This new, attractive and spacious holiday home Huize Hout has everything you need to enjoy Zeeland to the fullest. Thanks to the central location of this holiday home, you can walk in all directions and reach various beaches and nature areas in a short time by bike. You can cycle endlessly along beautiful country roads and through pretty villages where there is plenty to experience in terms of museums, art, culture, markets and restaurants.
The studio is completely ground floor and furnished with love and style. Upon arrival, organic coffee and tea are ready for you so that your holiday can begin immediately.
In the living area you will find a luxuriously equipped kitchen with all amenities, kitchen linen is included. At the extendable dining table you can enjoy your meals or play one of the board games. You can relax on the comfortable sofa and use the smart TV. The TV can also be turned so that you can watch TV from the bed.
The sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a curtain. The sleeping area is equipped with two single box spring beds. There is a skylight above the sleeping area so that you can sleep under the starry sky. The duvets and bed linen are 100% organic cotton and the beds are made upon your arrival. The large bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a double sink with vanity unit. 100% organic cotton towels, flannels and a bath mat are ready for you on arrival.
At the back of the studio is a private terrace where you can enjoy your home-cooked breakfast or dinner in both the sun and shade. At the front of the studio you will find a seating area and on the private driveway there is space for a car and 2 bicycles, which can also be charged here.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
