With your booking a binding rental agreement is concluded! If you cancel the apartment, we will try to rent it out to someone else. If we succeed in this, you are released from the rental agreement. There is only a cancellation fee of €50. If we do not succeed in this, we will calculate the rental price less any expenses saved (approx. 10-20% of the rental price).

Einfach super
Tolle Wohnung , super Lage , geschmackvolle Einrichtung und beste Ausstattung. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt ! Die große Terrasse ist ein Traum !!! Und wir , als Hundebesitzer, haben uns besonders gefreut , dass unser Johann hier auch willkommen war. Es ist für uns nicht ganz einfach , eine Unterkunft zu finden , in der auch Hunde erlaubt sind. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!

Wir waren zufrieden
Die Wohnung und die Lage sind wirklich sehr schön. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck, Reinigungssachen etc.) ist auch super. Kleiner Makel - das kleine WC hat wirklich unerträglich gerochen. Trotz regelmäßigem Lüften ist der chemische Geruch immer wieder gekommen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer könnte etwas gemütlicher/größer sein, aber das sind persönliche Annehmlichkeiten. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Great flat , super location , tasteful furnishings and best equipment. We just felt comfortable ! The large terrace is a dream !!!
And we, as dog owners, were especially pleased that our Johann was also welcome here. It is not easy for us to find an accommodation where dogs are allowed. We will definitely come again!
