Discover your holiday paradise in the charming, bright vacation apartment Sonnenlage in Boltenhagen, ideal for up to 5 guests. With a generous living area of 72 square meters, this apartment offers 2 cozy bedrooms and a modernly equipped bathroom.
Enjoy the fresh air and the view of the picturesque surroundings from your own balcony. The apartment is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine, a Senseo coffee pad machine and a washing machine are at your disposal.
For your convenience, the apartment offers a private parking space, so you don’t have to worry about the security of your vehicle. Entertainment is provided by a television, and a washing machine is also available, which is particularly practical for longer stays. For the little guests, a crib, changing mat, night light, toys, and a high chair are available.
With the handcart, tricycle, and scooter, the little guests can also cover longer distances. Additionally, you can use free Wifi during your stay and, if needed, bikes are available (subject to availability) for you to explore the beautiful coastal region. An iron, a hairdryer, and other amenities ensure that you have everything you need.

Location and surroundings of object
Charming Baltic Sea resort with beaches and cliffs. The apartment complex "Sünnslag" (in High German: Sunny Position) is among the most well-known holiday accommodation in Boltenhagen, located on a play street, leaving little to be desired.
The quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen promises a relaxing vacation.
The view from our apartment from the bedroom, living room, and balcony overlooks the greenery. The green space may be used. On the other side, there is the play street and parking spaces.
To the wind-sheltered, stone-free bay with its 4.5 km long fine sand beach, it is only about 400 m.
There are good shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity, and it is just a few minutes' walk to the center.
Boltenhagen, a Baltic Sea resort with tradition, is located between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar. The second oldest seaside resort has developed into one of the most popular holiday destinations in recent years. The cliffs in the western district of Redewisch and the marina in the district of Tarnewitz are additional highlights.
There are various recreational activities available. Sunbathing, swimming, cycling, horse riding, climbing in the climbing forest, Swin golf, adventure golf, SUP rental, boating, pleasure cruises, or fishing are just a few examples mentioned here. The center of the Baltic Sea spa town invites you to stroll and shop with its restaurants, cafes, shops, the spa park, and the pier.
Boltenhagen is well connected to the regional transport network. Centers like Hamburg, Lübeck, Wismar, Rostock, or Berlin can be quickly and safely reached via well-developed country roads as well as the A20, A1, A19, and A24 highways. A beautiful spot on Earth is waiting for you.
Boltenhagen has a 4.5 km long sandy beach that invites you to swim. It is shallow going into the water and therefore also well suited for small children. In the area, there are various recreational facilities, such as a mini-golf course, climbing park, boat rental, a horse stable, a diving and surfing school, tennis courts, fitness trail, Swin golf course, and various playgrounds.
The place is well suited for spa treatments, doctors, a dialysis center, and physiotherapy practices are available on site.

If you cancel the rental contract, a reasonable compensation will be due as per the following schedule: ➢ Up to 45 days before rental start: 20% of the total rental price ➢ From the 44th to the 35th day before rental start: 50% of the total rental price ➢ From the 34th day before rental start: 80% of the total rental price ➢ From the 14th day before the start of the trip, in case of no-show, and cancellation after rental start: 100% of the total rental price ➢ Additionally, a one-time cancellation processing fee of €50.00 Cancellations, rebookings, and amendment notifications must be made in writing in any case. The landlord commits to immediately re-rent the period after receiving the cancellation. In this case, no further costs will be incurred by the tenant except for the processing fee of €50.00. If it is not possible to re-rent the cancelled period fully or partially, the landlord will charge the tenant the cancellation fees mentioned above.

We also rent another holiday apartment "Godewind" in the Baltic Sea resort Boltenhagen. This apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace, only a 5-minute walk to the beach and the beautiful dune promenade.
The Godewind apartment consists of a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with a high-quality sofa bed for two more people.

2. At home
We were now the 2nd time in the holiday apartment of the Kirschke-Holubek family.
The holiday apartment offers everything you need for a great vacation in Boltenhagen, it is clean and you feel at home right away. Supermarkets are 5 minutes away from the apartment and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beautiful spa park. The key handover also goes completely smoothly.
We always like to come back to the holiday apartment and to Boltenhagen.

Outstanding accommodation
The apartment is excellently and lovingly furnished and equipped.
It is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house and is accessible via a separate outdoor staircase.
The apartment is situated in a quiet side street and is actually about 400m from the beautiful sandy beach. About 200m away, there are two supermarkets with a bakery.
The town center, beach, promenade, and a variety of restaurants are easily reachable on foot. The apartment includes a small storage shed for bicycles.
The property management is reliable and very friendly.
There was personal phone contact with the landlords after the end of the vacation to inquire if everything was okay.
Conclusion: The apartment is absolutely recommendable.

Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden.
Strandnah, nur zum Fkk Strand bischen weiter, aber mit Fahrräder kein Problem.
