Even in summer, the Quartier12 with its panoramic view and generous feeling of space is a good choice for families, mountain bikers and hiking groups. Playground 100m away. The forest and hiking trails start almost directly behind the house; the leisure facilities summer toboggan run, climbing hall, go-kart and bowling alley, as well as the K1 chairlift with mountain bike downhill park are just a stone's throw away and the popular Vis-A-Vis hut is just 100m away. It is also only 1.3km to the center.
3-room non-smoking holiday apartment Zeit**** for 3-4(5) people with WiFi with a generous feeling of space on 83sqm on the upper floor, two bedrooms and a southeast balcony with a panoramic view of the town, Ettelsberg and the ski area. The apartment is modern and functionally furnished. You will find everything a holiday apartment needs, but no unnecessary frills.
You can also book two holiday apartments together in Quartier12 for families or small groups of friends - however, we ask for your understanding that we do not go beyond 2 holiday apartments, as Quartier12 does not see itself as a club hostel or group accommodation. We value cultured guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socializing are not desired in the house and on the balconies and will not be tolerated.

Traumhaftes Winterquartier
Wochenentripp in der Adventszeit mit erstem Schnee in Willingen. Die Kinder konnten direkt vor dem Haus rodeln und im Kurpark gab es einen kleinen Adventsmarkt. Die Wohnung ist gut und alles vorhanden. Einfach traumhaft ist die Aussicht auf die Winterlandschaft.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir hatten während der Bike Days drei der vier Wohnungen für 4. Nächte gebucht. Die Lage und Aussicht ist einfach ein Träumchen. Dafür gebe ich 5. Sterne Die Wohnungen sind super Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Vom Löffel bis zur Spülmaschine, Gläser, Tasen etc. war alles und sehr sauber. Nur beim etwas kleinen, aber guten Bad mit 4. Personen muss man sich organisieren. Dafür gebe ich 4 Sterne. Die Fassade brauch bald mal einen neuen Anstrich, stellt aber kein Problem dar. Alles in allem, war auch die Kommunikation mit der FeWoZentrale super und das Preisleistungsverhältnis passend. Dafür gebe ich 4,5 Sterne. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank, wir können uns vorstellen diese Wohnungen nochmal zu buchen.
