to pure party clubs, JGA, "sociable" sports clubs, twen groups under 30 years!

Very nice and spacious apartments.
The two large apartments are ideal for a group tour. Because the apartments are directly opposite each other and connected by a hallway, we didn't mind being split into two apartments at all. The apartment is centrally located, so walking into town is no problem. Alternatively, taking a taxi is affordable (approx. 12 euros for a large taxi). The apartment offers a beautiful view of the mountains of Willingen (located right by the Sunlift). We didn't miss anything in terms of the apartment's amenities. You can definitely feel comfortable here. We would come back ???? The process through the central vacation rental agency also went smoothly. Thank you for the lovely stay!
