Discover our luxury chalet "VAJU IJsselView" in Lathum, the Netherlands. This charming holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests on 83 square metres (holiday home 48m2 + conservatory 35m2) of living space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The holiday home is equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy the garden and conservatory where you can enjoy the fresh air and the natural beauty of the surroundings. A BBQ grill is available to prepare delicious outdoor meals. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.
The house has air conditioning to keep you cool in the hot summer months. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine to make your everyday life easier. Bed linen is provided and a TV is available to keep you entertained. A travel cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.
The house also offers free Wi-Fi so you can always stay connected. An iron and hairdryer are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and is therefore not suitable for smokers.
The holiday home is stylishly furnished and has high-quality furniture and decorations, which can be seen in the pictures. Everything is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our chalet / holiday home approx. 48m2 with large conservatory approx. 35m2 and terrace is located directly on the IJssel with a beautiful view of the river, is completely new and modernly furnished and has modern central heating and air conditioning. The furnished conservatory and terrace with barbecue, loungers, corner sofa, table and chairs faces north-west and invites you to relax and unwind, where you can spend time outside almost any time of year, sheltered from the wind and rain to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the IJssel. The mobile home is fully equipped and suitable for 1 - 4 persons. It has a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, a bedroom with two single beds 80x190cm each, a modern kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine (Cafissimo and filter coffee machine), kettle, toaster, as well as crockery, pots and cutlery. Bathroom with shower + toilet. Also air conditioning, LED TV, free internet (WLAN), community games, high chair, travel cot and private car park right next to the house!
All rental prices include additional costs for electricity, water, heating, internet (WLAN) and bed linen!
Towels, soap etc. are not included and must be brought by the guests themselves!!!
In addition to the rental price, a tourist tax will be charged separately. This tourist tax is obligatory for every holiday guest!

Directly at our chalet / holiday home you will find a free private car park for our guests only, which belongs to our holiday home and can only be used by our guests.
The check-in & check-out are contactless, we have a key box at the chalet where you can take the keys and the card for the barrier yourself!
